I had my first class today and I had a lot of fun. Coach Samantha was great and Jackie at the front desk was super helpful. It's a pretty welcoming place that also pushes you hard to do your best. Class was well-structured and instructions were clear. I highly recommend this studio. Also it is amazing to get out of your workout and see the sun rise over sloan lake.

I’ve been going to this Orangetheory since it opened and I love it! All the coaches are motivating and genuinely happy to be there. I’ve had some injuries and health issues over the last year and all coaches have been very accommodating. Cashi is a ball of positive energy — great vibes and great jams. Jeff plays my favorite music and makes me work the hardest. Sam and Meg put on so many fun events, and I love their 90-minute classes. Max is the most supportive coach; does such a great job catching up with members. Christina’s weekend class is a favorite, bangin’ music every time, great cool downs. Huge shoutout to the front desk team, including Nicole, Arleigh, and Rachel! Special appreciation for Jackie (the manager) and my girl Kendall, who I love chatting with the moment I walk in. Such a great crew all around!

This OTF studio is a gem — the team here is top-notch. Max is a go-to if you’re into running or endurance sports; he brings great energy and insight. Jeff’s music picks are always on point and keep the workouts fun. Sam and Meg are not only awesome coaches but also lead incredible community efforts — they, along with Jackie (the studio manager), were super helpful and welcoming to my university students. Kendall brings that warm, front-desk hospitality vibe every time I walk in. And shoutout to Cashi for high-energy, fun classes that never miss. This is a studio that really blends fitness with genuine community. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this location consistently for about a year and a half now and safe to say it’s my favorite location in Denver. The front desk staff and manager are amazing. Jackie, Kendall, and Rachel always make it a habit to say hi and greet you when you come in and really get to know our us, our names and check in to see how we are. It only makes sense that the coaches are that attentive as well. Coaches Jeff and Cashie are awesome with the 7 PM classes and are always encouraging and celebrating with us as we hit milestones. They’re truly the best and always make it a habit of getting to know the members. They make a unique class experience every time and it’s always fun, even when it’s exhausting! Coach Meg also runs a bunch of the special event classes and does such a great job at them. I’ve been to a few of her red rocks classes, and the summer kickoff at Number38 kicked my butt! If I had to list one improvement to make, it would be to get the new treads but I’m willing to make that sacrifice for a kick ass community and great staff!

Love Orange theory! It’s a great, balanced workout with routines that are varied each time you go. The time goes by so quickly. It gives you a balance of strength and cardio. I’m in my 60s and I don’t feel awkward or uncomfortable with all the younger members. It’s been a great addition to my Peloton workouts .
Sam, Meg and Max are my favorites. Cashies killing it as a new coach !

Sloans has been my favorite OTF studio of all of the ones I’ve been a part of. They truly do a fantastic job of building and cultivating a community. I’ve been an OTF member for almost 9 years now and have been to several different studios all over the country. Trust me when I say this is one of the best OTF studios I’ve ever been to - it’s spacious, has nice equipment and most importantly it has the best vibe due to the coaches and staff. Coach Jeff is not only a great coach, but he takes the time to get to know everyone by name and understand your fitness goals (and music taste). Even the front staff knows my name and my favorite place to start in class - s/o to Jackie, cashie, Kendall, Rachel, Sam and literally everyone at OTF sloans lake! This studio genuinely has such a great vibe and makes OTF feel fun and gives a true sense of community :)

