I attended yoga classes here for about a year. I was a substitute yoga teacher for them on several occasions. Unfortunately the environment is very unwelcoming if you’re even remotely conservative in your values. Teachers regularly talked politics, the end of savasana (literally before you rolled up your mat and got off of the ground) became fundraising events for left wing political leaders - which teachers encouraged. In my 20+ years of doing yoga (even in Boulder!) I’ve never experienced anything like it.
The owners did apologize and took responsibility for this highly politicized culture that they created. It just wasn’t worth it for me when there’s much better, less divisive places to do yoga.

It's a good place to build confidence for kids. The yearly recital is expensive especially for a whole family to attend.

Both of my daughters have taken dance lessons for the last ten years. I have taken many wellness classes including yoga and Nia.
