I went to PCF after years of injuring myself strength training. Eventually hit the point where I needed help recovering from injury and guidance on how to avoid it in the future. 100% mission accomplished. Josh and Jordan are excellent coaches and helped me rebuild my shoulder, correct numerous issues with form, and got me back in the best shape I had been in in a decade. PCF gets my highest recommendation all around. Very welcoming atmosphere in small group format with total attention paid to how you are progressing and the goals you're trying to achieve. Huge thanks Josh and Jordan!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had an incredible experience training at Peak Conditioning and Fitness. Jordan is an exceptional trainer—knowledgeable, supportive, and deeply attuned to individual needs. I especially appreciated her awareness of women’s health and pelvic floor considerations, and how thoughtfully she adapted exercises to support my body and goals. Her approach is a true confidence builder, and she kept me motivated and progressing over time, both in personal and group training sessions. The gym itself is welcoming, non-intimidating, and has a real community feel. I always felt comfortable and encouraged, no matter where I was starting from. Highly recommend!

Jordan is a fabulous personal trainer! She really took time to understand my goals and evaluate where I was starting from. She explained the steps I needed to take for accurate form better than anyone has been able to. Jordan took time to answer all my questions even made sure I felt comfortable in the gym myself. I would leave sessions with Jordan feeling inspired, motivated and empowered!

I did one on one coaching with Jordan and she was great! She really helped me with good body mechanics while getting strong(er)! It was most helpful that she is also a PT, love that! It is a nice initmate gym with small class sizes and 24 hour access. If/when I am back in the area I would most definitely return to this 🏋️♀️ gym.

My experience at Peak Conditioning and Fitness was nothing short of incredible. Jordan cares so much about her clients and helping them be the best they can be! I was very new to the gym when I first began training with her and she made the whole experience so enjoyable and not intimidating. I learned so much!! I unfortunately had to leave due to my job but I would come back in an instant the next time I have the opportunity!

Peak Conditioning and Fitness is a fantastic find for anyone looking for a convenient and flexible fitness experience. While its focus is primarily on kettlebell training, the inclusion of two weight racks offers a nice balance for those who enjoy traditional weightlifting. What truly sets Peak Conditioning apart is Joshua's exceptional flexibility and customer-centric approach. The pricing is transparent and reasonable, and the simple one-month notice for membership cancellation is a breath of fresh air – no hidden fees or convoluted contracts! The 24/7 personal access is an absolute game-changer, allowing you to work out on your own schedule.

Peak Conditioning and Fitness is just what I needed! I have sensitive knees and wanted to start strength training at a lower intensity. I met with Krystyna and discussed my goals and concerns. She did an initial assessment and shared observations and a plan to move forward. The classes are small in size and more like personal training vs. group fitness. Krystyna is very astute and quickly intervenes to correct form or to offer alternatives if something is uncomfortable. With her guidance, I feel like I improved quickly and significantly and met/exceeded my personal goals. I highly recommend!

I'm not a gym rat. I've been large my whole life and it has led to a metric ton of gym related anxiety. I have never found a place like Peak Conditioning previously and I wish I had. Everyone here from, the trainers Jordan and Josh to my classmates, have been incredibly supportive and kind. I have EDS and I'm pretty physically broken. I have always felt safe and my physical frailties respected and worked around. It's never just "give up", but instead a different way to do something similar while I work up to doing more and more.
I've been going to Peak for a few months and plan to continue for at least a year or more. I could not recommend this training facility highly enough. Whether you're advanced or kinda broken like me, they will absolutely be worth your time and investment.
If you are physically challenged or injured this is the place to come and get stronger. Josh and Jordan will absolutely help you attain your goals and more. I'm doing things now I never thought I'd be able to do but they got me there. This is an amazing place.

I was looking for a gym that could provide a more personalized approach to fitness, taking into account my past injuries and helping me ease back into exercise after a many years of inactivity. After researching Peak Conditioning and Fitness (PCF) and reading reviews from satisfied clients, I felt confident that this was the right fit for me. I joined PCF in April 2024 and I'm glad I made the decision.
From the start, my trainer Jordan has been great to work with. Jordan is knowledgeable in her craft and ensures that every exercise is performed correctly, which gives me confidence in the effectiveness of our workouts. When my sciatica flared up, Jordan introduced some physical therapy exercises that helped me recover without slowing down my progress. As I've continued to work through other past injuries, Jordan has been able to provide targeted exercises to aid my recovery and prevent further issues.
The workouts at PCF have been fun and challenging, keeping me motivated and engaged. I've made good progress and I appreciate Jordan's expertise and support. If you're looking for a gym that offers functional fitness training and a personalized approach, I'd recommend checking out PCF and Jordan.

I started with PCF back in May of this year and have experienced pretty much everything that the other reviewers reported. Jordan has shown great attention to detail, has been open minded, has adjusted workouts based on my current level of ability and is always concerned about my well being. What I don't see a lot of talk about in the other reviews is that they also run a podcast, Truth in Coaching, which is equal parts inspirational and informational. PCF checks all the boxes by having attentive coaches, an app that shows all of the workouts, combined with a informative podcast. Thumbs up.

