The only pros here are proximity to my home cleanliness and low price. Here are the cons. Firstly, no one bothers to wipe their equipment down when they are done and I find that not only disgusting but extremely poor gym etiquette. I don’t want your nut sweat on me. It’s getting more and more crowded which I understand happens. More designed for elderly folks with more focus on weight machines and cardio equipment. There isn’t even real bench press benches, tiny free weight area etc. There is no where for stretching and mats, yet there is a large room with MORE MACHINES that they call a 30min work out room. No one is ever in there no matter how busy it gets. No one. Waisted space while lacking essentials. In the winter you almost die with the heater blasting in your face. This gym is just barely sufficient enough to not want to drive further. The staff is very friendly but its offerings are minimal.

You have a diamond in the rough!!! Riley is such an amazing Manager (at least I think she is the manager and if she isn’t, she should be) . I visit several times a week and there is not one time thay I have been there thay Riley isn’t cleaning, training, assisting customers, trouble shooting and/or making customers happy. She is definitely an amazing leader who communicates transparently and truly cares about the facility and everyone that visits on both sides of the counter. Thanks Riley for all you do everyday!!!

The best value for money gym I’ve ever been to! The staff are always courteous and happy, you can always get on the equipment and it is very clean. What more you ask for (well maybe a couple additional rope tricep attachments as there never seem to be enough of them!)? 😊

Don’t get a membership! I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for 4 months! And yet i keep getting charged. Every month I’m talking to someone about this issue. And no they don’t offer a refund either. They just keep letting me pay for a service I physically cannot use!

Weird management lol. I’m not sure why but supposedly management couldn’t accept I don’t bring my id to a gym like a normal person and don’t do pics for personal reasons decided my wife and I can’t come back to their gym. I think he needed an ego boost because the encounter was very odd and unprofitable. Do not come here

Hassan is very informational and super welcoming. I am a new customer, and he made me feel very comfortable. He went over all of the plans with me in detail and was super patient. The other staff I have seen have been very nice as well. THANK YOU HASSAN!!!!!!!

I just joined this location and I had a few questions when I went in the first time. The manager at the desk had no clue how to use the computer, could not answer my account question and was getting visible irritated helping me. I wasn't even sure she was the manager as she was wearing dirty clothes, and a dirty bandanna on her head. Very disappointing and I had to call customer service to answer my question.

Really appreciate how friendly the staff is and how clean they keep the facility. I was previously a member at two other gyms in the area and struggled with the cleanliness and the crowds.

For someone my age + shape, Planet Fitness is a perfect gym. You don't have to wait in line for machines. Unlike my old gym Vasa, which is also full of meatheads "lunking" to impress the equally annoying Instagram models. I fit in way better with the PF crowd. The rare times I talk to staff, they are all nice.

I like planet fitness. It's always close to home, easy to flow instructions on their app if I'm lost with any of the equipment they have, and they're service is cheap! Would be perfect with fun stuff like tires, sledgehammer, etc.

I had lost my wallet and the front desk attendant was extremely helpful and helped me look for it. They went above and beyond with service all the while being incredibly pleasant. That young man should get a pay raise if not a promotion!!

I had to bring in a signed letter from my sister who joined for a month (she lives abroad) in order to cancel her membership.

Won't let you cancel at another location, you have to physically go in to the location you signed up at. Won't let you cancel remotely in any way, unless you send in a letter.

Completely predatory practice with no justification. Find another place to workout.

Clean. Not too busy. The upgraded plan is worth it for the spa… holy moly is it nice. I didn’t think I would use it, but it’s my favorite part! The only thing I wish is that your app let you start the spa machines and that you didn’t have to ask the front desk to queue it up. But it’s not that big of a deal. I’m upset I paid so much more in the past at a bigger gym nearby that is severely overpriced and not as comfortable an experience.

Today - it really strikes me how unwilling people employees are to enforce their own rule.

I was on a stair master when - let’s call her Karen- joined next to me. She proceeded to have a large phone conversation

So I didn’t want to get off my stair so I opened to my app to the page and said

“Excuse me phone calls aren’t allowed “

“Why”- she got Karen level mad i was challenging her self-entitled Karen like control

“It says here in the policies “

Why was her response. Like I’m here to explain planet policies

“Look it’s in the policies - do you want me to get staff”

Then a staff member came by and Karen asked
- and staff apologized and apologized and groveled to the Karen about how sorry she was that it’s the rules

When i noted no one apologized to me for the inconvenience i got threatened to being thrown out

If you have to apologize for doing your job- you know you don’t want to do it, and will avoid it

This gym is always super clean and never super busy where you have to wait for equipment like other gyms. The staff here is always respectful and helpful with any questions or concerns. Chris is truly an outstanding person who embodies positivity and encouragement, making him a fantastic asset to the Planet Fitness community. One of my favorite PFs in the denver metro!! Sydney is by far one of the best employees ive seen. Hes always cleaning the equipment and always attentative to the guests needs! He def is an asset to this company and I wouldnt come to this gym if he wasnt there.. the other employees are very friendly as well. Love this gym!!

Very clean. New high quality equipment. However, no classes, pool, basketball, etc. Great no-frills gym for people who just need equipment to workout. Frequently not that busy and easy to get weights and machines without waiting. Good value. 2500 locations for people who travel a lot.

I love Planet Fitness and I’d give them five stars except I have asked several times for them to install a handicap accessible door at the front door. My wife uses an electric scooter and can’t open the door unless someone is with her.

I’ve been told it is because of the blue prints to the building don’t include it. I’ve been told that district manager doesn’t want to do it, the franchise owner doesn’t want to do it and my personally favorite absurd excuse, you can’t retrofit the door.

Planet Fitness, people are disabled all over and guess what, doors are retrofitted all the time. You claim to be all inclusive and non judgmental but all we are asking for is you outfit your door with something that makes your places accessible to the handicapped. You seem to take pride in the fact that you have handicap accessible equipment but it doesn’t mean squat if people using wheelchairs can’t get in the front door.

You can do better. I’ll keep making noise because you like taking my money every month. You can invest in an accessible door. It’s that simple.
