Dropped in while on travel last week and highly recommend! It’s a relatively small gym but equipment is in great shape, instructors and everyone in the classes were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the classes were very well run. Will definitely return next time I’m out that way!

Huge fan of this gym and have been a member for 8 years. The coaches are great and the workouts are harder than any other gyms (including other XFit gyms) that I’ve attended. The workouts vary greatly every day and so there is no chance of getting bored.

I also like the diversity of activities they integrate into the offering. The 6 week challenge is a great example of something they’ve recently added. It is a solid nutrition/exercise program which has helped me understand how to eat correctly to hit a body fat percentage goal.

If you want to change your life and how you look at any age (I’m 50) and current weight - this is the place.

I really enjoyed the workouts in the gym as well as online during the covid-19 isolation. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They keep you motivated and constantly instruct you to do the movement correctly. Many class times to choose from and varied workouts daily. It was challenging and fun at the same time. I had worked out most of my life but took the last few years off after I had my son. I signed up for the 6 week challenge to get back into the habit of working out. The workouts are better than I had imagined! I was shocked at how weak my muscles had gotten but the workouts were exactly what I needed. Each day was different so I was working all different muscles and saw results right away. The coaches were very helpful with modifications because I have had two knee surgeries and still have knee pain. I would highly recommend Intensity Park Meadows.

Wow--- where do I begin. I have belonged to a lot of gyms in the past and this is by far one of my favorites. The coaches truly care about the people and take time to focus on the fundamentals of each move, ensuring the safety of all members. Coaches make themselves readily available to help customize the workouts and help athletes to achieve their goals.
The gym is incredibly clean and well established. This is the type of place where fellow members will rush to clean up and then turn around and help you clean up.
The multitude of classes offered throughout the day allow for zero excuses not to attend one. Not to mention the low coach to athlete ratio allows coaches the opportunity to really get to know the athlete and their needs on a more personal level.

Intensity Park Meadows offered a 6 week challenge by way of Facebook. I knew I was in need of a change in my life, so I pursued the offer. During my initial interview, I knew this was the gym for me. They had trained professional coaches and nutrition experts that would be there to help me along my journey. They start you with technical training so you can learn the moves and equipment. They had multiply hourly training sessions Monday through Friday for either intensity or cross fit training to fit your schedule. You could attend the class of your choice. Each class is structured to include warm-up, physical training, and cool-down which are the three key components to a proper training session. Unlike most gyms, you don’t have to pay extra for the personal training that is provided here. Each coach learns who you are and what you need and always address you by name during class. They made me feel more like a family member than just a person in a class. Coach Alex and Mike really made me feel at home. They took the time to show me how to properly perform the moves for each exercise in the set. A modified version of the move was offered if they felt I needed help in order to complete a set. I never laughed so much during an exercise session as I do at Intensity. I strongly encourage anyone who is looking for the complete exercise challenge to transform both body and mind to take this challenge and join the gym. You won’t regret your decision.

This 6 week challenge was definitely a jump start for my fitness to get back into working order. I had a knee Injury getting started and worked modifications as they always requested.. I’ve always been one to enjoy a good workout, but I’ve never been good at doing it on my own. I found Intensity Park Meadows through their six week challenge. I’m so glad I did! I was surprised on how quickly my body changed for the better. The protein diet showed me that I don’t have to starve myself to look better. I can eat more calories and still lose weight and maintain a healthIer body. I physically feel better than I have in a long time. After the holidays I was looking for something to motivate me to get back into exercising. I saw the 6 week challenge ad on Facebook and signed up. I appreciated that they had technique 1, 2, and 3. These classes ensure you have a basic understanding of the movements before taking classes. I really enjoyed the workouts. The coaches I primarily worked with were Janis and Emily. They were both great and were helpful with modifying workouts, and making sure I was using proper technique. I like that Intensity has a variety of classes throughout the day M-F. I would recommend adding some additional classes on the weekends though. When you sign up for the challenge you get a guide with healthy recipes which were surprisingly delicious!

For someone who hasn't truly exercised since The National Physical Fitness Test performed in middle school, Intensity Park Meadows has reinvigorated my desire to become more physically fit!

