I just joined recently after spending a long time at a competitor. I appreciate this gym very much, the equipment is well maintained, and the staff is great.

I don't have to wait long, if at all, for any of the equipment. They have an IR room, massage chairs, and even water massage tables to end your workout with.

It's refreshing to find a gym like this. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Recently switched home gyms from Austin Bluffs to Airport Rd do to moving. Let me tell you I will be switching right back to Austin Bluffs, after working out I went to shower and omg the men’s locker rooms was absolutely atrocious, like beyond filthy, men’s underwear and socks where all over the floors and laying in the bottom of showers it literally looked like a jail cell you see on tv. Does the staff there not clean at all? Or just let the homeless roam free?? Never again… absolutely ridiculous

This PF is clean and the staff are nice. My only complaint is that there aren’t enough stairmaster machines. When I’ve gone, it’s rare that they aren’t all being used, and there is usually at least one broken one. I wish they’d swap some treadmills or ellipticals for new stairmasters.

I’ve been going to this gym off and on for a few years and recently have been going more frequently. The gym is very clean and the staff has always been friendly. Every time I’ve visited, there has ALWAYS been a staff member cleaning, so it’s obvious they care about the quality of the gym. I’ve never had any issues with any of the equipment, and rarely have had to wait for a machine (I usually go during non peak times though). Compared to other gyms in town and especially after reading reviews of the other gym closest to me (v***), this gym is well worth it!

Did a drop in visit at this location. They only had one ab crunch machine. I noticed this guy was on it, so i decided to do something and come back. Half hour later, same guy still on it. So I waited for him to finish his set. But 10 minutes later, he never did, was just on his phone with his buddy and just pretending to work out with very light weight. So I went to the front desk and asked them to maybe let me squeeze in a set. They said they already told management and that there's no time limits on machine, even if it's 40 minutes later. I left about an hour in and he was still on it. Clearly, they're not using good Judgement and evaluating situations on a case by case basis

Came in here to use the bathroom I was told by some lady that I could not use it between 2:00 and 3:00. Well I've got the gym membership because I need to be able to use the bathroom anywhere around town when I need to go. Instead of being nice and letting me go she told me that it was closed between the hours of 2 and 3:00. This is not something they stated when I signed up I was told I would have access to the bathrooms as long as the facility was open.

This location has been my home gym for several years, and I would like to express to the staff that each and every one of you does a fabulous job. I enjoy seeing your smiling faces and your willingness to assist when needed. The massage chairs are relaxing and comforting after a long day. The equipment is high quality and well-maintained. However, the tanning booth has left me disappointed. I would like to see a more frequent schedule for bulb replacements. This has forced me to seek my tanning options at other locations leaving myself subject to a franchise fee in addition to my monthly membership. This is a recurring issue, I hope they can resolve it soon, as it would enhance my overall experience. For now, I'm giving 4 stars.

I like this gym. I have absolutely no complaints except for one..... they don't have weight scales, in which, goes with their no judgment policy. Other than that, it's good. I’ve been a member of this club for a few months, and I’m very happy with the staff that I encounter every time I walk in. It’s easy to tell that the manager Lani puts a lot of effort into ensuring her employees are engaged and taking care of people, keeping the place clean, and making sure all equipment is functional. I have never found a machine I needed to use out of order. This is all due to the dynamic and explosive leadership traits possessed and utilized by the manager. Lani is top notch!!! I love this gym. Its the perfect place to be intimate with other men in the showers. My friend Larry and I shower together and share some very fun time. Mostly you don't see staff around. Sometimes someone cleaning, or occasionally someone at the desk. A lot of inconsiderate members who consistently don't wipe things down after using. Lots of cardio machines though and recent upgrades. Some weights and other resistance equipment, and a timed circuit for full body workout. This place is close to my house, so it is convenient and pretty cheap. If you are looking for a place to really heavy lifting, this isn't for you. I have to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Ms. Zee at Planet Fitness. She is truly exceptional—her customer service is outstanding, and she’s always so attentive and willing to help in any way she can. Every time I walk into the gym, seeing her brightens my day. Dirty bathroom, changing station floors, flimsy broken 3m hooks for towels. So there is nowhere for your towel to hang unless you 6ft and reach the top of the shower curtain. Better than I expected. There are some time efficient workouts, especially the yellow 30 minute full body workout which you can do in 15 minutes if it's not busy and you use just the machines. I bike there, then I can go hard in the timed ab and full body workout rooms, shower, bike home and feel like I've put my body through a quick and effective workout. Sometimes I do more, but 30 minutes in this gym can provide an excellent base line towards full body fitness

This location takes the award for the number of special signs posted regulating behavior and warning members of the dangers that lurk. I've never seen anything like it all across the nation. Signs include removing all of your trash and belongings from the locker room, no cutting or dying hair or shaving in the bathroom, floor flooding prevention, vandalism awareness, and requests to report bad behaviors. Meanwhile, it's a fantastic gym. The staff are friendly and welcoming, it's spotless, good music at reasonable volume, and hot water.

They shut down the men's locker room everyday between 1 and 3. They told me I could change in the tanning bed room, and anything I wanted to lock up they'd keep behind the counter. I’m pretty disappointed with the level of customer service at this location. After going to the location for a few weeks, we were told we cannot go here because our location was set to another location. The staff member, AND the manager(Richard) couldn’t help us transfer our location to their spot. I wanted to give a shoutout to Madison for her awesome customer service today, i was having issues getting my bank account information submitted which took many attempts and a good bit of time as well. Great Gym in North Circle Drive. The water fountain, for bottles refill edges are always dirty for some reason... other than that I have no complaints. Staff is always great and helpful. The New Massage Chairs are amazing 🙌🙌🙌🙌

So it happened again, this is my second bad review for a planet fitness. The showers had mold on every single shower curtain. The changing rooms are so small, no mirror, just a tiny stool and a trashcan. But there's still trash on the floor everywhere. I brought it up to an employee and he just said they have one cleaning lady that cleans once a day. That's disgusting!! My home planet fitness on VA has all employees cleaning everything at least every few hours. There's somebody constantly cleaning "something" at all times, whether it's machines/equipment, floors, bathrooms etc.

I'm absolutely loving the gym this time around. I don't feel uncomfortable, or judged.
The only gripe I have is guest can't use amenities. I was really hoping to convince a friend to join. But they couldn't try out the massage or tanning.

When entering this establishment, I got to hear about how a teenager doesn't want children, maybe flirting with the trainer and letting him know what's up? Either way, I was not acknowledged.
Clean gym, locker room was very basic. Old shower heads, nothing to hang your bag or towel on, one tiny stool and a trash can in the changing area.
Huge parking lot that does not allow overnight parking.

I love the club but this club needs a PF360 and the drink selection needs to be changed because majority of the drinks in the freezer right now is trash and it is always expired but on a positive note the employees make you feel like home

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for the last year since I moved away. I’ve sent letters in the mail, called, done everything I could. I just tried to cancel in another state and found out I couldn’t and I have to go in person, which is something I’ve been told every time even though I’ve said I moved away and no one is getting my mail. In total I’ve spent $360 on a membership I haven’t used, and have tried several times to cancel in the ways I’ve been told and been able to. I’ve even ordered a new card and I’m somehow still getting charged! Super unimpressed with this business. I just want my membership to be canceled. Don’t sign up if you are a service member and are suddenly stationed somewhere else and don’t have the time to go in person to cancel, they will take your money and ignore your certified mail. I’m done with this franchise and don’t ever suggest you sign up with them in the first place.
