Staff is trained to be arrogant, dismissive and rude, when not hiding in the broom closet! Smfh. Your billing policy is a scam -- in which you refuse to cancel memberships after repeated written and verbal requests and follow up with an attempt to fraudulently withdraw money for said cancelled memberships, while loudly advertising the opposite. Policy Also written to deny refunding even for canceled accounts and refusing to remove personal banking information when requested by your own customers, which is a predatory practice. One that cost you a paying customer.

I come in at night and Brillana is usually at the front desk. She's wonderful; friendly, professional, has zero judgment and knows everybody who comes in at night. Today around 4pm an older man with white hair was at the desk and was irritated that I asked for help. He took forever to help me, moved excruciatingly slow and glared at my husband and I. He mumbled did you enjoy our shower sarcasticly to my husband as he left. I have never experienced such rudeness at any PF; his unprofessionalism made us reconsider our membership.

Warm, welcoming, and well-trained staff with excellent management. The gym is beginner-friendly and has great equipment without the typical “meat market” atmosphere. No influencers filming themselves — just real people focused on their workouts. Members are respectful, clean up after themselves, and create a considerate environment. The membership is affordable and absolutely worth it. Highly recommended for anyone starting their fitness journey or maintaining their routine. 👍

Wonderful planet fitness. I was visiting from out of town. This planet fitness is larger than my home one. Plenty of equipment. Used most services, worked out, showered and changed, used the hydrolounge and massage chair. Hailey was at the front desk and was super friendly. Great experience! I signed up for a free trial online. I selected this location. When I showed up, they informed me that they don't participate in the free trials and tried to sell me on a $15 day pass. $15 - FOR ONE DAY. That's insane. I'm not sure why this even shows up as an option online if they aren't participating, but I'm not going to pay $15 just to check out the facility for a day because the franchise owner is cheap and doesn't want to participate in the free trial offered by the company as a whole.

Decent gym. We're all here because it's affordable and 24-hour. But I personally just left a bodybuilding gym where I was made to feel really uncomfortable by the owner.

I was willing to lose out on the unique bodybuilding equipment to find a place that I felt more comfortable at.

So that being said, the customer service here is very Hit or Miss. None of the staff seems to be on the same page with policies. The manager dude (I think) with the blonde hair can be pretty rude. So can the gal with heavy makeup and dark hair. Others are simply very awkward and then some are good.

I realize that this place is "corporate" fitness and that they probably don't care much about retention because of that. But y'all could really do better at customer service.

Well, i'm not sure where to start, but I can start by saying this new gym friendly staff.The staff was incredible. Paula and Maggie were little stand up comedians.

Also the tour of the facility was incredible. I've never seen a gym so clean, and I've been quite a few. Equipment condition, the a black heart spa. I just don't know how you can. Yeah, do something so amazing and firm. I think it's not much more less than $10 more a month than the regular membership. You get the black heart spa, which you get it includes like 12 things and more, so I just highly recommend this place to all friends and family and even strangers that haven't been in it's in that. New big, lots building it's brand new, it's clean and I'm telling you, gym staff has been awful in my past, and it's the complete opposite here, thanks again to Paula and Maggie. And everyone else had planet fitness for making not just myself a member I actually signed up 2 of my family members in the same day. So thank you all so much💯CLUB

I absolutely love Planet Fitness! I have gone to several other gyms in town but I have the best experience here. It's clean, it's never crowded, I love all of the extra machines with the black card especially the total body with red light therapy and the vibration plate. It just has a good feel to it and I feel comfortable going in there anytime a day and working out. The price is right which makes it even better!

Disappointed with my first experience. I went in yesterday for a trial as I was a member at the zone. Now looking for a new gym. The lady said she does not do a complimentary trial as I am shopping gyms and highly consider joining first time ever stepping foot in the location. I was disappointed with the lady asked for the manager of the Fort Collins location and he said sorry it will be 15.00 for a day pass. I’m sorry if you can’t run a business with allowing the public to try out your gym it seems very cold and unwelcoming. So in the results of being so disrespectful by the staff my friend and I would rather take our business else where that is more welcoming of new potential incoming clients. Not a great experience. I will continue to keep searching.

I’m new-ish to the gym life and was hoping to kick start my fitness journey and came in to do a tour. Paula was quick to help and answer any questions with a friendly and welcoming tone. I was pretty set on just getting the basic membership while I got use to the gym but was easily convinced after she showed me the black card spa and all the positive benefits of using the spa, and may I say it is totally worth it being able to sneak in a massage or tan after or before working out. Her kindness and open arms have made me feel so welcomed and excited to come back for my next workout. Paula was super useful and I’m excited to get to know the rest of the planet fitness staff as I begin my gym journey. Would recommend to anyone just starting their fitness journey.

I really like this location. Friendly staff, always clean, machines work well and are serviced properly, plus a bright and airy space so it feels uplifting. If I had one minor complaint, it's that there are only six mats for the entire gym which is not enough during peak hours when everyone wants to stretch or do floor/core work, etc. I wish they'd add more mats, perhaps in a second area to take advantage of more floor space (hint: there's space in the side area by the stairclimbers off the locker room entrances). But generally speaking, this is a great gym if you don't need specialty classes, a pool, childcare, etc. I appreciate the value-oriented membership price!

