I started yoga a little over a year ago with my husband and fell in love with this yoga studio! Everyone is so welcoming and so encouraging for any yoga level. I was pregnant during the second half of the year and the coaches were extremely accommodating even if it wasn't a prenatal yoga class. I highly recommend for anyone looking to try yoga or anyone wanting to up their current yoga practice!

It only took me two classes with Outlaw Yoga to know that I was hooked! There are honestly a ton of great teachers and studios in Denver but what sets Outlaw apart is the community. Everyone is welcome, people are talking together before class (instead of just sitting awkwardly on their mat), teachers take time to chat with students after class and then monthly events & live music classes make the practice fun.
I have definitely found my home here at Outlaw.

I have been going to Outlaw for about 1 and half years. It has absolutely changed the way I look at my body and my mindset. Every. Single. Teacher. I mean that when I say EVERY teacher is absolutely amazing and Soo sweet and greets everyone who walks in the door! I highly highly reythis studio! They have a great deal for locals. $28 for 30 days of unlimited yoga. Take advantage of it because you will be very happy you did!:) Namasteπ§ββοΈπ

Outlaw Yoga Littleton is magic! The community is supportive, uplifting, and proof that we are all just one handshake, high five, or hug away from making a genuine connection. The teachers are excellent! They push you to do and be your best, while also giving you the support and space on the days when you don't feel your best. The studio is beautiful! It's well kept, clean, and inviting. If you want more out of your practice - if you want more out of your life - Outlaw Yoga Littleton is where you want to be.

Outlaw Yoga studio is amazing and so friendly. The restorative yoga class Iβve just started attending encourages mindfulness and helped relieve tension through the use of longer poses and deep stretching, which was greatly appreciated. It was very relaxing and a wonderful mood enhancer. I left last nightβs class feeling very happy and satisfied.

I appreciate the inclusive feeling of the studio and how friendly everyone is. They are growing a real community and that's so important to me and my adherence to a exercise program. <3

I tried outlaw yoga and I think the staff was very friendly and attentive . I understand their goal is to build community and get rid of "awkward interactions or silent yoga practices" but what I didn't know was that this meant forcing everyone to hug multiple people , partner up in a pose where your inner thigh would be touched the entirety of the pose , and hold hands with both neighbors in Shavasana.
When it comes to having your sacred space and heart space intentionally and forcefully invaded by the teachers , it makes the whole practice much more uncomfortable and unenjoyable.
Some people have gone through physical and emotional trauma where they are very careful of who they physically open their heart space to through something as close as hugging or as invasive as having a strangers hand on your inner thigh.
It's a voluntary practice that means something different for everyone involved. We are all part of a community , sharing the practice and sharing space , but I don't believe that means forcing those who are uncomfortable or who have suffered trauma to share their sacred space through touch . We weren't allowed to partner with a person of our choosing who we may have previously known for such a close pose.
I'm not an introvert nor am I a "prude" or afraid of meeting new people, but I found it very invasive and off putting. Even holding hands with your neighbor in Shavasana at the end of the practice was too much. It's very hard to release, let go, unwind and soak up your practice when you can feel the nervous energy pulsing through the sweating hand of the person on your left and the awkward interlaced fingers squeezing you on the right .
Wonderful teachers , good yoga practice ..but I believe there's better ways to encourage meeting others and building community than forcing such close physical interaction. You never know what someone has been through or if someone is protecting their energy and sacred space .

I've only been once and the class was great. Very fun and challenging. The studio was small but beautiful inside. I rate it lower than I usually would tho because the teacher didnt ask if we wanted adjustments... it was all males except for me in class and as a yoga teacher I believe you should ALWAYS ask if students would like adjustments especially being a male teacher. You never know what trauma someone has gone through and you should be especially careful about that... it could ruin someones experience with yoga which should be a healing experience.
Note: I have heard great things about this studio and this is only based off one experience.

I came to Outlaw Yoga in poor physical condition, needing support, encouragement and physical training. I found it here. The tough kindness and firm grace of the Outlaw Yogi insipre the man in me to grow and improve to greater levels of strength balanced with kindness.
What I have learned has changed my life.

Where do I begin?! Yoga has been a way to move my body throughout my various sports injuries for the past 15 years. My experiences at Outlaw are unequivocally the BEST Iβve had with yoga. The practice is challenging while being therapeutic at the same time. The ownership and instructors have become family. Iβm so thankful to these great people and this great place. These guys are the varsity squad.

I first came to Outlaw in a time in life where I was down and trying to find a place to belong. I had no idea that a yoga studio could bring me back to life. The community that Outlaw has created is abundantly beautiful. Not only was I able to regain mental, emotional and physical balance by practicing yoga with them, but the love within the community filled my soul. I had the privilege of participating in their yoga teaching training. It was incredibly fruitful and restored my confidence beyond belief. Megan did an AMAZING job.
The staff at Outlaw is unlike any other yoga studio, or any other business, for that matter. They genuinely care, they give with all of their heart and have created a safe and warm place to practice yoga. Thanks Outlaw's. Love you guys dearly.

I joined a partner gym to Outlaw Yoga which gave me the chance to get free monthly classes. I was hesitant to go to Outlaw but after rave reviews from everyone I decided to give it a tryβ¦now it just might be my favorite workout of the week. Carly, the owner, is amazing and makes you feel at home. All the instructors have helped me as a beginner but also pushed me harder than I would have expected from yoga. I highly recommend contacting Carly and dropping in for a free class to try it outβ¦I recommend the Outlaw Inspired Flow.

The Outlaw Yoga Studio in Littleton feels like home. This community is incredibly welcoming, supportive and active. The practice is intense and still accessible to all levels from beginners to experienced. It's fun. It's loud. It's rock & roll. It's East meets West in the best way possible. I can't recommend the people, practice and space enough. Big love to the Outlaws...

My favorite part about the studio is the community! The community is real, fun and always growing. We spend time before each class catching up, talking and jamming out...leaving the much-deserved meditation and savasana to the end of class.
