Move With Ease feels like a very positive and welcoming space. The classes I’ve attended have always felt new and different - there’s enough familiarity that I don’t feel lost, and enough challenge that I don’t feel bored. I leave those classes feeling refreshed and intrigued with what my body can do, and wanting to come back to learn more. Even when my most challenging class had me feeling a bit overwhelmed and emotional in front of others, Katrina took a moment to reassure me and help me step back in, without disrupting the flow of the class for other attendees. From small groups to larger turnouts, Katrina has a fun and energizing approach to keep everyone mutually engaged. The feedback I receive in class feels like what I need to improve, without being made to feel awkward in front of others. I’m looking forward to seeing and experiencing what comes out of this space!

Move with Ease is a dance studio and a training space that offers accessible fitness options for all levels of fitness. This is a highly recommended place to build community and work through mobility restrictions, nagging injuries and chronic pain or simply level up your exercise routine. Katrina is a very gifted trainer. In just a few sessions she was able to assess long-held imbalances and offer extremely effective correction exercises and movements. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to learn from you and already be moving with more ease🦾❤️‍🔥💫

Move With Ease is such a great space. I love what they are doing in the blues community and making space for BIPOC folks. I also appreciate that they are a great facility for rentals. I use them a lot for one-on-one dance instruction and then also teacher training. It's a very clean space with great facilities and excellent customer service

It’s amazing how this “progressive” ideology thinks racism and segregation are a positive thing. It’s amazing how when they have a class that everyone else but white people are allowed in, is called “inclusive” and “progressive”. Do not support these types of people and businesses that are actually racist and believe in segregation.

This is not a just some gym! It's an inclusive movement school welcoming to neuro divergent folk. I feel at ease when I come here, and the members of the community are cheerful and interactive.

I especially love the mobility classes taught by the owner Katrina. I've seen my range of motion and improve, and pain reduced in my time here.

Can't wait to see how I grow here!

This movement school has already helped me in my body goals so much; I feel more confident and movement is easier and less painful than it has been for me in the past. I feel the true sense of community here and am looking forward to the growth of myself and of being connected with others in this space.

I've just had one session with Katrina, but I already feel more in touch with my body and am looking forward to going back. Katrina does a great job of explaining anatomy and how alignment in one body part impacts another body part.

Oct. 2023 - I've now been working with Katrina for six months and my original assessment was spot-on. She continues to be amazing. The description of Move with Ease as a "school of movement" is also very accurate. Katrina is a teacher at heart and her studio is a teaching and learning place.

I took a group lesson from Katrina at another location. I often have difficulty with verbal communication, but have been social dancing in Denver for over 10 years, and it's never been an issue for me in lessons, or the dance community in general.

During my lesson with Katrina, she directed a question to me (which is fine by itself!). She prompted me for a response several times before I could reply, and then joked that I was a slow thinker and lost in thought.

Beautiful, functional, versatile space for body movement, exercise, physical therapy, dance, community, and probably more things than I know how to classify. The owner/founder Katrina really is going above and beyond to bring such a gem of a space to Denver.

What I appreciate about Katrina is her no-nonsense and honest coaching mentality. Very few coaches of today have that direct feedback but caring approach.

Katrina has helped me with flexibility techniques and core strength ideas that I am very grateful for. And her discussion on listening to the body in healing times vs always pushing is wise advise.

I recommend connecting with Katrina if you have put off flexibility and core training in your own training program.

Combining exceptional knowledge, experience and interpersonal skill with a gift for healing, Katrina's focus on restoring and enhancing the body's natural movements resulted in benefits well beyond what I thought possible at my age - balance, strength, confidence, functional fitness and elimination of chronic, nagging foot and joint pain. Five stars are not enough! Thank you, Katrina, for helping me reclaim the joy in living I thought I'd lost.