Intensity Park Meadows has not only met but they have exceeded my expectations about what the purpose of a gym should be.

Regardless of the number of individuals attending a specific cross-fit class, the coaches are still able to provide individual attention, especially when it comes to modifying routines to your specific level to ensure that you are fully participating and progressing in the day's program.

There also appears to be a unique camaraderie amongst the members, who encourage each other to prevail.

I do not hesitate to recommend Intensity Park Meadows for those desiring an atmosphere where they can not only progress in their physical fitness development but also actually look forward to going to the gym each day.

I found this gym and challenge on Facebook one evening and read reviews and was intrigued. I signed up for the 6-week challenge and was a little nervous because I’ve never done CrossFit before. This place is truly amazing. The coaches are incredible, helpful, and encourage you the entire way. They help you learn the technique first and then have you progress through it at your pace but they challenge you to do more, knowing you are capable. I can honestly say I never leave after a workout in pain. I’m always sore but it’s a good sore where you know you’ve worked. I love that there are so many classes to choose from and every workout is different. I love that they challenge you to be better. I also love that there are so many people who attend who are in different stages of life, different ages, and different stages of their fitness and everyone cheers each other on. I checked this gym out because it's close to my office and it seemed like it would be easy to fit into my schedule. I started with the 6 week program and stuck with it, despite my usual and even some extra life excuses coming up. I made it to the gym three - four times a week, sometimes that fourth time was a different gym but hey, I was back at the gym! I've gone to both the Crossfit and intensity classes and tried out four instructors, all of which helped to correct my form every time. This is what prevented me from trying many of these movements on my own. They offer a fun workout, with great people.

I like many folks have a busy life and with a new addition (baby boy) to the family, placed my own needs, health, and physique on the back burner to take care of all of life’s hurdles. Having the opportunity to join this gym thru a 6 week challenge really was life changing for me! The folks here were super supportive and really showed care in helping me not only reach my goals but exceeding it as well! I lost 11 lbs and almost 5% body fat in short of 6 weeks! More importantly, I made big strides in my health as my blood pressure and blood sugar was previously elevated. In 6 weeks, my body transformed! I’m down to wearing clothes one size smaller and even need a new belt as I’m down to the closest loop! The gym provides a complete approach that helps with sustainability to helping me with this transformation. There is a focus on nutrition, physical activity, and self accountability. All that really makes this work! The best part of the experience is the trainers that really key in on proper technique and form to ensure safe activity and effective results. Working out with other like minded folks that are supportive also helped create an inspiring atmosphere. The equipment and facilities are top notch and the flexibility associated with the numerous slot schedules makes doing this easy and possible for all! If you want to make a revolutionary change in your health and physical well-being and do it in a fun environment, I whole heartedly recommend taking the leap and joining Intensity Park Meadows!!!!

Intensity is everything they promote! I walked into the gym seeking to join their 6-week challenge. However, after explaining up front that I am 56 years old, have undergone multiple spinal surgeries with multi-level fusions at the lumbar level and cervical level, I fully expected the gym to politely reject me. Instead, I was welcomed wholeheartedly, and it was recommended that I participate in their CROSSFIT program. With great enthusiasm, and some apprehension, I took on the challenge. EVERY SINGLE COACH that I have met, and worked with over the past 6 weeks, is committed to the health and well-being of their clients! This proved unwaveringly true in their training of me and the myriad modifications that have to be made to accommodate my specific physical restrictions. Never once have I felt “unsafe” or in jeopardy of further injury. Intensity coaches built confidence in me to push further and harder than I thought possible. The end result has been astonishing! This gym will never fully know just how much they have changed my life, but I show up for class with gratitude and I leave with gratitude! Every human has a story. I’m just one, but if like me you’ve been told NO, SORRY WE CANNOT HELP YOU, Intensity is here to prove the naysayers wrong! After 6 weeks, I am stronger, faster and fitter. But! I just finished a 6-week challenge at Intensity. There are so many reasons to give a 5-star review. The workouts were challenging and a lot of fun. Generally you would complete 3-4 movements for several rounds. There would be 2-3 sets of different movements to complete during the hour long workouts. These were CrossFit like movements using lighter weights or body weight only.
The variety was excellent. The coaching was excellent. Class times throughout the day and evening made it very convenient. Being 60 years old sometimes you are concerned that you can’t keep up with the youngsters but you just work at your own pace and modify movements as needed for your fitness level. Although losing weight is difficult for me, I was able to lose some but I definitely accomplished my body fat loss goal, which I’m pretty happy with. I feel stronger and have way more energy than I did before. I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to challenge themselves.