I’ve been working with Josh for a few months now as a personal training client. His care, attention to my personal needs, and overall planned approach to my goals is by far the best I’ve ever had in my fitness journey. I am seeing actual definition in my muscles (first time in my life), even in the short time we’ve been working together. More importantly to me, however, my overall strength and confidence to do normal activities has improved significantly following years of mishaps that landed me in various sorts of immobility.
He takes great care in understanding how I need to be taught exercises (I like to know which muscles I’m utilizing and why) and explains the mechanics to me so I can train properly. Never has he just thrown me into a basic routine like most other trainers do. He truly personalizes it to my goals and his knowledge, experience, and education are at the forefront of his coaching.
I recently had to travel for a month and he set me up with a daily routine where I could stay accountable to my goals and to give guidance while I was away. The added extra care is something that I truly appreciate from him and the rest of the trainers!

My husband and I were looking for a trainer to help us get our older bodies into a routine and work on balance and strength. Jordan was the one for us !!! She was knowledgeable and focused on analyzing our current shape and moving us toward a stronger more in-tuned routine and lifestyle. I highly recommend this facility and the trainer Jordan. I joined Peak Conditioning and Fitness (PC&F) in May of 2023. Best decision I could’ve made. As an older woman with an old rotator cuff injury, I didn’t know if a Personal Training program was possible for me. To my great joy, after meeting with Jordan she told me she could help me meet my strengthening goals.
Turns out that Jordan is a trainer Extraordinaire! She developed a conditioning program for my rotator cuff which has restored its flexibility, range of motion and strength to the extent that it no longer limits my overall
exercise performance. ( while still watching out that I don’t reinjure it)
I’ve also made great strides in my overall strength and muscle tone due to Jordan’s encouragement and exercise program. She has a great eye for detecting improperly executed exercises and a special knack for showing you how to adjust your form to target the correct muscle and to avoid injury. I’m even on my way to doing pull ups!
Can’t say enough good things about this gym. Training classes are tailored to your needs and always fun. Plus you have 24/7 access to a well equipped, well maintained gym.

I was looking for a trainer to help me get more motivated with my workouts. I was nervous because of my neck and back issues, but Jordan has been so amazing to work with—she’s careful to make sure my form is on point to avoid injury while helping me work toward my fitness goals. She has been able to adapt exercises for me as we go and has been so encouraging. And the gym is super-clean, well-outfitted, and organized. I would highly recommend!

I've been going to Peak Conditioning and Fitness and working with Jordan since June and so far it's been a blast. My back is less sore, I'm stronger overall, and have more endurance than before I started. Many gyms don't offer kettle bell work which I find is different and interesting so I enjoy that PCF has it there. It's a lot of fun to workout with a trainer who can help me get the best workout given we all have unique strengths and weaknesses.
If you want to work with a trainer in Longmont, I'd recommend trying out PCF, especially if you enjoy kettlebell work.

I strongly recommend Peak Conditioning and Fitness. Josh Spencer is a knowledgeable and motivational trainer. I was intimidated and apprehensive about starting with a personal trainer as I had limited experience with weight training. I’m so grateful I made the decision to call PCF. Josh was instrumental in easing my anxiety by building up my confidence. He coached with a perfect balance of challenging me and also focusing on my level by making sure I had the correct form. He not only explained how to perform each movement, but also why.
Josh went the extra mile by assigning homework for me to work on between training sessions. He provided helpful videos of him performing each exercise. I had the option of going into the gym or doing them from home.
The facility was clean, organized and thankfully, the temp inside was kept nice and cool. I have been on a hunt for a gym like PCF in Longmont for quite sometime. I’m grateful I found them.

Could not be more thankful for the guidance I received at PCF Longmont.
My goal was to be physically fit enough to get into the United States Air Force Academy. I needed to find a personal trainer that would get me better at things like push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups, but also would help with running is a huge weakness of mine.
I worked with Josh who helped me reach a physical peak in my life. The guy knows his stuff, he’s also just an awesome person to be around. Josh helped me reach a point where I was doubling my pushups, pull-ups, and sit-ups while putting in a passing mile time (something I’ve never thought I could do). His wisdom and uplifting personality allowed me to crush all my goals.
The gym itself was ideal for me. I always struggled going to big gyms where people take selfies in the mirror and are normally inconsiderate to others . Here I never felt uncomfortable and always felt like I was supported no matter where I was at in my physical journey. The 24/7 access allowed me to get workouts done without feeling pressure of the place closing, which was very relieving. It has everything you’ll ever need to get physically fit and is super organized.
Something that just elevated it even more was the events! I really enjoyed it when we had May Madness and the Turkey Burn. Events like these made working out super fun and allowed yourself to test your limits.
They always were super passionate and thoughtful when it came to these.
I have no regrets with my time at PCF
Longmont and am so thankful I went with them when looking for a personal trainer.

