Our almost 3.5 year old is taking a gym class for the first time. She’s four classes in now and went from never allowing a real attempt to doing assisted somersaults in three classes! Her teacher, Natalie, adapted to her ability right away and she’s progressively made things more challenging each class. She adapts her expectations and the skills to each kiddo and helps meet them where their abilities are. I’m so impressed with her and we’re so glad we found NoCo for our first toddler classes. :)

We love NoCo Gymnastics! My daughter has been attending for 5+ years. She started off in the preschool class and has now been on team for almost three years. The coaches are positive and safe and the new gym is absolutely beautiful.

Outside of practice, their Birthday Party package is exceptional and so much fun! My daughter said it was her best birthday party ever!

I had my son enrolled here and on their first day was allowed to just roll on his neck and have no guidance. My wife brought up how it was unsafe and other issues that her and other parents could see happening.
What did we get in return for voicing our concerns?
My son was unenrolled and removed from all his classes without anyone ever speaking to my wife or I.
This place is absolute trash. Want to take your kids here? Be ready for injuries and for them to put little to no care for your child, then get unenrolled with no communication what so ever.
If Google would let me I'd give 0 stars. Absolute trash. Will find other places to review and let other parents know how horrible this place is.

Our instructor, Jacey, never introduced herself to parents or the kiddos.
Jacey performed 3 demonstrations - to the point multiple parents were saying the kids don’t know what to do because they were never shown. 3 demonstrations in a 50 minute class.

In a class of 6 kids, almost half rolled on their necks while working on a “cartwheel” and you can see my kiddo rolling on his neck repeatedly. After about the third time, she did physically support him but you can see her looking off across the room. I’m not sure how you support something/someone without even looking.

Once the owners husband approached me and we were chatting, my son started to tickle the back of a little girls neck and put his fingertips down the back of her leotard. I repeatedly asked why my son wasn’t being corrected and pointed out that he did not have permission to touch her body and there was a huge language barrier so the girl wasn’t really able to communicate to him to stop. I was laughed at by the owners husband.

If I could give zero stars I would.

My daughter loves attending her class. The instructor is great and has taught my daughter a lot in the short time she has been there. The instructor and owner are always willing to answer your questions. They do a great job of ensuring the safety of the children during class and pickup after the class.

I go here I'm 12 and this gym is great. I started going here a couple months ago and already learned so much. Ashley is amazing and I have coach Amelia and she has taught me so much and is so nice and she will help me if I need help on something. I will be going here for hopefully a really long time 😁😁. all the coaches here are so nice.🥰

Our daughters (13 & 9) have been attending NoCo since it opened. We could not be happier with their growth in both skill level and confidence. The classes are organized and the coaches are kind and have great class management skills. Our kids come out of class tired and smiling. Our youngest is on their competitive team and the environment is positive, supportive, and safe. I appreciate that the schedule allows her to explore other activities and gives her time to just be a kid. We love our gym home and highly recommend it.

We take our daughter to the parent-tot class and it's awesome! It's structured yet not up tight. You can tell the coaches are there to primarily make sure the kids enjoy themselves but also to help teach gymnastics when appropriate! We love this place and highly recommend it for anyone with a little one that needs to get out some energy!

We've had really good luck at this place. Great family who runs it!! My only wish is that it was not next to a bar. As a parent, it makes me feel a bit insecure to leave my little girl at class with so much bar traffic. The instruction is good and Ashley is a great teacher!

We had my son's 3rd birthday here. Ashley, the owner, was absolutely wonderful. She provided everything we needed for our party (plates, utensils, even balloons!). Her gym is clean and organized and she is great with the kiddos. Would highly recommend NoCo Gymanstics!
