The best trainer in the Springs, best trainer in Colorado and best trainer in the WORLD! Before I had Tyler I had a lot of misconceptions about working out and what it meant. Tyler is the most educated trainer I’ve ever had. I’ve had trainers that made me have a bad relationship with food and workout out. Your goal is simply Tyler’s goal to help you achieve it! He knows so much about the body and the muscles and how they work. Tyler is not only passionate about what he does, he truly does care about you. I've never had a bad work out session. The biggest priority is safety and not exercising more than what your body can handle after that. After that, everything is oriented to meet your own personal goals. Tyler is patient and uplifting and will help you with nutrition and diet as best he can. Tyler is the best, no question. As a coach he's attentive, adaptable, and encouraging. As a human, his qualities are many. He keeps spirits high while creating an atmosphere of equal fun and performance. Tyler is the biggest beast I've ever met. I had a shoulder injury that never healed properly and is always in pain during lifts. Tyler was able to tailor a workout plan to both strengthen and take the pressure off the shoulder. I have legitimately not felt this good since highschool.

Tyler is exceptional at picking up on your limits and pushing you right to them. If you want a trainer who is knowledgeable, motivating, and is a straight up bad a$$ I cannot recommend Tyler enough!

He has truly given my life more passion and even encouraged me to do a powerlifting meet (something I would have never done). I have won every local powerlifting meet I have competed in. Because of him and his guidance I competed in the United States Of America Powerlifting Raw Nationals last year and placed seventh for my weight class.
