The best! Have been working with Austin for about 5 months now and it's been amazing. He checks in to see how you are doing constantly and makes changes to your program/diet as needed. Love the freedom in the diet as well. As someone who has suffered from binge/restrict eating disorders for years, having the freedom to choose the foods I want to eat has made life a lot easier. The check ins with Austin have been great as well! Checking in once a week with weight updates and exactly how I'm feeling makes sure that we are staying track! I can't recommend this service more!! The best!!

Austin is a personal trainer for everyone and every skill set. He is non judgmental, meets the client where they are at, and works with them to achieve their personal goals. He has a keen ability to read people and to know when to push and when to not.
His knowledge on nutrition is outstanding. Ask him how to meet your goals with a solid diet and he has great recommendations.
Just need a workout plan and not someone to join you around the gym? He is wonderful at building a routine for you around your goals.
Overall 10/5 stars. Austin is kind, charismatic, encouraging and genuinely wants to see people grow and improve their lives through health and wellness at any fitness level.

If you’re looking for a trainer and have the chance to work with Austin, stop reading this review and do it. He’s knowledgeable, experienced, professional, respectful and humble but his real strength (pun intended) is his ability to truly meet you where you’re at. I always left our workouts feeling better about myself. He not only helped me reach my goals, but to appreciate the effort it took to do so. Don’t let the fact that he looks like a statue of a Norse god come alive intimidate you. Let him help you. You won’t regret it.

Austin is a great trainer. Not only is he very knowledgeable about what it takes to create the results you want to see, but it feels like he’s as invested as his clients in achieving those results. Spending time in the gym with him is always fun, you will feel like you’re just working out with a friend in no time. Austin is very knowledgeable about multiple aspects of fitness. I recently had a session with him and learned a lot about my program in strength and conditioning. I have been in the gym for 4 years 4-5 times a week, and even with my knowledge managed to gain some insight into my progression in training. Very down to earth, but professional as well. I plan to continue my training with his guidance over a few sessions, which are more affordable than other trainers. Thanks Austin, would highly recommend!

Austin is a fantastic personal trainer. His advice and help has created lifelong healthy habits for me. I struggle with severe anxiety and hated going into the gym but Austin was able to help shift my mindset and help me feel confident. He is EXTREMELY kind and supportive. Even if you no longer work with him but see him in the gym or around he will ask how YOU are doing and cheer on your progress. Austin usually starts by sitting down with you and accessing your personal goals and how he can help you achieve those goals. Even if your goals shift and change he is very adaptable to that. He will continue to check in and creates a safe space. I was never afraid to ask him anything as his knowledge is endless. 10/10 will always recommend seeing Austin for your personal training needs.

Austin is just awesome, I can't think of a better way to describe him as a person and a professional. He really listens to his clients and curates programs that work for them. I had a goal of cutting 10 pounds in 10 weeks and with his help, I ended up cutting 15 whilst adding lean body mass. Austin and Keely are the absolute best! I’ve struggled for quite some time with plateauing in my workouts and not seeing any progress. After just a few adjustments Austin made to my workouts not only did I realize I’m a lot stronger than I thought and that I can push myself a lot harder, I also began to see personal victories from adding more weight to going for longer reps. The most dynamic duo both Keely and Austin have helped me hone in on my goals and work out the details of what to do in order to reach those goals. From someone who has never trained with a trainer or nutritionist before they both also make you feel very comfortable and like you’re in good hands. I will forever be recommending them!

Austin has been a great coach for me in terms of listening and adhering to what I wanted for my health/fitness. He pushes me hard during training sessions and checks in with me when I do solo training myself. He keeps in mind for what you need in nutrition and fitness including any physical ailments you may have, like for me with my shoulder. He shows you the correct posture and form for each exercise you do and the importance behind those exercises. Very much appreciate his professionalism and communication. I highly recommend Austin!

I used to be a college athlete, and at some point in my adult life I fell out of love with the gym. Austin made it possible for me to change the mindset of working out from something I did for sport training purpose to something to improve my quality of life. I came in without a plan. I didn't know what I was looking for out of my experience. I was used to putting as much weight as I could handle on the bar and doing free weights. I didn't know anything else. Through a lot of breaking it down, showing not telling, and being there for all my what ifs, I'm finally understanding what it feels like to have fitness be a part of my life without it being an obsession or a requirement.
