We're a gym exclusively for women in Centennial, CO, and our mission is "inspiring women to be strong," realizing "strong" means something different to everyone. We provide a safe and empowering environment for you to grow stronger, healthier, and more confident. Here you can tackle your fitness goals under the careful guidance of certified personal trainers and coaches, or, you can come workout on your own with our gym membership option. Want to get started with powerlifting? Our coaches have won professional powerlifting competitions. Looking to work out with friends? Join our semi-private small group sessions! MJ Fit online is by far the best online training platform I have tried! I seriously love it and this one feels totally different than other programs. It’s completely customized for me, and my trainer actually checks in with me, gives me feedback on my form videos, and updates my plan right away when things change. The Facebook group is awesome too (so motivating!) and I’ve been able to join a few in-person events since I’m local, which makes it feel like a true community. It’s been the perfect mix of accountability, flexibility, and support! Definitely recommend!!

I stumbled upon this gym after looking up fitness centers near my workplace. This place is different in the best way. It has made a difference in my life so far. I feel physically stronger and mentally stronger. My balance and mobility have even improved. I often learn new ways to care for myself here. I am really enjoying the workshops they host as well. I’ve attended a mobility and injury prevention workshop, hikes with the gym group, and running club on the weekend. It has lead me to believe that being active can be fun again.
My trainer, Kylie, has been patient and kind, but she challenges me as well. She never shames me for what I struggle with, which is different than other trainers I’ve had. I’ve had a few injuries when I was younger (car accident, skateboarding, snowboarding, running). Kylie makes sure to ask if I am experiencing any joint pain, and we also rate how difficult a lifting exercise is as well. Kylie also suggests new ways to stretch and strengthen target areas where I have become weak. Sam, another trainer at the gym, helps pace the run club on jogs and I really enjoy his enthusiasm and positivity. I’m so grateful to have found this place.

I've been working with Sam for almost a year now. He's always willing to work around any minor injuries or restrictions I have, while simultaneously challenging me to do my best. He's fun to work with, always willing to explain something in more detail, or take any feedback given with the intention of improvement. He sometimes makes it feel like hanging out more than working out...at least until I get home and the soreness kicks in.

In the time we've been working together, my strength and body composition have improved, and so has my attitude toward regular exercise. Sam's work ethic and eagerness to help me reach my goals are part of that success.

I love MJ Fit! I found MJ and her gym thanks to her dogs Stella and Porter lol. They got out and one of my sisters found Stella. Upon meeting MJ she told me she owned a gym and I had been wanting to step out of my comfort zone and go to a gym and get healthier. I had no idea what I was doing and had a lot of nervousness about it, especially about going to a gym with men and women but MJ fit is a women's gym and that help eased some of that anxiety. So finding Stella and MJ inviting me to her gym was the push of motivation that I needed. MJ helped me right along with lots of encouragement and I love training with her! She is a great personal trainer pushing you to do your best even when you don't think you have it in you. When I wasn't training with her anymore having one of her gym memberships is great! I've come to love weight lifting and finding out how strong I am! Sadly I have since moved from Colorado to Massachusetts since getting married in September so I am no longer able to go to MJ fit but when I visit Colorado I'll definitely be stopping by! I love MJ Fit! MJ is an amazing personal trainer because she is knowledgeable, compassionate, and encourages me in all my workouts. I have seen results in my physical appearance and strength in only two months. Additionally, as a gym membership holder here, I love the atmosphere and location of the gym. The gym is never overcrowded like big box gyms, so I’m always able to complete my full workout without modifications due to a lack of equipment or space.

I've been doing the online workouts over Zoom with MJ Fit during the coronavirus quarantine, and have noticed significant improvements in strength and endurance already! Special shout-out to Terri for her bootcamp classes. She is the sweetest trainer ever. She makes you work really hard, but she does the classes along side you. She's not making you do anything she wouldn't do herself. And the Zoom format is awesome, because I can work out in my living room, while still getting corrections on form, so I'm doing the exercises safely and getting the most benefit to work the right muscle groups. Kudos!

I've worked both 1:1 and in group sessions with Marshelle, and she was the best trainer I've ever had. Besides being obviously committed to your success, her sessions are the perfect blend of traditional strength training (you will squat, deadlift, etc) and things that are more fun/creative. I've tried all the boutique combination classes out there (Orange Theory, Barry's, etc), and nothing comes close. I had to move for work, and I still use some of her routines (and can see other people at the gym copy me). Miss you Marshelle!

What can I say about this woman? She is amazing. I have been training with Marshelle for over 2 years; the last year remotely, since I live in Boston. She provides me weekly workout routines electronically that both challenge my physical ability as well as keep me engaged without getting boring. My teen daughter and I love working with Marshelle!
She's all about teaching a healthy approach towards fitness while looking at everything going on with your diet, emotional state and life style.
