LOVE this gym. Such an incredible group of people that coach and lead here. Coach Lindsey W always pushes me to be better, and is the heart of this place. I was visiting from out of town and signed up for a class. I received a message that I would need to pay a drop-in fee for the class- no problem! Then another individual reached out to let me know I wasn't welcome unless I could show proof that I was a local resident... I simply wanted to workout while visiting from out of town and was very willing to pay the drop-in fee. As a long-time OTF member and someone who has friends that work for Corporate, this is not consistent with how the brand operates.

What an incredible group of people. Each one of the coaches here is encouraging professional friendly and motivating.. if you are struggling getting into a fitness routine, I recommend orangetheory to absolutely anyone. If you have gym anxiety, you may have gained weight you haven't been to the gym for a while you're afraid you won't keep up, you don't have to worry about that at orangetheory. All of the coaches will push you to be your best, will encourage you to show up, and will be there for you every step of the way.. I was struggling to get back into running, I have been at the gym for about 1 month now. I have only missed four days at the gym for an entire 36 Days, I have lost almost 23 lb and feel encouraged every single day. The facility is very clean, they always have water bottles everything is always stocked, and the bathrooms are clean. Someone is always there to greet you at the desk as soon as you walk in. I came from a phoenix, AZ, and I participated in Orange Theory there. This gym, hands down, has the best group of employees and coaches. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

This location is nice to you until you want to cancel your membership. I had a very unprofessional experience with coach Lindsey (not the manager) last Sunday. I had some questions about canceling my membership, and she spoke to me rather aggressively and seemed angry, and had a temper, like she was going to curse.When I was leaving I could hear her say rude things under her breath. She did try to help but was very unpleasant. She was pregnant so perhaps it was hormones... but such is not an excuse for her unprofessional attitude.

Great all around fitness classes. It is simultaneously approachable for beginners and challenging for established athletes. The instructors are all terrific: super motivating, knowledgeable, and always making an extra effort.

I love OTF. Even though Iβve been running for decades, the running portion on the treadmill is always a challenge and something I look forward to. The weight floor portion helps to give me a well rounded workout. I love the coaches and look forward to my workouts every time.

Lindsey brings such an encouraging, positive attitude into the classes, but thereβs not an OTF trainer that isnβt phenomenal overall! Love the front desk staff and the rest of the administration team as they all bring a similarly uplifting and engaging personality to the atmosphere. Itβs a great opportunity to exercise, collaborate with the community, and physically challenge yourself in an invigorating environment. Their Super Bowl experience will forever remain in my memory as a fun time, a fulfilling workout, and a good chance to connect with others at OTF. 10/10 recommend.

I considered myself pretty fit when I signed up in 2022, but the strength and speed gains I've seen after a year of hour-long workouts 8x/month have been exhilarating. I shaved a full minute off my 5k time and ran my first sub-6:00 mile since I was 18 (I'm now 35). I feel stronger, fitter, more flexible. I always leave class in a good mood β the instructors are out of this world (Jackie, Chad, Cat, Lindsey, Anna, all of you!) and the adrenaline rush is addicting... just the right amount of THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE and I JUST DID THAT! Can't recommend this gym enough.

FC OTF has great coaches, studio managers and front desk staff. The studios are clean and we'll lit. Equipment is well maintained and in great condition. Music is great. Workouts are extremely effective and never boring. Iβve been doing Orange Theory since July 2018 and I still love it! Highly recommend.

I took two classes at the Fort Collins Drake location while visiting, and both times I was impressed with how friendly everyone was, the positive vibe in the studio, and the excellent coaching by Angie and Lindsey. I've visited quite a few OT studios when I travel, and I would definitely come back to this one.

My experience has been awful, so I went in and cancelled my membership in August.
Then OT call me 3/10/23 (I cancelled in writing 8/22) asking for a new π³ card, I told Laura I cancelled in writing in August. I haven't been there in over a year. I found out they are charging me the the monthly fee even though I had cancelled my membership
The reason I left was the trainers were not very good and a trainer was inappropriate with me.
Now they are calling me wanting a credit card for a cancelled membership and they don't want to reimburse me for their error.

