I thought I would train with Ty for a few months, but it’s been a year and I have no plans in stopping. As a life-long cardio and yoga addict, I had never lifted weights before and working with Ty has completely shifted my approach to exercise. I feel stronger, I’ve lost fat, gained muscle, and best of all - my lingering shoulder injury has healed significantly because of Ty’s thoughtful programming and attention to form and mobility. Ty is also knowledgeable about nutrition and advised me on macro goals. I was resistant to tracking my food at first, but after I tried it - I realized it was a complete game changer. I’m now looking forward to summer when I can show off in a bikini :)

Lastly - it’s a lot of fun working out at his gym. I highly recommend Ty as a personal trainer!

Ty has changed the way I view fitness. Not only did he help me create better fitness habits but he also helped me understand the right way to work out and how to eat better. Coach Ty helped me regain strength and mobility, as well as some symmetry and balance in my knees and hips after years of grappling and Muaythai. He’s very knowledgeable, but what’s more important is that it’s obvious how much he cares. I would highly recommend him for a wide variety of fitness goals.

I’ve worked with Coach Ty for a year and I couldn’t be happier with the progress. I’ve gotten stronger than I expected and it’s happened faster than I expected. I’ve also been amazed at how that has helped my mental health and overall happiness. A few months ago, my knee wasn’t feeling 100% so Ty adjusted accordingly and before long, it was good as new. Can’t wait to see how much stronger I get during this next year.

I’ve been working out at Mile HIgh Athletics with Tyler for over TWO YEARS! It is one of the best decisions I made for myself. Tyler takes a personalized approach to everyone he trains. For me specifically he set me up with a workout tailored to me and what I wanted to accomplish. I have been loving it as well as the accountability. I can say I am steadily working out 3x a week now where as before I could barely get myself into the gym, nor did I know what to do when I got there. He has even helped me though some injuries which is something he specializes in. Highly. highly recomend his gym and personal training services!

I started training with Ty about 3 years ago after several attempts at finding a trainer that not only mindfully understood my previous sports injuries but knew how to coach/aid in my daily recovery. Ty did just that. Through his FST and by incorporating activating stretches at the start of each workout, I found that the areas that gave me the most issues or fears of re-injuring became stronger and stronger, to the point that they no longer dictated my workouts like they had in years past - these exercises are my go-to daily exercises that I do everyday outside of the gym!

This success can be attributed to Ty’s vast knowledge of the body. His programs are meticulously thought-out each week, focusing on different movements and the the goals of his clients. He offers a healthy variety of muscle building/bulking lifting blocks, as well as, muscle toning and fat burning lifting blocks that were perfect for giving the body a rest after a heavy lifting block. His equipment is top-of-the-line and as a whole, Ty’s coaching and workout programs are very engaging and motivating which kept me accountable over the last 3 years, which is what I love most!

I came to Ty about 4 years ago. I was as out of shape and eating as poorly as I have in my entire life. I had some old injuries from my time wrestling in college and they had let my unable to do any of the activities I enjoyed (golf, grappling, etc.) Ty sat down with me, talked about my goals of getting back into shape and returning to sport, and put together a very specific plan for me. I have never felt better in my life and I am back to doing all of the activities I love. I am eating better and feeling better than I have in 10 years. Thanks so much Ty!!

Finding Ty has been such a blessing for my overall health and wellness. He customizes workout plans based on your goals and challenges you everyday. He worked with me around my knee and low back pain and helped me with my squat stance, which immensely improved my workouts and pain I was having.

He starts out with a consultation to go over your goals, BMI, macros etc to ensure he is targeting and helping you achieve your goals while keeping your body healthy.

I’ve successfully seen results after working out with horrible trainers and on my own for 3 years prior and couldn’t be happier!!

I started training with Ty to help resolve some issues from an old snowboarding accident. He really was able to help me find new strength and understanding of what my body needs to function properly. Ty has helped me gain strength and mobility all while losing weight. I really like the community vibe of the Kompound location. I also like that our sessions are not in a packed gym. I have learned a lot and after years of l I were back issues, I think my core strength will be great enough so that I can ski for the first time in years, this year. Anyhow, Def worth checking out no matter what your level athletic ability. Also worth noting, Ty has really helped my hone in on my diet (when I'm not boozing, lol).
