I was an avid member of MAD when I lived in Dallas but there is none near where I live in Arizona.
Was so happy to see one was in Denver when I recently visited. I got a great pass on Mind Body.
Eli was awesome and made me feel very welcome. As usual workouts were tough but rewarding.
Really clean facility with all the amenities so no excuses. The owner even reached out that afternoon to check in on me. Great experience please give them a go I look forward to going back!

Did a class with Lauren today. It was excellent. Very clean facility, intentional programming, and friendly and professional staff. I decided to try this new gym that opened right by my house. I think it’s a great place to workout if you like group workouts. It’s mostly strength focused which is what I was looking for. The coaches are motivating, happy, and aren’t afraid to give minor correction on form to insure you get a safe and good workout in. I love that they lock the doors when class starts and their classes start and end promptly. Due to the limited class times I did not find this gym to be a good fit for me right now with my fitness goals. Hopefully, when they get more popular they can open up more class times that will work with my crazy schedule!

If you’re looking for an efficient, engaging, kickass workout that prioritizes functional fitness and strong form to avoid injury, i’d highly recommend MADabolic. The classes always incorporate a variety of movements so they’re never boring but don’t go overboard in complexity to where it’s easy to get lost. The MAD westminster location is nice and spacious, well maintained, and has some fantastic trainers to ensure you’re getting the most out of your workout and not getting injured. The community is supportive and friendly and never feels judgmental. I’m the strongest and most athletic i’ve ever been and I can attribute a lot of the credit to my MADabolic classes. One of my favorite gyms I’ve ever been a member at and by far some of the best group fitness classes on the market (I’ve tried a lot)!

I joined MADabolic in September and have loved every minute of it. Coming off of two shoulder surgeries in less than two years, I was struggling to find a fitness routine that moved the needle for me fitness wise while also benefiting my recovery and PT. This gym is awesome! Trish and Lauren do a great job and can get you set up! The entire team is truly more engaged than I have ever seen, especially in the fitness space. The coaches are great and lead great classes. All coaches give great direction before and during classes. What I find exceptionally unique is the willingness by the entire team to coach after class to help one master the moves! During class, while you are getting strong individually, it feels like you are on a team! Everyone is upbeat and positive. You will not be disappointed in any part of the process if you check MAD out!!

If you’re thinking about checking out a class at MAD Westminster, do it now! I was initially hesitant, as I’ve had varying experiences with group fitness gyms. Many gyms are focused on an external aesthetic and subscribe to diet culture phenomenon, which I have found to be detrimental to my overall well-being. MAD Westminster embraces positivity, EMPOWERMENT, and is focused more on taking up space and feeling strong, rather than calorie counting and being smaller. I have found the training not only effective, but sustainable, as a busy, career-oriented female entering her mid-40s. If you’re looking for a safe, effective, and supportive place to start or continue your weight training efforts, I highly recommend MAD Westminster!

I’ve been to 5 classes so far and I really enjoy them! I’ve taken the early morning and weekend classes; they are all engaging. I leave class a sweaty mess and I love it! The instructors are encouraging and kind. I feel comfortable and safe in the gym. I’ve seen people of all sizes and fitness levels in class with no issues. They show you how to modify the movements and correct form to keep people from hurting themselves. I struggle with workouts and weight training on my own because I get bored and these classes are anything but! I definitely encourage everyone to take advantage of the one free class to try this place out.

I absolutely love MADabolic. I followed the owner Trish from her last gym and am so happy with the new place. I love the high intensity combined with the ability to choose my level depending on where I'm at with my fitness but also just how I feel on any given day. The coaches are amazing and such experts in movement and how to adapt to different body types (I have a couple of injuries, but none of them keep me from doing the workouts). The community is great and really welcoming. I just recently said to one of my gym friends that I have never dreaded going to a MAD workout the way I used to at other hyper-competetive gyms/workout styles. #MAD4LIFE

You won't find a better gym. With varied (well-planned, intentional) workouts, after each workout I leave energized, tired, and proud... and I'm ready to go again, 4x a week. I have done every workout/class under the sun and this is by far the best. I leave MAD feeling like I had an efficient productive workout and feel a full body energetic buzz all day. It’s the only place I’ve ever been that I know will build functional strength, I can measure my progress and know I will be using the correct form and never get hurt. I’ve been going here roughly a month, and it is by far the best fitness experience I’ve ever had. Combined with working alongside a dietitian, I have been able to lose about 7 pounds and gain confidence in areas that I have never been confident in. I have never been super into fitness or pushing myself physically in general. I grew up As a theater and choir kid lol. But when recent health concerns came to light I knew I had to do a lifestyle change. So after the recommendation of a close friend, I did a trial at Madabolic in Westminster. It hit every thing that I was looking for. Variety, an element of fun, challenging without being grueling to the point of wanting to quit, And the most important aspect is that I truly have been enjoying it and look forward to every single workout that I go to. Each of the trainers are really nice and they do an excellent job at stopping you during a workout to correct your form to make sure that you are being safe. I’d Highly recommend anyone come here!

As an enthusiast of group fitness classes and boutique fitness studios for years, I can honestly say that MADabolic Westminster is the best experience in the industry. It's the perfect combination of strength, cardio and even some boxing. The classes are so fun and go by so quickly - but they don't feel gimmicky - I leave every class feeling so much stronger (and I'm seeing the results show up faster than ever before). I am so lucky to have found MADabolic! I have been working out 3-4x a week at this location since it opened and, although this was a new style of workout for me (totally new to any type of weightlifting, had a ways to go to getting in shape), I quickly felt so welcomed and encouraged. There is no intimidation, and the gym manages to maintain a feeling of community without being cult-y. I get guidance and one-on-one attention during workouts that improves my form, even in group classes. This gym is focused on all the right things - pushing yourself intelligently, resting when you need to, pacing, diversity of your work out, and functional strength. The workouts are pretty quick but intense, so you get a great workout even when you don't have a ton of time. I am so excited to continue to see results with MAD!

Love this place. Been out of the gym for around 2 years (have an 18month old and 4 year old) so just busy and out of shape. They’ve been great though. The workout routines are all different and fun - teachers are pretty active in mentoring if motions for specific exercises are wrong - and the overall community they have seems great. They are doing a $5 for 5 classes right now as they just opened recently. Highly recommend trying it out. I went from the 5 days to buying a 10 pack to just signing up for unlimited monthly I’m liking it so much.

I quickly fell in love with the training style and philosophy of MADabolic. They do all the hard work for you of designing a year long training plan and the workouts per week. It’s not custom but it’s grounded in sports science and is exactly the type of well-rounded athletic training I would be looking for with a personal trainer for a fraction of the price. It’s not one-on-one either but the class sizes are kept small enough that whomever is leading the workout can keep an eye on your form throughout the movements and give personalised adjustments when needed.

The coaches and owner are fantastic, they know their stuff and they take the time to get to know you too. Everyone I have trained with has been supportive and friendly. In short, the community of this gym is forming and it is filled with good people. The space is pretty nice too with all new equipment and an attached covered garage for parking.

Would highly recommend checking it out and seeing if it’s your thing too.
