I have been working with Stephanie for 12 weeks now and I am seeing amazing results (11 pounds lost!!). I have never had issues with working out, always been motivated but with eating that was a different story. Stephanie put me on a meal plan that was specific to my goals and super easy! I don't like tracking macros so she did it all for me. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend her for all your fitness and health goals.

I thought I’d tell my story. I train often, but it was really difficult for me to stay motivated and that’s why I started looking for a good trainer in the area close to our residence. One of our friends Allen Watson recommend Stephanie Mola. She’s one tough cookie but if you want results I would highly recommend her. Her diet plans and vigorous workouts are second to none. She is always keeping me motivated and pushes me to work harder each time I have my training session. Stephanie is not only the best personal trainer but at the same time she is a great and honest person and what i love about her is the fact that she is REAL. I couldn’t be happier and the results have been fantastic. Thanks for all you’ve done for me Stephanie.

I contacted Stephanie as I was training for my first 100 mile ride. I had let my strength training slack during Covid so I needed some motivation and a plan as I wanted to finish the ride strong since it involves a climb up Lookout mountain. Stephanie gave me an easy meal plan and strength plan to follow and kept me focused on my goal. I finished the ride with a good goal time, have noticed my strength has increased and feel overall much fitter. I highly recommend Stephanie to achieve your fitness goals whatever they may be. She will listen to you, make a plan and keep you motivated.

Amazing trainer and fitness/meal plan! I started 6 weeks ago with personal training and a meal plan. Steph is motivational and gifted in her program and the results show! I have lost weight, gotten stronger, and my body is getting the nutrition it needs! If you work the program, the program will work for you! I am thrilled, and this is the best investment in health I have made in a long time! Highly recommend!

I found PIT (Stephaine) on google and it was one of the best decisions I have made for my fitness health. I have tried everything, diets, classes and all the trends. She will explain to you where you need to be, listen to you on your goals and combine them to a full fitness accountability sessions. She is right there every session to push you along!

I’ve really enjoyed working with Stephanie! She’s kept me motivated over the last year, and I wouldn’t have kept with training if she hadn’t been there to cheer me on.
We’ve worked through some injuries and some medical issues, she’s always patient, understanding and knowledgeable. She listens to me, challenges me to keep striving for the next level, and she’s an amazing coach to have in my corner.

I have been working out with Stephanie for over a year now. Stephanie is amazing. She pushes me while still being cautious of some injuries due to golfing and surgeries. I love the results that I am seeing. Stephanie has also taught me a ton about meal prep and the correct supplements to take.

Stephanie is one of THE top personal fitness trainers in the area. I have been working with her for over two years and the results have been fantastic. She pushes her clients hard, but not to the point of being unsafe. Moreover her meal planning and nutrition consulting deliver results. Last winter she had me in top shape for a 5 day helicopter skiing trip which I could not have done without her focus and persistence.
