DO NOT GO HERE!!! The place is FILTHY, and the teenagers running the show have ZERO idea what's going on. We had our daughter's 8th birthday party here and it was a disaster. Nothing we ordered was done, four different people said they had no idea what we were talking about (even though I paid for it in advance) and eventually said "oh ya, our system does that." They were rude, dismissive, and did not make this feel at all special for a birthday party.

To add insult to injury, I had at least 3 separate calls that were masked as making sure they understood everything we needed and were ready to provide a great experience. In reality, it was just a cheap upsell call to try and get us to buy their pizza. What a waste. So disappointing.

If you want a "ninja" type experience for a party, go somewhere else. There are PLENTY of places offering similar things that are run professionally and for less.

We had my son’s 10th birthday party here in August and it was one of our favorite parties yet. The hosts went above and beyond to play games with the kids. Even though the party was on a Sunday, it wasn’t packed which was nice. The place was clean, pricing was good, and there was a lot to keep the 5th graders busy. We recommend Ninja Nation!

We hosted Ninja Nation at our elementary school for a fundraiser, and it was amazing! They brought an awesome course and plenty of equipment. Every time I come here my opinion drops. The employees never smile or look happy to be there. Last time I was here, the bathrooms smelled terrible and appeared to have flooded because of the standing water outside the doors. Next time we went, there was a high pitched incessant ringing in the gym that hasn’t been there before. When I asked about it, the employee brushed me off. Same employee yelled at my kids about opening the dippin dots freezer. Like, if you don’t want kids opening it to see the treats, then lock the door. This is a kids place, kids are going to open the freezer. I booked a birthday party here that’s happening in a couple weeks. If my son wasn’t excited about it, I would cancel.

My daughter loved coming to camp. She was excited each day and we went for the entire week. It was very appropriate for her age at 6 years old. My only issue is that it was run by very young kids who almost seemed scared to parent the kids in the camp. I wish there would have been a bit more structure than letting kids run around crazy!

I went here for a kids birthday party and I used the zipline set up on a platform and it came apart right after I started going and the large sprocket fell on my head and gave me a concussion. I went to the urgent care and had the concussion confirmed. They texted me to apologize and I ask to be reimbursed for the Uber to the urgent care and my co-pay and missing a couple days of work and they never responded. Their waiver is pretty good since a personal injury lawyer didn’t even want to take the case which is a shocker in and of itself. I’m NEVER going back here. I don’t trust any of their equipment.

Extremely disappointed with their camp policies. I have 2 kids signed up for multiple weeks of camp and they sent out a promotion for discounted rates for "last minute" purchasers. Sure - take my $2500 in January b/c I plan ahead and then reward people who don't. Generally you're rewarded for signing up early, not late. If it wasn't non-refundable I'd be pulling my kids out of the camp and signing them up for something else. They can also be sure I won't be signing them up in the future and we've used them for camp and school days off...not anymore. They just lost a customer.

When we were at ninja nation today they had hardly any staff. There were only three staff members. One of them was sitting on there phone doing nothing to help. My grandson was on the air bag and had a huge scratch down his arm. I don't recommend coming here.

We came for my son’s 13th birthday and my son really enjoys coming here and we wish we could more often. However, I thought the time slot said ages 5+ but there were younger ones all over including crawling babies with parents just chatting nearby so I felt I had to follow my son and his friends around so that they had body awareness.
So while I’d recommend this place, I’d add that you and your older children need to be extra mindful that others aren’t following rules.

About a month ago, we stumbled upon an ad for a free trial class and we jump on the opportunity. After the first class, our daughter asked immediately when the next time she could take a class. The following week, we signed her up for preteen fundamental and we couldn't be, happier with the decision. Everyone from the moment we walked in the gym has been so inviting and the pure camaraderie that you see in that gym is next level. Watching the coaches boost the confidence of these young athletes by pointing out the positive vs negative is amazing. Having a child with low self esteem walk out of her class smiling of all accomplishments small or large is a big deal. We can not say enough great things about the staff we have dealt with Coach Charlie, Kyle, Brayden, Declan and even Toni have gone above and beyond for our family. People who work here make this place great. Kudos to the coaches & front desk. We have been coming here from more than 6 months, and it gets better every day. I’m really sad that we’ve had such a poor experience here. My kids love coming to play here. But, we came during a class last time and my son had all the equipment he was using taken away from him. The teacher said he needed it for his obstacle course but we paid to play there too. I think they should be flexible and adjust their plans for classes around kids that are there for open gym, instead of taking equipment away from children. I was told that kids in the classes take priority and they can’t take stuff away from them. But they can take stuff away from paying customers using open gym. That doesn’t make sense to me. Everyone there is paying to play there. No one should have preferential treatment. If they don’t want kids using equipment during their classes then they shouldn’t have open gym while they have classes.

