This is a pretty big gym with a lot of equipment. There are a lot of machines that have issues and the showers are absolutely filthy in the men & women’s bathrooms. There were flying bugs in the men’s room, hair in both bathroom showers, and unknown filth stuck to the walls & floors. It’s not a horrible gym, but definitely needs some machines fixed & deep cleaning ASAP!

I like the gym, but God for bid one of your work out days is a Sunday. This is now the 3rd Sunday I have gone here (they open at 7 on weekends.) But I give them an extra hour before I go because for whatever reason their Sunday opener cant ever be on time and or make it. Waited for 45 minutes outside before finally leaving the gym. Gym was still not open (8:55) this is enough for me to consider just switching gyms honestly...Work outs are blocked out in people's days and if you cant work out in that time slot you most likely get to skip that day at no fault of your own. Management should get this addressed immediately, as to if you actually read through the reviews for this location this seems to be a re-occurring issue.

I like the gym - its never felt crowded. This Greeley location could use an update to some equipment though (Total Body Enhancement & Massage Chairs for sure). I'm not even sure if they have the cryobed here? I got used to Fort Collins and this feels like a definite downgrade but it works.

I've been a member here for a long time and it seems to be going downhill again. Encountered a person with shoes off curled up and with bags sleeping on a water massage bed I was told to go to. Told to go to the other. When I finished guy was still sleeping. Told manager again and he finally walked in to check it out. Then the Black card couch area has had people sleeping in there twice, a person clearly in the gym not to work out lounging and eating his food with feet up on the furniture. These have all been just walhat I personally experienced the past 10 days. Not sure how they can let this happen from a customer service standpoint but also a safety standpoint. I guess if they were not on their phones and more engaged it would help. It's not really located in the greatest part of Greeley. Gotta say there are a few hardworking associates and they are appreciated.

The atmosphere is very calm. You can get a great workout but I don’t think they have anyone who comes in the clean the showers. I’ve been coming here for over a month and the same stains are all over the shower curtains. The water stays warm all of 60 seconds. No one on shift seems to know anything regarding the water pressure or temperature. They said someone comes to clean but I highly doubt it. I would workout here but don’t even attempt to shower unless you want fungus on your shower shoes. It’s purely disgusting.

I’ll start by saying I never leave reviews but unfortunately, I’ve had enough “not so great” experiences at this planet fitness.

I’ve been a member of planet fitness for probably close to 10+ years and this is my first review.

First, the gym is pretty gross on the cleanliness chart. By far the dirtiest planet fitness I’ve gone to!

Second, the mats are in absolute terrible condition. I’ve never seen mats that are basically half missing.

Third, the reason I’m writing this review— I came into the gym tonight (30 minutes before close) I wanted to get a quick cardio session in. I was immediately greeted with a “we close in 30 minutes” while a little sour, I get it. But what is insane to me is that within the 25 minutes I was there, the staff continuously shut off the lights. For 5-ish seconds at a time 2-3 times in a row. This is incredibly rude in my opinion. On top of being rude, I think this is SO dangerous. There were guests on cardio machines, myself included that can be seriously injured by doing this. I work in the service industry, I get wanting to go home but to shut off the lights several times in an environment where people are lifting weights, throwing medicine balls, sprinting, doing cardio, etc. is completely unacceptable. This needs to be addressed immediately.

As a former gym manager, I do think you should have at least 2 employees on per shift. There are many times in the morning that the front desk is unattended because the worker is cleaning or otherwise unavailable.

Planet fitness actually is a really nice gym. The equipment is clean, for the most part all the machines are functioning give or take a dozen that are not plugged in, and most importantly the staff makes you feel like a guest. I have not had a bad experience yet with them.

Why am I paying for a gym that opens at 5 am specifically to fit into my my schedule and workout before my day starts when I never know when they’ll decide to just not show up. Tired of this.

After almost a year with the gym my husband and I went in to cancel our memberships. The next day I see two 39.99 annual fees. These fees were not yet due as we ensured to cancel prior to our fees being due. I call for an explanation and got a cheap explanation with a major lack of empathy. It apparently was not explained to us at the time of cancelation we needed to take extra steps. We basically paid fees for another year in which we do not have a membership for.

Pretty neat place if you're trying to do cardio. Avoid during peak hours 6-8pm if you want to get a workout in, it can get very packed. Also wish they would go back to 24 hours like they did at first. Ever since the 2019 virus they haven't gotten back to 24hrs.

