N'Tense Fitness offers group crosstraining classes for any fitness level. Classes focus on endurance, recovery, strength, power, balance, cardio and agility to just name a few. All workouts and exercises are scalable for any fitness level out there. Each workout has a trainer there to direct class, help with form and encourage clients. Clients work together and encourage each other throughout the session and build long lasting relationships that extend past the gym. Great atmosphere for any type of athlete. I canβt say enough great things about this gym! The variety of workouts keeps things exciting β from Tabata to AMRAPs to EMOMs, every class challenges you in a different way and leaves you feeling accomplished. Keith is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes time to explain movements, offer form corrections, and provide modifications that make every workout accessible and effective.
What really sets this place apart is the culture β everyone is so welcoming, supportive, and motivating.

I tried this gym out about 4 years ago so I could be in better shape when bow hunting. Now I just can't imagine not going here anymore. My aches and pains are virtually gone. No more swelling knees when coming down the mountain, no more sciatic issues from sitting at a desk all day and even better, lots of new friends. Great people. Can't say enough about Keith Nomis and his drive to make us better people. This gym will be the reason I stay healthier into my later years of life.

This place is not just a gym, it is a family. The people are so incredibly supportive of one another and that is a tribute to Keith. He is an unbelievable trainer that pushes and encourages you all at the same time. In the handful of months I have been going, not once has their been an identical workout. Who doesn't like 21-15-9 thrusters and pull ups in a workout when it's only part of the work out. Ugh!