There are so many things I love about OTF! First, the workouts are very challenging and never the same! The coaches are super motivating! The staff is incredible, with great workouts, motivating, and you will see results if you commit! Sarah, Jacky, and Brandy have been there since I started over two years ago and never lose their enthusiasm and are fantastic! Sarah coached my first class; she always takes time to ask about you and genuinely cares. I usually have classes with Lindsey, Taylor, and Ashley; they have been the best coaches. But I've found all their coaches do a great job! Worth the money!

I joined this gym in 2017 -- and I was one of the first members at the Fort Collins studios. The vibe, the culture, the community and staff were the best in the area -- truthfully one one of the best I attended in the country (as I traveled to many studios across the country). However, once the ownership changed the studio has gone down hill in every aspect -- staffing, culture/community, equipment, overall gym hygiene, etc... I would encourage anyone that has spent time at any other Orange Theories outside of this ownership circle to do your own comparison. Also, specifically to this location the toxic environment that is encouraged and accepted is embarrassing and discouraged by many that once called this gym "home" -- this has to do with head coaches that are not held accountable for their unprofessional behavior to multiple members. This review is my own opinion and things I have seen, heard and experienced first hand -- but I would highly encourage anyone to look at many who were "regulars" here that have made it a choice to go take their workouts and business to one of the many other locally owned gyms that actually care about their members and this community. Additionally, I would advise those to walk in and experience the broken equipment, lack of weights for those wanting more than 1 pair of weights over 40 pounds, and the lack of investing in modernizing the rowers like 90% of other Orange Theories across the country with screens -- there are better gyms and workouts in Fort Collins/NoCo spend you money wisely!

Efficient use of time, not a minute wasted! Also, I really like the quality of the gym space, including the equipment, lighting, music, and cleanliness overall. The only thing I would modify: adding a longer post-workout stretching session. We take a few minutes as a class to stretch together, but I know I typically prefer to relax into deeper stretches after such an intense workout.

Trainers and front desk staff is great; friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the back-office management is absolutely unresponsive to customers and staff can't even get in touch with ownership (they only know the name of the company in Denver that owns the franchise). This leaves customers struggling to address problems with staff that is friendly but not empowered to address the significant problems that Orangetheory currently faces with regards to safety and discrimination.
I feel really bad for Orangetheory staff and hope they find employers who treat them better.

As a member of OTF for almost three years I'm extremely disappointed in this business. I have always viewed OTF as a welcoming place. However, any business that thinks the division and segregation of our community based on medical decisions is ok is not a business I'm willing to support. In addition to giving their members 48 hour notice of this policy change they are unwilling to waive their 30 day cancellation policy and are planning on charging members that are cancelling due to this new mandate.

It was great... until Larimer County issued an indoor mask mandate and OTF Drake took matters into their own hands to issue a mandatory vaccine mandate. They refused to waive the cancelation policy for non-vaccinated members. I was told, "no exceptions."

I have tried to cancel my membership multiple times, and I keep getting charged! I was told that if I took my account off of freeze, I would receive a $50 discount for 3 months. This did not happen. Itβs difficult to reach anyone there on the phone, and the front desk staff is not well trained in how to manage membership issues.
I am leaving OTF after being a loyal member for years. The mismanagement has driven me to this decision.
However, I was a loyal member of OTF for 2* years because the coaches are great, and the interval training is very effective. Iβm sorry to be going, but itβs time to move on.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the camaraderie from the other students. Be careful if you are out of shape as you'll need to manage how you scale things. I ended up with an overuse injury to my Achilles as I jumped into the treadmill too quickly.
All that said beware of their billing processes. They take a laid back approach in how they talk about it and it will seem like they'll do the right thing. In the end, they'll follow their interpretation of vague contracts. Make sure you know what you are signing up for and cancel well in advance. Freezes aren't worth it.

My first class was with Shane and it was a really good introduction to Orange Theory - he spent a lot of time explaining everything to me, answered all my questions, made a point to check on me during the workout. All the classes I took there after that had great coaches, great energy, and were well paced and surprisingly easy to follow.

OTF works for me. I love OTF for the fast paced HIIT workouts. The coaches are very good at what they do, all with great personalities. The workouts offer a great variety of intensity, difficulty, speed, and repetitions. The workouts consist of about 1/3 treadmill, 1/3 rowers, 1/3 weight room (own body, bench, TRX, dumbbells).

