About the Club

Our team has a variety of resources at our disposal to help you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals. We have a small gym where we can work with you in a more private setting rather than the large, big box gyms, along with no extra members cost for you.

Our hours are flexible for our clients, Monday - Friday. All private and semi-private sessions are scheduled individually with trainers along with multiple package options to fit your needs and budget. We also have live, online session and programming available for your convenience.

I have been working out with Chad and his team for over 4 years. I experienced back pain from the age of 32 until I started working out with Chad at 60 plus years old. His program really got rid of my back pain and the life limitations I experienced a few times per year when my nerves would get inflamed. I no longer experience anything like that. I will turn 65 in a few days. I feel like I am the fittest I have been in my life. That says a lot coming from someone that ran and worked out his entire life. The key was the core exercise that he helped me understand. Now I can do almost any exercise. It changed my life. I work out 4 days per week and have no intention of stopping. His program can help anyone with any level of fitness. He changes the workouts daily and tailors them to your needs. The investment in my health has been worth it. Check it out. I was introduced to Obstacle Destruction by a friend. I was looking for a trainer to workout safely and recover from my Diastasis Recti that I had developed during pregnancy. I am so very glad I am working with Chad. Chad is great at customizing the workout for me. With his help, my condition has improved so much and so has my ability to do simple things that I was finding hard initially. Personally, my progress has been such a confidence booster! Highly recommend Obstacle Destruction!

I love this gym! Chad works with me on providing monthly one on one training on a new gym app so it helps to have structured workouts during wild times in our world. I love the cross training he provides in the workouts and takes into consideration that I have some injuries that need modifications in my workouts. He is also one of the funniest people I have met and has a deep love for the work he does with his clients.

Obstacle Destruction is a great gym. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. They are knowledgeable and provide great advice.

Cynthia is a great trainer. She is professional and makes the sessions both fun and challenging. She explains exercises very well making sure that I always have proper form. I have learned a lot from her!

Obstacle Destruction has been a completely positive experience for me. I was afraid to get started because I was out of shape and I've never been athletic. Now I wish I hadn't waited so long. Obstacle Destruction is an amazing gym and they have definitely helped me get in shape! All of the trainers there are extremely qualified and are challenging and motivating! Hashem has been such a great trainer. He really takes his time in showing you how to do the exercises correctly and ensures that you are getting the most bang for your buck! I have a very busy schedule and it is always hard to find the time to workout. Chad and Hashem were able to accommodate my need for early workouts and be flexible. I would highly recommend training at Obstacle Destruction!

I have been training at Obstacle Destruction for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Shannon is my trainer and she is high energy and my workouts are never the same. She pushes me but also takes the time to work through my health issues and I love how she even will educate herself on my scoliosis so she can help even more. I have noticed a huge difference in my performance when I am climbing 14ers, skiing, even just picking up boxes! I love that I can train with any of the other trainers if Shannon happens to be gone (which is rare) and they are all extremely professional and pick up right where we left off. I kept ranting about how wonderful OD is so much that my mother now trains with Shannon and my sister trains with Hashem. Oh and the prices at OD where about HALF what I was paying another trainer who had me do the same workout every time. I get so much more out of what I pay now!