We had our son's 7th birthday party at Ninja Nation and it was a phenomenal experience. It was super easy to plan and coordinate. The place is a ton of fun for the kids to play, and provides a great strength training opportunity (even if they don't know it!) and mental workout for the kids. The instructors are amazing! My kids went here on a field trip with their summer camp right before the school year started up again. Their experiences were both tragic. The reported experience of the camp counselors were equally unpleasant as they were berated and forced to remove their campers from the facility before their agreed upon time expired. If you're hosting a winter birthday party in the Denver area for a relatively large party of kids, you know your options are somewhat limited. Ninja Nation truly does it all! This place is well-run and has their planning and logistics down to a science, really taking the stress out of the whole process. We paid to have the party host, and he was so great with our party of nearly 20 kids, showing them "the ropes" and getting them started with jumping jacks before running them through the various obstacles for over an hour. And this also allowed for all the parents to catch up and converse, which was most welcomed. And a few days before the party, we spoke to the management team to get final details hammered out like signing of waivers, activity timelines, and, the all-important matter, the food: we reviewed pizza numbers (which they handled, and was delivered in from Anthony's, which as far as local chains go, is certainly one of the better ones, I think), what drinks they would provide, and how the desserts would work (which we provided). And our host set up all the plates, cups, and food, wearing gloves and reminding the kids to wash their hands--little things like this are a massive help when corralling such a large swath of wee ones. Also, we were given a cart to transport our items from the car, including the presents back at the end of the party. Again, we really didn't have to do much else but show up and have fun. Certainly the most expensive kid's party we've had (especially when adding a well-deserved tip for our host), and a bit of a trek down for us all here in central Denver, but when you see how detail-orientated, clean, and exercise-centric this place is, it's sort of a no-brainer to have your next kid party here. Bonus: as parents of the birthday kid, you get to try out some of the course as well, and therefore really get reminded of how middle-aged and out-of-shape you are!

My son was injured when an instructor shook a platform and he fell in an area with no mats. He was rushed to the er in an ambulance with a horrible break in his arm and had emergency surgery. DRs said it was one of the worst breaks they have ever seen. He now has 4 pins in his arm, potentially more surgeries, pt, etc. Ninja Nation said the equipment wasn't being used properly and that the instructor "feels terrible". The CEO was supposed to call me to discuss and has not as of writing this review. Additionally, I signed a waiver to be out on the floor to watch my kids. Ninja Nation made an announcement that all parents had to leave the floor because it was too busy. Had I been there with my kids, I would have stopped the instructor. I understand accidents happen, but this was negligence on their part and the instructor. The equipment was being used improperly by the instructor and they made me leave my kids out on the floor with the instructor. Hoping to receive a call like I was told I would....

This place was sweet! had a fun time with a bunch of fellow youth leaders and each person had a challenge set in store for them. Hannah was the host for the night and she helped encourage even the folks that planned on not trying anything at all (they did and were so glad they gave some of the obstacles a try). 10/10 would recommend to bring young adults ( 18-30) and of course kids are going to go wild here....!

My niece's 5th BD party was held here and the kids had a blast. A great atmosphere with a good variety of obstacles for all levels. The staff was personable, knowledgeble and always willing to help and offer tips to complete the obstacles. Besides the enjoyment of watching the kids, it was fun to try some of the obstacles ourselves and a great time was had by all.

Between our 2 boys we have had over 18 hosted birthday parties all over town. Noah and Reid made this the best hosted party we have ever had. They were interactive and fun with the kids, friendly and helpful with the adults and honestly just a joy to be around. They are genuinely nice people who clearly enjoy their job and are great with kids. The facility was well maintained, clean and all the kids had a great time. In my opinion the staff if what really makes or breaks an experience and Noah and Reid made this party a blast for all of us. I would highly recommend!

A genuine challenge and fun time for all in the family! From swings to salmon ladders, warped walls to slack lines, this ever-changing obstacle course has it all. And most importantly, they have skilled and knowledgeable staff at any point to assist you. If we lived locally, we would most definitely have a membership, but I’d highly recommend it even if you just want a fun place to spent an hour or 2 while in town.

Today was our second visit here taking my 8 year old son and 5 year old daughter. After coming a few days ago they couldn’t wait to get back. It sure beats sitting in front of the TV.

This is such a good thing for kids. It not only gets them in shape but it does it in a way that they don’t realize they are working out. They are having fun all while building confidence and gaining strength, stamina, agility and belief in themselves!

A special shout out to Coach Declan. He has a heart of gold and went above and beyond to help my son conquer some fears and push himself to new things. Thank you Declan!

My son fell and broke his wrist and elbow during a Ninja Basics class and it was a traumatic experience for us. There was only one coach with 8 young kids, not enough spotting, rules, or padding underneath. We understand there is risk in this activity but we felt this terrible accident could have been avoided with more staff, regulations and precautions in place.
