At MANNA Pilates + Health, we specialize in holistic body wellness, combining Pilates, fascia release, wellness coaching, and sound healing to help individuals attune to their bodies, release physical and emotional pain, increase mobility, and achieve alignment and strength. Our approach is about empowering people to live pain-free, vibrant lives through integrated, personalized wellness practices.

First off, having shown up feeling 10/10 anxious, I must say that I certainly left feeling better than I have in years. It was soothing, informative, beneficial and impactful. I already am and will continue to be recommending the fascia+frequency class to everyone who has tension, pain (whether emotional or physical) anxiety and/or stress because that session blasted it all away. The sound bath was so special and beautiful. It all contributed to a knowledge that I can heal and continue to feel good and deserve to feel good.

My husband and I have been taking duets with Joanna at Manna Pilates for over a year and are really pleased with the balance it provides with our other activities. She works on issues specific to our needs and constantly changes the workout so as not to get into a routine. We love the variations and the many props she uses. Joanna is very talented at teaching pilates, knowing bodies, and enjoys her work.

The building is easily accessible and has plenty of free parking.

Jill is, quite simply, the most knowledgeable and talented Pilates instructor with whom I have ever worked. Her expertise transcends Pilates, as she has a deep understanding of the human body, and continually pursues additional training which profoundly benefits her clients. She is committed to expanding her own practice and knowledge related to the intersection of mental, emotional, and physical health. I started working with Jill eight years ago following a significant injury; and though I have continued to have complex health challenges and many surgeries, I am convinced that the reason I am able to function as well as I do can be largely credited to Jill. Whenever I work with Jill or Joanna (a wonderful addition to the MANNA team), I know that they will expertly craft a session based on my needs at that time, whether it is post-surgical rehabilitation or rigorous athletic conditioning. Manna Pilates + Health is truly the best. I've been working with Jill for well over a decade, through two pregnancies, multiple surgeries, and lots of life. She always adapts and challenges me in just the right ways. I've also worked with Joanna for the last number of years, and she knows how to precisely target my weak spots to ensure I'm as balanced and strong as possible. I love skiing and mountain biking, and I credit my years of pilates with keeping me super stable and injury-resistant. I highly recommend all their offerings - pilates for strength and stability, fascia for mobility, and sound healing for soothing a busy mind. I also highly recommend their retreats if you're looking to try out all their modalities and reconnect with yourself and other like-minded folks in a beautiful place.

Manna Pilates is hands down my favorite and most trusted place for Pilates instruction. Both Jill and Joanna know their stuff and they know THEIR clients, which means they’ll push you to your limits (in a good way). I’ve taken both private and duet sessions consistently for 5 years - their attention to detail, knowledge of the human body, STOTT training, backgrounds in dance and overall love for Pilates is truly unmatched. I’ve enjoyed one on one sessions, two pilates retreats in Costa Rica (+ 2025 Panama woooohoo!), sound healings, specialized fascia work, in depth zoom classes on breath work…all of it has been informative, challenging and most of all - fun!

Jill has been my wellness coach for 2 years, and my work with her has been transformative. I started Pilates with a goal of strengthening my core (abs y’all, woo!), but she has coached me through half marathon training, multiple triathlons, rehabbing decades of posture neglect, and nutrition and gut issues. Notably, as Jill has deepened her knowledge and expertise around fascia and mobility, she has taught me how to rehab my body in the studio and at home. As a human with a demanding job and a single parent to 3 active kiddos, I had neglected my body for years…I experienced chronic neck pain, migraines, traps that couldn’t relax, perpetually hunched shoulders, janky knees, and various aches and pains that contributed downstream.

My experience with Jill at Manna Pilates + Health in Denver was nothing short of extraordinary. As someone who has been on a long and frustrating journey of seeking pain relief through chiropractors, yoga, massage therapists, and various pilates practitioners, I can say without a doubt that Jill was a beacon of hope and a breath of fresh air.

Upon my first encounter with Jill, her expertise was evident and the progress I made was almost immediate - it felt like magic. Manna is perfect for me, one the things I appreciate most about Manna is that the instructors pay strict attention to the client to ensure correct movement and position, which you do not get in most studios. When you walk in the first question is "how is your body feeling today" then the workout is tailored to what your body needs not what is already planned by the instructor that day! I have been working with Jill over 11 years, she has helped me regain full range of motion in by shoulder after a rotator cuff tear as well as rid my body of the resulting shoulder, arm and hand pain. Jill has kept my 70+ year old body in shape to continue multiple hard core sports including hours of skiing, distance cycling, and hiking 14ers. I could not do it without her knowledge and support. Manna Pilates is by far and beyond being the BEST experience in physical and mental fitness I have found in my 31 years of life. Jill Economakos is a miracle worker and just all around a beautiful person and dear friend.
My husband and I have been working with her for over a year now. We found each other following a very serious foot surgery. She has become like family to the two of us and we are forever grateful!

Jill works Mon/Tues/Thur/Fridays AND has another instructor in her studio on Wednesdays and weekends.

I have also been seeing Joanna regularly for over a month now. She is perfectly in line with Jill's philosophy and has a beautiful and complementary style of teaching Pilates.

I cannot recommend MANNA PILATES enough!!!! If you are looking for Pilates or any kind of exercise whatsoever LOOK NO FURTHER <3

As a former professional hockey player, my body has been through a lot. As a current lawyer, I wasn't taking care of myself the same way that I used to. Jill's former experience as a professional dancer combined with her knowledge of how to maintain, heal, and improve the body through exercise and nutrition is second to none. There is so much literature out these days on what constitutes a healthy diet. She can help whether you live in Denver or you live somewhere else because she can design a program specifically for you-- that's my favorite part. Jill's approach is simple and tailored to each individual (meaning I can still eat pizza, sometimes haha). Under Jill's direction, we spent about 40 days figuring out how different foods affect/effect my body. During this time, Jill directed me to literature about food that was simple, and made sense. I lost 20 pounds during this time frame, and have a sustainable plan of success to keep looking more like an athlete, instead of a former athlete. Any time I had a question, no matter how small or stupid, Jill was there to answer quickly and thoughtfully. Manna is about lifestyle, not just trying to look good for a wedding or a beach trip. If you are serious about wanting to live a healthier lifestyle and be the best version of yourself, I highly recommend Manna Pilates + Health. Jill is like having a mentor, coach, friend and Buddha all rolled into one. She is there when you need to be pushed or encouraged. Jill's holistic approach to health is inspiring and easy to follow. I took a barre class here and it was great! It is a lovely, clean studio space. It is a small space (that felt really nice) so there is lots of individual attention. Lexi was a great, attentive instructor and she supported me in correcting my form. There were similarities to other barre classes but also some unique things that were more dance-based (Lexi is a dancer) that I really enjoyed. It was fun to feel more like a ballerina at the barre (if only I could be as lithe and graceful and Lexi!) I enjoyed the class and the positive energy of the studio. I will definitely be returning for another class!