I came to Orangetheory hoping to sweat a little. I did not expect to find the fitness version of a Beyoncé concert with the customer service of a five-star resort and the camaraderie of a championship sports team. This place is bananas. Beautiful, orange, calorie-torching bananas.
Let’s start at the front: Jackie and Kendall aren’t just front desk staff—they’re the unofficial hype queens of the studio. Walking in feels like entering a party where you’re the guest of honor. They remember your name, your shoe size, probably your pet’s name, and definitely how many splats you got last week. If they ran the DMV, people would look forward to it.
Then there’s the coaching Avengers:
Cashie has the energy of a double espresso shot mixed with rocket fuel. You’ll be sprinting on the treadmill and she’ll somehow get you to go faster just by looking at you. She always motivates me to GET THAT MONEY!! Legend.
Jeff is the coach who could talk you into running through a brick wall—with perfect form. He’s calm, cool, collected, and sneaky motivational. You’ll PR just to impress him. SO SPICY!!!
Megan is a vibe. You’ll be dying on the rower, and she’ll crack a joke, fix your form, and blast the perfect song all in one move. Her classes feel like fitness therapy. QUEEEEEEENNNN!!!
Samantha is equal parts yoga guru and strength-training beast. She’ll guide you through your workout with the grace of a Jedi and the power of a Roman Gladiator. Don’t let her chill demeanor fool you—she’s about to make your glutes cry (in a good way). FORCE OF NATURE!!!
Every class is like a game show, a concert, and a bootcamp rolled into one—except the only thing you win is endorphins, better sleep, and the ability to carry ALL the groceries in one trip.
If Orangetheory were a person, I’d marry it.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign to join—this is it. Your future fitter, happier, stronger self is standing by.

Sloan’s Lake OTF is a great studio! I started going here about a year ago and haven’t looked back. I was nervous to try a new place, but desperately wanted to get back into a routine and find a gym to call mine. Coach Meg and Coach Sam are two of the best. I can't recommend this location enough to anyone who wants to join OTF. The coaches are all very energetic and and encouraging and the front desk staff are all very helpful and kind. The coaches and the front desk staff at this location puts a lot of effort into making this gym a welcoming community and plan lots of fun activities with their members. I felt really comfortable going to the gym through my pregnancy and was excited and motivated to get back into it (with so much encouragement and cheering from the staff and coaches) after.

The studio itself is fine. The front desk staff always provided excellent service, the head coach and overall coaching staff is great. However there is one Coach in specific Jeff K., whom I do not recommend talked class with.
Summary: As long as you (a member) are not impacting others, there shouldn’t be an issue repeating the same block twice, to avoid a sep. block. It is at our member discretion. His strict adherence enforcing an arbitrary rule is unprofessional & unwelcoming of unlimited members like myself.
Conclusion: I recommend this studio & every Coach, with the exception of Coach Jeff K.

My experience with Orangetheory (Edgewater) has been and continues to be perfect. I’ve been a gym rat for most of my days and OT is hands down my new favorite workout. The classes are about an hour long (efficiency at its finest). Everyday is a different class, so its never boring. The classes are tough but rewarding and produce clear results if you are willing to commit. All coaches and staff are A++++ I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Orangetheory (Edgewater) to anyone. You will not leave a class disappointed! A special shout out to Coach Jeff who puts on a consistently awesome strength class and plays the best music!

I have been going to Orangetheory Sloan’s Lake since January of this year and it’s the best New Year’s resolution I’ve done yet! My fiancé and I go together in the morning before work; the class times are super convenient for our schedules. The coaches are super friendly – especially Sam and Megan – who really keep us coming back. Plus, there’s a huge parking lot right outside of the studio (parking is just not something you want to have to worry about at 6:30 in the morning).
I’ve always been really into cardio – bring on the spin classes – but have truly found a workout routine at OTF that I enjoy which incorporates both weightlifting and cardio. I was never a “gym person” so weightlifting always intimidated me but the way OTF classes are structured really allows you to start small and move at your own pace through the weight section without pressure. The coaches are always so supportive and give lots of encouragement!
If you’re looking for a new studio then give OTF Sloan’s Lake a try! Sam and Megan’s classes are my personal favorite, and they will greet you with a big smile and warm welcome every time you walk in the door 😊

I LOVE Orangetheory! The staff at the Sloan’s Lake location is so kind and welcoming. I’ve completed 150 classes and still love it. When I first started, I dropped from a size 8 to a size 2, combined with eating healthy. It was the best shape I’ve ever been in! I took some time off (life got busy), but returned recently because it’s a workout class I just stick with. Even on days I don’t want to go, I know that I can walk on the treadmill and just do the best I can without intimidation or judgement. I highly recommend trying a class to anyone at any stage in their fitness journey ☺️