I participated in their 6 week challenge. It's a combination of a food plan and workouts. Dieting has always been my biggest struggle so it was nice that they gave you suggested meals and grocery list. The workouts and trainers there are great. I mainly did the intensity workouts and really enjoyed them. The first couple weeks were hell as I was constantly sore, but as my body started to adjust I felt more energetic and eager to push myself to heavier weights. That was a really big plus for me since my upper body strength is pathetic. The trainers there are super supportive. I worked with Alex alot and he did a great job helping me improve my form and feel comfortable with my progress. Super nice guy!

Overall the gym is great. I am very happy with my results and would recommend this gym to anyone at any level. The environment here is encouraging and friendly. You'll never feel like you dont belong:)

Before coming to Intensity at Park meadows, I had common problem of loosing interest after initial few days and getting bored in any other gym which I joined earlier. Intensity Park Meadows is amazing! Seven weeks ago I signed up for the 6 week challenge and I couldn’t have been more nervous! But with chronic knee pain, a sedentary desk job and a tv addiction I knew I needed to give myself a chance to try something new and improve myself. All of the coaches I’ve interacted with have been highly knowledgeable, supportive, accommodating and encouraging. There are few moves that I don’t need modifications for and with the personalized care provided I have gone from having constant knee pain to being able to go without my brace all day. Due to the accountability provided by the program and the sense of community provided by the place as a whole I have lost weight, have less pain, more mobility, I feel stronger, I have more body awareness, and I truly look forward to going in for a workout. I would recommend Intensity Park Meadows to anyone that wants to feel better within themselves and about themselves. Thank you Nicole, Alex, Angie, Andrew, Amber, Randy, Kevin and Shean. I did the 6 week challenge with Intensity Park Meadows. I'm not someone that had been huge on CrossFit (you is more my thing), but I wanted to challenge myself with something different. I actually ended up really enjoying it. The coaches here are so incredible! They always knew me by name and would greet me even if I wasn't in their class. They are extremely positive and encouraging. There's a sense of camaraderie and achievement with everyone that goes there, which is great to have.

It has just been a really uplifting process that in very grateful for. I truly cannot speak highly enough of the trainers and the experience that they create at this gym. A special thanks to Alex, Michael, and especially Nicole, who always made me feel really welcome, encouraged me, and helped me push past my perceived limitations.

I loved the Intensity classes which were truly ‘intense’! The end of the workout left me drained out but totally worth it. Each class was different; so it never got boring! It’s hard to put in to words how much I love this gym and all of the people in it. I came in for their 6 week challenge out of shape, over weight and miserable. I was having a hard time sticking to a routine or plan and was very leery of it working for me. I quickly found every coach to be kind, caring, extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Their #1 goal was to be sure I didn’t injure myself and with my list of issues I was shocked that I didn’t. Within 1 week I was seeing big changes on the scale and in my workouts. Their clever incentives kept me on track and motivated the entire 6 weeks. In the end I lost 19lbs and 5.6% body fat. (My husband lost 31lbs!!) It’s been 6 weeks since I finished the program and not only have I not gained any back I’ve continued to loose. Highly highly recommended for anyone looking to change their life.

