I sincerely appreciate this gym and would highly recommend. Cleanest gym esp compared to 24 hour fitness! Lots of working, new equipment. Plenty of space. Great friendly service and consistent workers. Excellent front desk manager and positive attitudes. Safe. Beautiful branding. Free buddy passes for guests in town as well as ease of check in and buddy sign ups. Amazing free use of several amenities such as massage chairs and hydromassage beds. Only thing missing is sauna and pool. Dan is the man! They also recently redid the parking lot so the outside looks as good as inside.

Good and affordable, clean gym. HOURS STILL SUCK! No matter what, I will not stop complaining until they resume 24 hour business operations at least a few days a week. They stopped a few years ago. Monday thru Thursday 5a to 10p. Friday closes 9p and Saturday and Sunday close at 8p.

I was on the gym floor and my keys fell out of my pocket, a patron picked up the keys and stole my car. Planet fitness advised that they do not have a sophisticated enough camera coverage and was not able to provide any footage. My car was found and it was full of gym bags, car keys, cell phones, drivers licenses, computers and several lock cutters. So when nobody is in the locker room, they cut the locks and take the contents out of the locker. There isn’t enough security here, so I’m switching to a more secure fitness center.

Employees are not trained, do and say incorrect things. Even though the manager was made aware of this and how big of an inconvenience it was to us, he took no responsibility and did not offer to make it up to us in any way.

Employee told me and my partner to not both buy black cards as he could use the black card spa even if he is my guest. We used the spa that first time and we were all good. Second time we did not bring our wallets because we expected not to need them. We were told he could not use it as my guest, so we tried to sign him up for a black card but he didn’t have his physical wallet with him so didn’t have the card info. The manager half heartedly apologized for his employee’s mistake, didn’t try to take a tap payment with our Apple wallets, couldn’t use my account to pay, didn’t offer to make it up to us in any way. Had to drive 20 min home to get his wallet in order to tan for an upcoming event. Which was literally half the reason we went.

Just joined Planet Fitness on Evans a couple weeks ago. It is truly a no judgement zone! The facility is immaculate and the majority of people actually wipe down the equipment when finished using it. There are SO many machines available for use to work every part of your body as well as dumbells. There are plenty of steppers, ellipticals, bikes, treadmills and even a couple of rowing machines. I use the lockers so I don't have to lug my phone and keys around with me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I joined with the Black card membership as I wanted to use the massage chairs and hydro massage beds. Haven't tried the chairs, but the hyrdo beds are great!

I am hesitant to give 5 stars for the following reasons: The water temp in the showers can unexpectedly fluctuate, dropping quickly to ice cold temperatures. Also bad bulbs in tanning are not changed out. The parking lot needs help, needs to be restriped and landscaping is depressing . Overall this club is an excellent experience, I really enjoy coming in.

I was spending over $70 a month at Palm Beach Tan for red light therapy. Guess what? Planet Fitness provides it free with their premium membership! Their "Beauty Angel" stand up booths are fabulous. Cigna Medicare Advantage totally pays for my entire membership so now I get a gym & red light free. Hydromassage chairs and beds are also included so PF offers a lot of bang for the buck.
The entire space is immaculate, smells great and Daniel, the new manager is a welcome change. Antoinette is my favorite staff member, she's personable, kind and efficient. I'm exceedingly happy to be a PF member.

I have transferred my membership from this location to other lotion in Wyoming, then I cancelled the account. Both locations in Wyoming cancelled my account and not charging me. But I have realized little late that I am still getting charged till today.

I gave multiple calls to this location at evans ave. Even California planet fitness gave multiple calls to Evans location and they informed the staff in CA that the membership was transferred. How can they find the account immediately after i gave them a call today? Why did they not find my account during my past phone calls? Now they said they are cancellithe accoung. They also said that the transfer process was not successful when i requested a transfer.

The manager and the workers here are the irresponsible THE WORST athletes what they do. They ate not the one loosing money. STOP stealing money like this. The employee (Melissa) informed me that this mistake was due to the person that was fired, if that is the case Evans location is also responsible for returning my money. Instead they are trying to bleame me for not transferring the account properly.

Firstly I cannot access the computer in the location it’s the job of your employees.

This is purely a scam. Stop this freaking nonsense its hard earned money. And don’t argue with us even if the mistake is on your side.