My experience was great from the front desk with Brandy to the workout with Shane. The workout was fun and energizing. I felt engaged the whole time and never once looked at the clock. The entire staff was very pleasant. Brandy is outstanding and her personality and encouragement was stellar. Shane ran a great class and was present for every person in the room. Everything. You canβt phone in a workout. If you show up you get a great workout without having to think about a thing. The staff is amazingly friendly and supportive. The cost hold me accountable, and best of all I am seeing great results 3 months in. Another great unforeseen benefit is my mood. I am a much happier person now that I am going to OTF.

Loud music, repetitive workout, but the instructors are nice and competent and type of workout is a personal taste. My main concern is the slow speed and lack of competence at the front desk. My HR device broke and was never really tested and returned to me. I cancelled my membership yet I was charged after the last draw. I think the place operates in a big mess:)

I had the pleasure of experiencing my first Orangetheory class last week with Miss Kylie. I happy to report I am sore and excited to get back for more!!!
I loved Kylie's energy. Not only was she enthusiastic but also compassionate and caring. As a certified yoga instructor who is engaged to a certified personal trainer, I usually have pretty tough critiques of the places I choose to get my sweat on. I was actually very impressed by the facility, the science behind the workouts, the front desk associates, and the coach. Everything felt smooth, supportive, and fun! (Even the little detail of having toiletries in the bathrooms was killer!)
My favorite part of the experience is seeing my progress on the screen. It truly made me push myself much harder than when I'm just at the gym doing my own thing. My favorite workout was the push towards the end going back and forth between the treadmill and the rower. That's where I hit most of my splats!!

The staff and coaches at this location are absolutely phenomenal and go above and above to make sure you get the most from your workout! I've been going here for 6 months now and I couldn't be happier with my decision to join. I love Orange Theory Fitness! There's a reason why there's a massive following! I'm not the type of person who's a rah rah let's get into the next trend, but genuinely this place gets me pumped! In an hour I always burn tons of calories and I have increased my fitness level substantially because of the way the classes are built. I love data and when you're wearing the heart rate monitor, which by the way the simple one works fine and stays when you buy your own strap so don't get discouraged if the one you borrow doesn't stay on! (Plus, it has to be a bit tighter anyways and you get use to it. Especially when you start losing that arm fat ;)) They show you your heart rate during class and they categorize it by colors, so you can easily look up and say 'I need to push myself and I only have to do that for the next 90 seconds then I can bring it down again.' They email you your stats after every class, so there is always a way to see how your body is changing for the better, if you don't notice your weight dropping, it might be inches, or that your heart is not stressed out as much, or you increased your sprint speed, or your push speed, or you lifted more weight that class. Seriously folks, this place is awesome! I think what sold the price was that my second class in and the Fort Collins-Drake studio staff knew my name and genuinely made me feel special! The next sell was how they build the class to be in intervals, give 90secs-2 minutes of this than slow down and do this. You never get bored or have time to really day dream or think 'ugh, I'm tired and don't want to be here' before you know it class is over and you feel like a champ! Try it out for free on your first time, it's worth the price!

The Orange Theory concept is great and the instructors are energetic and helpful. I partook in the free class, discounted class, and have purchased additional class membership. For the first two classes, you get to borrow a heart rate monitor. These are not included with a membership, but additional charges to rent or purchase. There are screens in the workout area to monitor your stats during the workout and emailed to you after. I think the monitors should be included, as it adds to the experience. I despise the straps for the feet on the rowing machines. It makes it very difficult to get in and out, or even row correctly. Very cheap and difficult to adjust quickly. I was also dissatisfied at the time of my membership purchase after my second class. After my free, first class, membership pricing was discussed. I was informed that a 10% discount would be honored if any of the recurring memberships were purchased. After my second class, Morgan would not honor the discount, unless the highest membership were purchased. Morgan's customer service also needs work. When going over membership paperwork, she stopped talking several times, mid sentence, to speak to someone else, then came back to our conversation. I am currently enrolled in the $70.00 per month option for 4 classes per month and no heart rate monitor. Despite the drawbacks, I purchased a membership for somewhere to workout, with a clear workout plan. With 2 babies at home, I don't get but 5 minutes to complete an exercise before needing to turn my attention elsewhere. Like said, the concept is great, monitors should be included, especially for the price.

I was never much of a "workout class" person until OTF. Every workout is filled with loads of energy, positive attitudes, lots of empowerment from the coaches/members, and without fail, I end every workout feeling like I accomplished something amazing. I personally love the fact that I never feel intimidated or in competition with others around me. I get to define what my push/all out paces are and get a darn good workout every single time. I would recommend OTF to anyone who is looking for fun, encouraging, and serious workouts!!