I am a 60-year old women who hasn't been part of a regular exercise routine for several years. I was a bit intimidated walking into a CrossFit gym. I was thinking, "what am I doing in here?". I had made a commitment to myself to do this so I signed up for their 6-week challenge. To my surprise, the amount of specialized help I received from all the trainers was incredible. They always made me feel welcome, helped me to learn each movement correctly and modified movements for my ability at the time. Everyone from the trainers to other gym clents were so welcoming, it's like a big family. I started with not being able to do a push-up, I was modified to a box height ~ I can now do a full push-up and many of them on my knees; I was not able to do 5 regular sit-ups ~ I did 135 total in one workout last week; I could not do a burpee ~ now I can do them with a slight modification due to my knee not bending as much. My general everyday movements like stairs are significantly improved, I even hiked yesterday climbing on rocks (at the top I thanked my trainers). My knee issues are lessened, I have more movement in them and less inflammation, which is really good. The nutrition plan was easy to follow, after about 3 days I felt less toxic and now am doing really well. It is my new normal way to nourish my body. The connection via text when I needed help was awesome. I just can't say enough about my positive experience with THIS CrossFit gym. I love Park Meadows CrossFit. Can't wait to see what the next 3 months hold for me. I am on a mission!!!

This is an amazing place. When I started I was extremely out of shape and the first several workouts were very hard. The more I worked out the better I got and now I LOVE the workouts and the challenge! I look forward to going rather dreading going. I was bit confuse to start 6 week challenge but after attending orientation session I was like let's go for it.

I was apprehensive at first to do the six week challenge but once I went for the orientation I was convinced I should do it. The coaches are top class, the owner is very caring and knowledgeable. The classes are really fun and I look forward to it. I lost almost 15lbs in the six week challenge, with the right kind of nutrition and portion control and the best of gym sessions and exercises. Being a vegetarian I thought it would be hard, but Kevin was really helpful in sharing his knowledge about vegetarian nutrition with us. The coaches are really interested in teaching you the right technique and are always motivating. This was my first time at a gym, and I am very happy with the transformation. I joined with my husband for the six week challenge and it has proved to be the best thing in years that has happened to us. No thinking required! I love that three technique classes to focus on form are required prior to integration with the regular classes. Nice focus on safety and injury prevention. I did the 6-week challenge and was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and the positive atmosphere in this gym. I was new to cross-fit and I was treated with respect and equality even with those who have been doing it for years. I needed many things broken down to the basics every class and the coaches were very good and patient in helping me. I walked in with trepidation. I just turned 60. Been overweight most of my life. I just got two new knees. The last thing I thought I wanted was an intense workout! It was tough. I struggled the first week just in the prep stage but the coaches were awesome. Each new coach I had was eager to help me get to whatever point I was willing to work toward.
Week two was a beast! I counted every second til it was over but I lost 6lbs week 1 and 5lbs week 2. I even did 4 classes in one week....it was hard but rewarding. Week 5 I gained some but have no clue as to why. Then came my first balloon event. 4 days. Not able to work out at the gym for 7 days. Food galore! Lots of partying but I remained steadfast. Weighed out week 6. 20.2lbs total!
I will continue....just to see how far I can go!

I highly recommend Intensity for crossfit and HIIT programs! I tried several "boxes" around Denver and this was by far the best. There have also been some big, positive changes since I was originally a member in 2016. Now, there is a huge emphasis on technique and safety, and it really shows. The coaches take their time and make sure you're not going to be your own worst enemy. Each coach brings their own personality to a WOD or HIIT class. They're very encouraging. The facility is always clean and bright. The members are welcoming. I was in awe of their athleticism and drive. I stopped attending only for financial reasons. I signed up for the “Free” 6- week challenge. I was skeptical at first because although it was advertised as free, they do ask for a deposit down, I weighed out the different scenarios and opted to try the challenge out. I came to Intensity Park Meadows because I really wanted to change my lifestyle, but I didn’t know where to start and was really looking for an all-around inclusive place where I could learn how to eat right, and how to work out.

I was not ready for the tough climb that this was going to be, and honestly it was really hard to push myself through the first 2 weeks of my 6 week transition. I started out not being very mobile, and eating fast things like chips, cookies and pizza. I jumped into this challenge and instantly changed my eating to a set meal plan, and a minimum of working out 3 times per week.

Alex coached most of my sessions. He was extremely patient and understanding. He took the time to show me stretches to work out some of my sore muscles, and went further to show my fiancé things I could try so that I could have help at home as well. Alex continued to encourage me throughout my work outs to push myself more and more every day, but also helped me make sure I was not pushing myself to extremes where I would get injured.

