The gentle flow is perfect way to start your day. This space is a charming treat. Recommend to anyone who needs to slow down and get cozy in ones own practice, however new or skilled.

I had a lovely trial experience here. If I lived closer, I would certainly be a regular! I will be forever grateful to Randy for providing me a life-changing introduction to the practice of yoga nidra.

I desperately needed some good advices about the type of exercises and yoga classes I can practice as someone with a knee injury and no experience but I'm not in Denver currently. So I reached out to Devon from Oasis Yoga and she was very generous and kind to give me really helpful recommendations. I can't thank enough for this!! Even though I'm not her student atm, she spared time to respond to me. Hoping to visit the studio one day to feel the vibes and meet the beautiful community there!

Oasis is exactly as promised: a sanctuary from the crazy world outside of its walls. I am so happy to finally have a place where I can practice down-paced yoga, yoga nidra, and mediation. Oasis nourishes the soul and opens the heart!

I recently participated in a Mindful Flow class. I loved the intimacy of Oasis. I believe there were 7 students and it felt like a private class. At the end, we gathered in the lobby and shared a cup of tea- awesome!

I feel lucky to have had my first Yoga Nidra class with Randy at Oasis Yoga. What a beautiful, peaceful space and an amazing class. The delicious, hot tea served at the end of class was a sweet touch. This is a special place. I left feeling centered and ready to take on whatever the week had in store for me.

I LOVE this space! I have not practiced yoga in 10 years+, but when Oasis opened byway of my ritual barre studio, I was encouraged by the intimate space and variety of classes. In the past 30 days, I have escaped my comfort zone and found solace in Oasis. Restorative Yoga, Sound + Stretch, Mindful Flow... Amazing! The instructors are so supportive and they genuinely care about their students. This is truly a sanctuary for the body and mind and a place where expert Yogis and beginners can feel comfortable and confident.

An Urban Retreat. For sure. The second we walk in the door the hustle and bustle of the world melts away and is replaced with permission to melt into breath. So far my favorite offering is Mindful Flow. A blend of anchoring flow, restorative practice and meditation; this class is a true gift to body and soul. We are so grateful to welcome Oasis to our village.

I am so grateful that Oasis has come to our community. Oasis offers a welcoming place to rest from from our fast paced world. Their offerings of slow, meditative yoga has provided a perfect retreat where community members can slow down, move, stretch and focus. I have attended Vin + Yin and Mindful Flow both of these offer a nice combination of movement, breathing, meditation and relaxation. The teachers are all gentle, knowledgeable and approachable. The offer of warm tea after practice is contributes to the cozy feeling of this place.

I absolutely love Oasis. The sister studio to Ohana - also located in Berkeley - is all about slowing down, focusing and finding time for yourself. Every time I attend a class hear, I feel relaxed, refreshed and centered - I'm sure this is partially because of how beautifully and peacefully designed the space itself is. Highly recommend trying out a class (or many) here!

I love having this space to retreat to for a more relaxed, intimate yoga experience for when I just need to slow things down, stretch, and reconnect. The space is beautiful and quaint, and the teachers are top-notch.

I've done the Mindful Flow class and it was exactly what I was looking for and more. At times I enjoy a hot, sweaty and fast moving yoga class but for the most part I enjoy slow and meditative. This hit the mark better than I ever could've expected. If I had to describe it best, you leave this class as relaxed as if you would after a 60 minute massage. I plan to make this part of my weekly routine.

This place is truly an oasis. I have been looking for a place that offers restorative and meditation based yoga that works with my schedule and Oasis opened just when I needed this most. The teachers are warm, inviting and most importantly lead the most yummy yoga classes. I crave them throughout the week.