I joined Orange Theory Fitness right before it opened. I had never been to an OTF and didnβt know anything about it, but decided to give it a try. I had some health issues while I was pregnant with my daughter and was really inactive and gained 65 pounds. It took me almost a year after she was born to feel ready to work out again. I came up with every excuse to put it off. I was in the worst shape of my life and the idea of walking into a gym full of fit people was terrifying. I finally rejoined my gym and eventually started spinning a few times a week, but I was not getting the results I wanted. I still felt weak and only focusing on cardio was not enough to help me shed the extra pounds. I was ready to push myself, add some more strength training to my routine and finally get back to a weight where I was more comfortable and confident. I figured I could always cancel after a month if I hated it.
I was hooked after my first week. I thought I would be really intimated to lift even light weights but I loved the guidance from the coaches and the variety of the workouts. Instead of canceling after my first month, I increased my membership and started going to classes 5 or 6 times a week. Being a working mom, it is easy to feel guilty for taking time for yourself and I wanted this to be a really positive experience so I committed to getting up early and going to classes before my daughter woke up. I used to hate the sound of my alarm, but I can now say that my early morning workouts are the best thing I do for myself. I feel stronger, more confident and have more energy for my family. I, unfortunately, raved about OTF a little too much and now I have to trade off mornings with my husband.
I cannot recommend OTF enough for anyone who is looking for a great workout. Hayley and the entire staff create such a positive and amazing community. You will love it!

Iβve been coming to OTF since February 2018 and itβs the only gym Iβve stayed with this long in my life! The workouts are consistently challenging but different every day, and I like the explanations of everything since before OTF Iβd never worked out like this and am generally clueless with coming up with exercises to do myself. The coaches and front desk staff are nice, encouraging, understanding, and knowledgeable. Iβve lost almost 15 pounds in the last 9 months and feel much healthier than I used to after being diagnosed with celiac and being sick for almost a year. Itβs not cheap but the cost is worth it to me since I go to class regularly and see the benefits.

The instructors are energetic and knowledgeable, the staff is friendly, and I appreciate the different workout stations (treadmill, rowing, weights) and how every day is a different routine. I did a test run of Orangetheory in Fort Collins during their soft opening in June 2017. I became a Founding Member then as I became hooked on my experience there - the positive culture, quality, friendly coaches and staff and the ability to get a total body workout done in an hour. I am feeling stronger, healthier, have more energy plus a great bonus of losing weight and inches. The work out changes every time so Iβm never bored, the hour passes quickly and love the results. Super bummed. Really wanted to try out the first class because I have heard great things and Iβm sure itβs worth the money but after signing up and receieving the introductory email loosely stating to arrive β20-30 minutesβ early, my sisters and I arrived 20 minutes early and were told that we were not allowed to join the first class because we werenβt 30 minutes early. It was a bummer because we were the only three to arrive to the 5am class and were turned away immediately. Reached out via email and never heard anything back. Went to Genesis because it was the closest gym near by and they welcomed us for a free day and it was a hundred times more pleasant than the employees at orange theory harmony. Arrive 30 minutes early! Since they donβt specify via email, Iβm telling you here.

The workouts are difficult but allow for modifications. There are a lot of class options throughout the day to work within your schedule. The classes themselves are fast paced and although they work in three main sections (treadmill, weights, rower) the workouts are always new and challenging. The staff is awesome and wants to personally see that you get a great workout.

My wife and daughters have taken some classes at this Fort Collins location, they loved the instructors and the great support and motivation they provided. My wife and I tried a class in California before as well. We had an intense but fun workout session. We plan to book regular sessions later this year when our travel schedule allows. Fort Collins Orangetheory has a very positive and motivational team that makes you want to do your best during each workout. I have recommended Orangetheory to all of my family and friends and everyone who has tried it loves it! It is a group workout that is different every time and allows you to go at your own pace while being pushed by your heart rate. If you live close to a studio your first workout is completely free. You do have to cancel your monthly membership 30 days prior and buy a heart rate monitor (to get the most out of the workouts) so it is not cheap but has provided the best workouts I have had in years. I also have traveled out of state and going to different studios was easy as long as you don't go to one of the premier studios where you have to pay an additional fee. Great way to workout with weights, rowers, and treadmills to a planned workout.