Everything great has already been said. Only one complaint and this feels petty but come on- only managers have access to change the channel on a TV? And there are no managers on the weekend? I understand not wanting to play anything offensive but that seems like overkill. Eleven TV's in a row. Two have the planet fitness channel, two have the same food channel playing, one is paused on HGTV, three have Comcast error messages on them so you can't see anything (talk about potential burn in,) three of the eleven are actually playing different content. Can we watch Sunday Night Football? College football playoffs? Something live and pertinent? Do we trust our employees to run the show but not change a channel? Rant over. Great price. Great amenities. But that's just silly.

Some of the machines are not as good as the Loveland variants. Chest fly machine, preacher curls, abduction machines all feel unstable compared to how stable Loveland’s machines are. There’s only 1 type of smith machine (straight vertical rather than angled), which limit any sort of targeted work on chest or glutes.

The staff is kind and helpful. Facility is clean. People are generally nice and mind their own business. There’s lots of good but a handful of not great things that could be improved over time. Loveland is superior if you want accuracy and stability with machines. Fort Collins is convenient since it’s 24h.

This is for those that don't read the agreement in full, like myself.

1. Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your membership within three business days of signing the contract. If Planet Fitness didn’t have the services or facilities available when you signed, you can cancel within three days after they notify you that they are available.

2. Payment Authorization: Planet Fitness will charge your primary account (bank or credit card) for the monthly membership fee around the 17th of each month and the annual membership fee when it's due. If your primary account fails (e.g., expired card or insufficient funds), they can charge any other account information you’ve provided, unless you tell them in writing to stop using that account.

3. Automatic Payments: If your credit card expires, Planet Fitness may automatically get the new expiration date from your bank and continue charging the card unless you revoke permission in writing. If the charge fails, they can charge a $25 fee (or the maximum allowed by law) for trying to collect again.

4. Cancellation Process: To cancel your membership, you need to give written notice to the club by the 10th of the month. If you don’t cancel before the annual fee is billed, you will still owe that fee. Cancellations may take up to 7 business days to process.

5. Billing for Missed Payments: If Planet Fitness can’t collect payment from your primary account, they may use another payment method on file (even if it’s an old account) until you notify them to stop. They may keep billing you monthly until you cancel your membership.

6. Liability Waiver: By signing this agreement, you agree that Planet Fitness isn’t responsible if you get hurt while using their facilities. You take full responsibility for any risks involved in using the gym’s equipment or services.

7. Freeze Membership: You can freeze your membership for up to three months for medical reasons, but you still have to pay the annual membership fee when it’s due.

8. Price Changes: Planet Fitness can change your membership fee or the annual fee, but they have to give you 30 days' notice. If you don’t agree with the new price, you can cancel your membership.

9. Arbitration and Legal Matters: If you have a dispute with Planet Fitness that can’t be resolved, you agree to handle it through arbitration (an out-of-court process) instead of suing in court. You also waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

10. Data Privacy: Planet Fitness will collect and use your personal and payment information, as outlined in their privacy policy. They may share this information with third parties for purposes like processing payments or offering you promotions.

In short, this agreement covers your responsibilities for payments, your rights to cancel, and what happens if you stop paying. It also limits Planet Fitness’s liability if you get injured, and it explains how any disputes will be handled.

It's brand new and clean. I went back to gym in 2 mos after a car accident and it made me feel so great. Took classes with Matt, a coach, and he is super helpful. It's one-on-one coaching without any additional expenses beyond your membership (even if they get busier, each class won't be more than 5 people). Amazing! They don't have yoga, zumba, or cycling classes, but I knew before signing up. Given my current priority of rehabilitation, personalized training focusing on different body parts (upper, lower) and focus (cardio, strength) is perfect. Showers and bathrooms are immaculate. Massage chairs and beds are great. Very restful and pleasant after hard workouts.

The best PF I have ever been to. There are few reasons. 1. Just opened. Everything there is super clean and well kept. 2. The staff is super polite and helpful. I’m a visitor to this PF and they treat me like it was my home gym. 3. They actually have a paper towel dispenser in the bathroom. Many of the PF only have air dryers to save waste l. Don’t you find it odd that there are 20 towel dispensers on the floor but saving paper by putting dryers only in the bathroom. Ft. Collins got it right. Showers are clean too. Plenty of space and equipment. The standard for all other PF to work toward.

I visited the new Fort Collins location today to find out more about membership. I've never been so ignored, the employee who helped me at first was friendly but said he was new there and didn't know how to give much information about how the gym worked. He asked another employee for help who seemed to be the manager who was actually more interested in her chat than helping with the information. Lost a customer

Location is pretty huge compared to other planet fitnesses, tons of machines and a wide variety, multiple ab and plyo areas, and rep counter devices on a lot of the machines. Layout is spacious, staff was friendly, locker rooms are large and showers are spacious. Great location and features, even has machines I haven't seen at other locations.
