I love this gym I did a day pass like 2 weeks ago forgot to give a review but phenomenal gym it's got that real industrial gym vibe which that'll keep me in the gym all day I love that place. I think it also caters to literally everybody like I'm extremely strong and used to do power lifting Well there you go You got it there women there's tons of stuff for them to do machines upstairs cardio everything and this guy knows what he's doing. You can see the little intricate things he bought that anybody who's ever worked out for a long time once You look down there and there's attachments that don't exist in other gyms there's forearm equipment the guy really pays attention. If this gym had 150 to 200 lb dumbbells I would go sign up tomorrow even though I'm at another gym it's worth the money even in this economy.

MVAC is by far the best gym in the Valley. The equipment is commercial grade and very well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is always clean and comfortable. The rates are more than reasonable for everything they provide.

Judgmentental, disrespectful, rude staff.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a good place to work out. I parked my truck and trailer in the very back away from everyone so that my friend could go out and check out the gym while I fixed a minor wiring issue between my vehicle and trailer. A couple minutes go by and my friend walks back to the truck and tells me that it looks really decent inside and that the rates were good as well. Was thinking that this was a good place until an employee stepped out of the building with another. The gentlemen first started disrespecting my friend, commenting to eachother loudly about his weight, then had the nerve to talk bad about my trailer and vehicle saying "it's ruining the parking lot". I was parked there for no more than 15 minutes maximum and only touched the wires of my trailer hooked up to the truck, no tools or nothing literally just plugging it in. They could have had 3 regular clients going there weekly, now they lost out on that opportunity to earn money because I'd rather waste money at a Planet Fitness than get mocked and disrespected so rudely and bluntly.

Stopped by on the way through town while moving to check out the facilities and use them. Was judged for being on the heavy side by a member/employee on the way out. Will not be returning if this kind of judgement is the norm.

The lady who works here is nice! She even helped me with my form on an exercise when I asked her for help!

The gym is huge and has all the equipment you need to get a great workout.

I appreciate the hospitality! It's hard to find it sometimes on the road.

Good gym great prices! Got a 6 month membership for 250. Plenty of weights and cardio equipment. Racquet ball courts are nice. Half court basketball court is sub par but works.

Russell is a very friendly guy! He keeps his Gym clean and sanitized for customers safety. Also his equipment is very nice as he doesn't allow people to misuse his equipment! I would recommend MVAC to anyone wanting to get fit in a clean, healthy, motivational place then this is the place!