Both my fiance and I have really enjoyed our experience at Orange Theory Fitness Sloan's Lake since joining the gym at the beginning of the year. Since starting, we have been going 3-5 times a week and we continue to see progress, which has kept us coming back.
Most recently, we've been attending Coach Sam's classes and have had a blast due to her enthusiasm and playlists! Sam keeps the party going, even when we are huffing and puffing for air. It always makes the experience better when your trainers are likeable!
From what we've heard from friends of ours, another benefit of this Orange Theory Fitness is that the gym is larger than others in the surrounding area. For a bigger guy like me, I can't get enough extra space so I really appreciate that. I would say my favorite thing about going to this gym is the variety of workouts that we do. There was a point where I was going 5-days a week for a couple months and every day was different than the other. The benefits of this model is that my body is able to push itself outside of what I would normally workout. Moreover, it also keeps the party going and it is never boring! Out of the rower, weights and treadmill, the weights are definitely my favorite.

I have been a member at OTF Sloans for a couple months and I love it! All the coaches are great getting everyone pumped with their amazing music. I appreciate that the coaches are so willing and helpful when it comes to modifying workouts to fit my needs. Throughout I continue to feel encouraged- resulting in many splat points! I love that The whole Sloan’s Lake crew provides a supportive atmosphere. Although I love all the coaches and OTF Sloan’s Lake staff, Cashie in particular has been a huge contributor during my fitness journey. I always find it difficult coming to class after a long day at work… but when I enter through the front doors of OTF Sloans Lake, I know I have made the right choice as I am greeted by Cashie’s big smile and boastful energy. You can always find Cashie encouraging/motivating everyone that walks through the door! She ensures everyone feels comfortable before and after class. When deciding a particular fitness package, Cashie took the time to explore all options. She was patient, kind, honest and informative! I appreciate her assistance to sign up for a package that fits with my lifestyle! Very thankful for her support and her assistance!!!

This is a great new studio with the best coaches! I go to both the Highlands and Sloans Lake studios because there is so much flexibility on the times. I’m an early riser and if I can’t quite make the 5 am class there’s a 5:15 one. I also love all the screens everywhere in the Sloans Lake studio… the ones on the rowers are badass. Overall there’s a great community feel and the coaches keep me motivated to work out.
Adding to say even after two years I still love coming here, especially with Coach Sam. Love her music and she keeps you pumped in the mornings!

Coach Megan has been absolutely crushing it since I started going to Orange Theory Fitness Sloan’s Lake at the beginning of the year. What started as a New Year’s resolution has become a lifestyle change for the better. I found circuit training to be super beneficial because the combination of weights and cardio are helping me get toned. Most recently, I have been going 5 days a week, which has helped me immensely when it comes to getting closer to meeting my goals. I come from more of a weightlifting background as a former college athlete, so it is nice to go to a gym on a regular basis where I can get challenged with high intensity training. I also work two different jobs so what I enjoy most is that I can do a 2G or 3G class and feel like I really maximize my time and energy.
I enjoy going to Coach Megan's classes because she brings the energy we all need to start our day! Her classes are what keeps me and my friends coming back on a regular basis. I also like the variety of music that’s played whether it is rap or the 2000s classics we all love. We love that energy! Thank you, Coach Megan!

Just started going to OTF earlier this year and have been loving it, mostly thanks to the awesome staff there! Especially Megan who brings a fun fact and a butt kicking workout each class. She curates incredible playlists to keep the adrenaline up during all of class.
I always am greeted by warm smiles and a positive energy that brings the workout tempo up to a whole new level. Highly recommend checking this place out. It takes a bit to get used to the high tech focused workout and the rhythm can be intense the first time you go but thanks to the instructors you become a pro in no time!

I signed up for Orange Theory Fitness about a year ago, and have really enjoyed the workouts, staff, and consistency. I recently tried out the Sloan’s Lake/Edgewater location, and have really appreciated the space, size, and layout. While those aren’t the most important details of a workout, it helps when you’re able to stay in your flow. My most recent class was with Megan, and appreciated her clear instruction, playlist, and upbeat attitude.

