About the Club

Mind the Body specializes in providing personalized one-on-one Pilates training on the reformer, mat, chair, and wall tower in a private studio as well as virtual group and private mat classes. An emphasis on breathing and mindfulness throughout the workout enhances the body's performance. Meditation coaching is also offered for those wishing to start or deepen their stillness practice.

Lisa is very knowledgeable in mindfulness and pilates - the perfect combination for mental and physical wellness!
