NorthStar Athletics has been amazing for our family! Both of our kids go there, and Coach Micah does an incredible job with each one of them. He’s patient, attentive, and truly cares about helping kids grow—not just in gymnastics, but in confidence and character. The classes are fun, encouraging, and really well-structured.
We highly recommend NorthStar to any family looking to get their child started in gymnastics!

I’m so glad we found this place! My 5-year old has been begging us to do gymnastics for years but we weren’t impressed with any of the other places we tried, (enough to keep her signed up) Coach Micah is so great with the group of girls-he makes it fun and somehow manages to give them all lots of individualized instruction, while also making sure they all stay busy at each station for the entire class. The student/teacher ratio is also really great; the facility is clean and has a lot of equipment, and space for parents to watch. She looks forward to her class from the moment it ends, until the following week when she goes again.

Micah greeted me with an energetic and friendly hello. I had an unusual request and he fulfilled it with courtesy and good humor. I had forgot to sign my ballot and he saved me a trip home or finding a store to buy a pen. Thank you for helping me do my civic duty Micah and if you are looking for recreational gymnastics for your child be sure to check out his place just off Denver Ave.

My 8 year old daughter and 9 year old son are taking gymnastics classes here. Their coach is amazing! The instruction they receive is fantastic. I really love that they are focused on developing the proper form starting with the basic skills they are being taught. The importance and results of that are evident as I watch them progress onto more advanced moves. Coach Micah takes the time to connect with his students and his classes are taught in a positive and encouraging manner. My kids love it and look forward to their class every week!

We are so impressed with Coach Micah! My 4 year old absolutely loves going to gymnastics each week and always leaves with the biggest smile. Coach Micha is patient, encouraging and knows exactly how to make learning fun at this age. He strikes the perfect balance of keeping the class engaged while also teaching them real gymnastic techniques and building confidence. We love NorthStar Athletics and would highly recommend signing your child up!

My family has had such an amazing experience in the preschool program! My girls look forward to class each week. Classes are fun and engaging while teaching the girls how to be good listeners, grow in their confidence and how to be in a learning environment. The cadence of classes are perfect too! The girls move from station to station without getting bored or being too overwhelmed. I highly recommend signing up!!