Stepping into the Edgewater Orange Theory Gym for my very first OT workout was an adventure I won't soon forget. The excitement began as soon as I entered the studio. The atmosphere was electric and high-energy.
As a newbie, I was warmly welcomed, offered water and a heart rate monitor and immediately introduced to the concept of Orange Theory Fitness. The unique blend of cardio and strength training had always intrigued me, and now, I was about to dive in.
The workout itself was a revelation. The heart-pounding cardio on the treadmill challenged my endurance, while the dynamic strength training exercises pushed me to new limits. Watching my stats on the screens, I aimed to reach the coveted "Orange Zone". It was like a game, and I was determined to win.
The coaches were phenomenal, providing guidance and motivation with the exercises. The sense of accomplishment as the workout came to a close, was indescribable. It was more than just a workout; it was an experience that left me craving for more. I walked out of the class with newfound energy, determination, and an eagerness to try more. I’ve been attending this studio for a couple years now after we moved to the area and I’m obsessed. While I’ve been a member for 6 years, what I’ve enjoyed the most with this location compared to others is primarily the coaches. Megan specifically is a newer coach and has been CRUSHING it! Her playlists are in point and she’s incredibly attentive during the workouts. She makes a point to shout out people and take the time to help with form so no one gets hurt. I make a point to join her classes as many times a week as I can.

I began visiting orangetheory sloans lake when I first moved to the area in early August 2021. I also visit orangetheory locations when I travel and this location is far superior to most in terms of equipment, coaches, etc.
I would like to personally thank coach Brittney for motivating me to get in perfect shape for my wedding in March 2022. I would recommend this studio to all friends and family and look forward to attending classes post wedding to maintain my current progress.

Incredibly disappointing studio management by owners. First, this location is brand new (less that a year old), and although it's a rather large space by Orangetheory standards, they crammed 15 stations into it, meaning 3G classes have 45 people attending. So much for personalized attention. Additionally, coach turnover is extremely high when compared to other studios, again making it hard to build relationships. Third, equipment is often failing, predominantly the rower screens and large monitors in the studio. One class a few weeks ago had all the large monitors go out midway through and they never came back on. Even worse, today the studio heater was stuck on, making the class similar to doing a cardio-heavy HIIT workout in a Corepower or other heated yoga room. Even though it was 30 degrees outside, we couldn't open the doors without the heater continuing to stay on. With the sunlight streaming in, it was a sauna, and not in a good way. Class timing sucks for those who prefer afternoon workouts. Currently, there's no class between the 11:30a and 4:30p on weekdays, so the 4:30p always winds up being a packed 3G. Adding a 3pm class would help solve the overload. If you want to work out on Fri/Sat/Sun afternoons, you're out of luck. the last classes are at 11:30a and 10:15a respectively. Overall, ownership needs to take the equipment issues seriously and add classes to balance the memberships sold/oversold. I'm not paying $150/mo to work out in an overly crowded dysfunctional sauna.

Such a great location for this place right across from Sloan Lake. I love that they utilize their beautiful surroundings in Denver by offering out of class get together as well, like Red Rocks workouts, weekend hikes, and run club around the lake. They offer classes at numerous times throughout the day, so it’s hard to justify not going. I go in the mornings before work and then get ready for work there. The showers are always clean! The staff is very passionate about what they do and it shows. Was expecting to do the one free class and cross this off my list of “been there, tried thats”, but Sloan Lake made a member out of me!

I was a member of OTF in Florida over 5 years ago and decided I wanted to join again to help improve my cardio. This brand new location has all the latest tech and I find it helpful to see in the app how much I’ve been running/rowing and improving on the benchmarks they have. The studio is very clean with all brand new equipment. The staff are very welcoming and helpful with any modifications you need which I appreciate so much! I also love that they do different types of challenges and activities to help bring members together! :)

Super rude. I tried another OT location during COVID and did not like the atmosphere of the class, not inviting or friendly. I showed interest on social Media for the edgewater location and I was contacted by the gym and offered a free class to try the new location. When I showed up for class I was told I had to pay a drop in fee. This location is clearly not interested in supporting a healthy community, rather they just want to make money. Super disappointing. I wonder if all OT locations are like my two experiences?? Ugh