I did try a few Cross Fit sessions and Chris was my coach for those. Chris is great! He took so many times to show my over and over how to do different cleans. He took the time to remind me week after week when I have forgotten, and in addition he took the time throughout to explain different ways, and have me do different exercises without the barbell so that I would be doing things properly with a barbell.

The owner Shean takes a vested interest in our different journeys and makes real connections and genuinely cares about clientele. He has celebrated my successes and even now continues to offer support with trying to provide healthier meals to my family. Kevin works with him and is available as an accountability coach. Kevin is brand new in this role, so I didn’t get to work with him with accountability, but just with what he is working on already I know I would have been more successful if I had worked with him throughout my 6 weeks. With that said Kevin took quite a bit of time out of his own planning and working to listen to my struggles and help me work on ways to be more successful.

The environment of Intensity Park Meadows provides is one that sets up for success. The team dynamic allows for constant encouragement for all skill levels. I am more successful at my work outs because of this full circle team – coaches, staff, and those working out in my groups. Not only physically am I well on my way to a healthier lifestyle, but emotionally and mentally as well. I absolutely recommend Intensity Park Meadows for all people, as they are truly skilled in meeting every individual where they currently are and helping them reach goals they didn’t even realize were actually attainable.

Love Intensity and the awesome coaches! I started the 6-week challenge to get back into working out after a hamstring injury. I not only met my challenge goals, but I've been working out more often than I ever planned, I shaved 1-min off my mile run time, lost weight/body fat, ran a 5k for the first time in 3 years, and I'm stronger and healthier. I used to always be really concerned about doing workouts "wrong", but Coaches Alex and Chris (and all the coaches) are so attentive and focused on making sure everyone has the right form/technique that I know I'll always get guidance on how to do the workouts "right". Other great things about Intensity - availability of classes (there are so many classes every day!) and the attitude throughout. I was ripe for a challenge. I work out regularly but this found that this CrossFit workout was showing me that I had some big gaps in my normal routine that we no match for the interval training and abdominal strength that the Intensity workouts at this gym were doing to my body. I'm a gym resistant couch potato with a knee injury who found every excuse to avoid working out. After finding this place, the incredibly supportive and encouraging coaches have made it impossible for me to look further for what I need. The workouts are tough, but the extremee sense of accomplishment I feel afterwards is enough for me to come back the next day and the next. Needed a new place to work out as my trainer moved so I joined the 6 week challenge to see if this was a fit for me. After almost 3 weeks of working out at Intensity I feel very comfortable at this gym. It is hard to find somewhere to workout as you get older that you feel good about going to. I used to powerlift in Boston so when I moved back to Colorado, that’s the kind of gym I was looking for. Lucky for me, my options were too far away so I found this gym. Workouts always keep me and my body guessing. After seven months I’m seeing so much progress in my lifts and strength than I did before. I love having classes available practically every half hour so I can go when it fits my schedule. I alternate between the morning and evening classes and I love the camaraderie in each group as well as the coaches. They know members by name which, to me, is a simple but invaluable quality that really is the icing on the cake. Oh and also... lost 8 lbs and 3% body fat on the six week challenge. I joined this gym at the start of a 6 week challenge. I honestly didn’t have a lot of weight to lose, but definitely need to gain muscle and tone up. I was just looking for somewhere to jump start those goals and get a good work out in. While I did get those things, I was also met with an incredible staff and trainers that only want to see you succeed and were there with me every step of the way cheering me on. I did meet my set goals and already feel so much stronger and confident. The workouts are great and catered to all fitness levels and the atmosphere at the gym makes you want to keep coming back. This is a great gym! I came to Intensity Park Meadows as an out of shape and over weight 50 year old. I started with the 6 week challenge and lost 20 pounds and feel in the best I have in 20 years. Intensity Park Meadows Review

Intensity Park Meadows here in Lone Tree, CO has helped me change my life. I was in a slump at home just lounging around when I eventually came across an ad online for a 6-week challenge at the nearby gym. It was winter and pretty cold, but I had a hunch it would be an experience that would help me get back and motivated to focus on my health and physical fitness...and boy was I right. Here are some takeaways from my experience so far.