Planet fitness continues a stigma of predatory gyms preying on people to simply make money. In joining this gym expect the normal monthly fee as well as the annual fee just a bit later which feeds on your want to make the payment worth it and continue paying the gym. If you wish to cancel it's a hellish process that eventually concludes with having no help beyond being forced to go in person to cancel which is ridiculous in the modern era and can only be explained as trying to make it more difficult and less user friendly. I feel sorry for the employees who have to deal with people being bullied by an absurd system and hope one day corporate can be a little less greedy. Not holding my breath.

The staff at PF have been awesome - they're friendly and helpful. Kellie is an awesome trainer - she's fun to talk to, she's great at answering questions and her enthusiasm is almost contagious. Every time I've been in, the facility is clean and everything is up and running. The gym itself is great I've been going there about 6 days a week for about a month. The staff are friendly and helpful best staff i have seen in a gym. The gym itself is clean with good amenities . My gripe is the business model for the 14-19 High school kids promotion (for the entire summer) has been a total pain in just a small period. you have groups of 6-8 kids surrounding machines. Not re racking or cleaning anything. Hanging out on machines just talking so no one can use them. Now I'm basically restricted to work out at 5am or before closing. Kids leaving machines with weights on them. No gym etiquette at all with no parental supervision treating a gym like its a mall. Day before yesterday I had cans on my car when i left maybe from hanging out in parking lot. Today my shoes got stolen in under a minute and had to confront them myself while they hung out in the locker room for countless amount of time. If you are going to create a promotion like that you should either higher more staff so they can keep track of the extra influx of kids. Or require parental supervision. With it being a entire summer I will be canceling my membership for a new gym until the promotion ends. Gym and staff are 5 Stars... Company business promotion 1 star.....

Possibly thinking about canceling and finding another gym. If you come anytime after 5pm it’s ridiculously overcrowded. Good luck trying to find a seat to do your dumbbell excercises or a smith machine. The people around the weights area just sit and stand behind the people using the smith machines and the incline seats. This happens most of the time but Monday’s are by far the worst.

I am giving this gym a one star solely on the customer service, my husband has been with this gym over 3 years and myself about 6months there was always a billing issue even with bank statements all the gentleman that work there were great but Kimberly and the other girl were so rude we pulled the 7 memberships we had within our house hold. The girls had the worst customer service I have ever encountered Gino and the boys have always been amazing and the gym its self is great but Kimberly and the other girl totally spoil the experience and are the reason for the one star review I really hope planet fitness can retrain these girls on customer service losing 7 members at once is ridiculous and was a huge burden on us having to find a new gym over one that were loved and we’re loyal to

This used to be my gym, but I now only visit on Sundays as a guest. I enjoy my weekly workout here; I find the environment very refreshing. First of all, it's clean! And you are never left looking around for cleaning supplies as the staff is very consistent in keeping up with the stations. Secondly, my gym permits things that Planet Fitness does not, and I understand why. Sometimes when you work out it's nice to be around people who are there to simply improve and work on themselves. Being around people who draw a lot of attention to themselves gets old and annoying at times. Here you can focus and hit your goals with very little distraction. Highly recommend, just doesn't work for me because there are limited free weights and limited hours.

I’ll start by saying that this gym offers quite a lot when it comes to beginning one’s fitness journey. It’s also a great place to train when you’re looking to get in and out in a timely fashion. When it comes to the employees… Geno has been a huge impact on my own journey. He is great with recommendations in both exercise as well as nutrition. He’s continually encouraging and interactive with gym members as well as ensuring the gym is taken care of. Another employee is “G”, she has also made it a point to go out of her way to help members feel comfortable and respected. She keeps things light hearted and is extremely welcoming each day I enter the gym! Other employees who have been great to me in the past year have been Justin and Avery. Justin may be a man of large stature, but he couldn’t be nicer, while Avery also went out of her way on a regular basis to greet me and make me feel welcomed. It’s been a wonderful experience thus far and a very large reason I’ve been able to lose the weight I have. I highly recommend this establishment!

They have the newer more effective line of machines. It's beautiful, clean, friendly, and has great tanning. I don't like the 24 hour PC tanning though. It's not fair to people like me who travel and some days I go in at 8am and the next place will be 5am and I can't tan even though it's a new day. Sometimes I cannot get to another pf for 4 to 5 days so that should be changed to at least 18hrs or something. This gym is wonderful though ! Good job Greeley PF!

Wake up early to go to the gym and pull up to see lights off and doors locked at 5:30am (hours changed because of “COVID” JOKE! And supposed to have to ppl here but can’t even get one person to show up) I will be be canceling mine, my wife, and all my employees membership.