I have been coming to Peak Conditioning and Fitness in Longmont for the last 6+ months, and I have had nothing but positive experiences.
I began coming to PCF with the usual goals of getting stronger and into better shape. Every day I leave feeling as though I’m one step further along in that journey, and it’s due in no small part to the trainers Josh and Krystyna. Even though I do not employ either of them for personal training, they have always been willing to answer any questions I might have, and they have been an incredible resource in my ongoing fitness journey. Being able to request a quick form check on exercises like squats and deadlifts has been invaluable, and both Josh and Krystyna have helped improve my confidence — and consequently my abilities — in all of my lifting exercises.
The gym facility itself is always clean and well organized; I’ve never had to go searching for a piece of equipment. Essentially any equipment you may need for your workout is available, be it barbells and power racks, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, cardio equipment and more. The facilities are also available 24/7, so it’s nice to know that whatever may come up with my schedule there’s always an opportunity to get in a good workout.
All in all, I would recommend PCF to anyone looking for a gym in Longmont.

I started working with owner and trainer, Josh, back in July 2021 to help train for an event I had coming up that October. Not only did I feel well prepared for my event both physically and mentally, but I far exceeded my own expectations. After my event was over, I knew that there was something very special about Josh and his ability to strengthen my body, mind, and spirit, so I’ve continued to work with him since then, and he and the rest of PCF continue to be a daily blessing in my life.
I have also trained with Krystyna and Jordan, and it’s evident that all the trainers genuinely care about our overall wellbeing. They are invested in helping us accomplish our training goals, and equally supportive in the lives we live outside the gym.
PCF is more than a gym, it’s a community. I feel included and valued as a member of the gym. And Josh, Jordan, and Krystyna host extracurricular activities like an annual charity lift which raises money for a local Longmont non-profit, holiday events, and fun gym competitions like an Adventure Race which really cultivates that sense of community.
PCF has been a safe place for me step outside my comfort zone and push myself because of the support and guidance of the staff. Their unwavering commitment and encouragement have helped show me what I am capable of. I am forever grateful for PCF.

The absolute best gym I have ever been a part of. The owner, Josh, is a fantastic personal trainer that has pushed me to be better every single session I have gone to. He is incredibly supportive and motivating, and is very attentive to each member that walks through the doors.
I have also had the privilege of working with the other trainers, Jordan and Krystyna, and they are both wonderful. All three trainers give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts to make sure each movement is executed safely. The workouts are fun yet challenging, and the tight knit community is like family with everyone cheering each other on. I always look forward to each session I go to.
I have gained so much confidence in myself, and the results I've seen over the past 7 months of being a part of this community are incredible. Hands down the best gym in Longmont.

No matter your age or experience level, the personal trainers at Peak Conditioning and Fitness in Longmont - Joshua, Jordan and Krystyna - will help you meet your fitness goals. I've been small group training at Peak for almost seven years - longevity and consistency being two of my main goals - and the trainers manage to individualize my training and keep it feeling new and fresh. The gym is clean, professional, organized and accessible 24/7. The atmosphere is welcoming, non-intimidating and energetic. There is a true sense of community at Peak Conditioning and Fitness built around the daily workouts as well as extracurriculars such as an annual charity lifting event (No Bell Down), quarterly Kettlebell lifting meets, adventure races, seasonal parties and themed workouts. As an avid hunter, I have unique fitness needs to prepare for challenging hikes in the mountains at altitude, carrying gear. They have not only helped me achieve my general fitness goals but have also focused on preparing me for these demanding excursions.

I started training with Jordan before I got pregnant and throughout my pregnancy. I was hesitant to commit to 6am workouts, but I’m so glad I did. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and feel great. Jordan put in the extra care and work to ensure my prenatal workouts are safe and effective. Training with Jordan has helped prepare me and my body for this pregnancy and eventual delivery. I feel strong and confident, and I know this pregnancy would be so much harder on my body if I wasn’t training 3x a week with Jordan. It’s been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself.

Not only is it great that Peak Conditioning and Fitness is locally owned and operated, but the owner and staff are knowledgeable and committed to the safety and success of their clients. Josh, the owner, is supportive and encouraging. He pushes you to test your limits while giving you the knowledge and technique to be able to do so effectively and safely.
The community at this gym is unlike anything I have experienced before. You do not experience the "big-box gym" feeling of judgement or isolation. Everyone is supportive and encouraging. They cheer you on every step of the way, both clients and staff.
I cannot recommend PCF highly enough.

I am a long-time member of Peak Conditioning and Fitness. I started in 2016 and still train there 3 to 4 times per week (at least). I thoroughly enjoy attending, not just for the fitness, but Josh (local owner, trainer and military veteran) is great about understanding your fitness goals and how to meet them. He also is a good fitness educator and ensures you're doing certain exercises correctly so you don't hurt yourself or work the wrong muscle group. Additionally, the semi-private/group training are ideal because you meet new people, have fun and it's more cost effective than private lessons, and the groups are usually no more than six people.
If you're concerned about judgement because you're out of shape, please don't. It's a judgement-free zone. Everyone who trains there is on their own journey and we support each other. I have become stronger, lost both fat and weight and am a healthier version of myself today than I was in early 2016. If you're wondering about your next fitness move and the goals you want to achieve, please check out Peak Conditioning and Fitness in Longmont, CO.