My Results:
After completing the 6-week challenge, I am proud to say that I have lost 18.2 pounds and over 6.3% body-fat. I owe it all to the complete program Intensity Park Meadows provided me: unlimited access to Crossfit and Intensity classes, instructors who are fun and encouraging, accountability through weekly weigh-ins and body-fat progress checkins, and constant guidance on nutrition. The staff at Intensity Park Meadows is committed to seeing success in their members and they were there to help us succeed the whole way. Anyone can do this!:
When first starting the program, I was a little intimidated with the types of exercises I would need to do. However, Intensity Park Meadows knows the journey of new members and put me through classes to learn and focus on technique before getting into classes where we applied that technique. In addition, each class the instructor was always there to help provide guidance on the exercises so I was never in the dark. Plus, the other class members were always there for guidance as well. I can't believe after 6 weeks I was able to learn so many different exercises that tested my limits in ways I would have never done on my own!

Social Energy:
Probably one of the best parts about my experience has been the friendship from the instructors and the other members . The energy of doing a workout with others of all various skill levels and backgrounds makes it very encouraging to keep going and see old faces again. I love when everyone gives high fives after a tough workout or folks encourage you to get that last set of reps in. From the instructors to the other members, the social aspect has helped drive me and ultimately continue to see results.

Thank you Intensity Park Meadows for helping me achieve my goals and be such a great catalyst for change in my life. This is the complete package experience for anyone who is looking to make the most of their time and energy to get the results they want. Any goal you have, Intensity Park Meadows will gladly customize a routine to help you achieve those, and they will do everything in their power to help you get there. If there are dreams you have always wanted to reach, this is the place you go to get started and start seeing those results. After the 6-week challenge I initially signed up for, I am proud to say that I have officially converted to a full-time member in order for me to keep making progress on my goals, which I know I'll get there by staying. I joined the 6 week challenge at Intensity Cross fit and I won. I lost 22 lbs and am at the lowest weight I’ve been since at least 20 years. I’m going to be 64 next week, I was in this gym with all ages of people, they supported me all the way. I’ve had knee replacements and stinosi of the spinal cord, they worked with me and modified my work out so that I could keep up with the class. I loved sweating and loosing the weight so quickly. The 6 weeks flew by. People have noticed my weight lose and I feel great.

I have to admit I was a little intimidated signing up for Crossfit classes and the 6 week challenge. I can tell you this club is fantastic! Don’t be intimidated, there are members of varying physical levels and we all participate in classes as a group; no woman/man left behind here. The coaches are always willing to help you, offer modification moves, encourage you and most of all make it fun! What I do know is that we all need accountability and the coaches at Intensity are awesome! My challenge was 20 lbs in 6 weeks and guess what? I dropped 20 lbs and 7.2% in body fat! No miracle diet and no magical pills here. Lots of great coaching, proper meal plans and excitement! I am looking forward to reaching my next of goals!

And when I did go, it was the same old boring treadmill or elliptical which never brought results. Intensity Park Meadows has changed all of that! I was really intimidated at first because I have never been in shape and didn’t know anything about how to work out properly. Intensity Crossfit and the staff are well trained, educated, and motivating. I had so much fun completing the 6 week challenge, and I am so glad that I pushed myself to do something that I once doubted that I can do. A fun atmosphere that challenges you to push yourself. Personally, following the meal plan was my biggest challenge but a great body does not come easy. Being healthy and fit is not a trend, it is a lifestyle and one thing that I take away from this experience is that it is all mental. When you believe you can do something and put forth the needed effort, you will get the desired results. I've been attending PMCF since March 2015, and this gym helped me pick up where I left off when I moved here from Seattle and my old CF box. The coaches are all awesome and know all about proper technique, scaling to fit every level, and are great with working you through the movements.

If you've never done a Crossfit workout before, and want to learn how to do it right, then this is a great place to start.

I've been here over 3 years now, I'll not consider regular box gyms for workouts anymore. This is the best.
