Clean gym, but payment issues for several months where it would t charge my credit card on time lead to me paying $45 out of pocket and getting reimbursed only $30 so far just in late fees.

I cancelled my membership after it ends up working out to $41/m because this company refuses to charge the credit card I have on file and keeps trying to draft my bank but not on the day that is specified.

The cleanliness is nothing like I have seen at a Planet Fitness or anywhere else. before! Chris and his team are always super friendly. The only thing that bugs me is that on the weekends when I am doing the circuit training there are people that come in and jump around machines which includes interrupting my circuit so they can use the machine I am using even if they see me doing the circuit. Finally, I will agree with the one review that talks about the shower heads. There is one that offers decent pressure and the others do not.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Gym is clean, larger than other locations and machines are in great operating condition. It's a newer location that most too. My only critique is that they could use a 2nd pec fly/rear delt machine as everyone is trying to get on it. Plenty of cardio machines, including stair climber. Love this location!

After having tried many gyms in the area, I can say that this is far and away the best! I am so happy I came here. The staff is always super friendly and willing to help, which includes the overnight staff. The cleanliness is amazing to the point that I will say no other gym in the area can come close (this includes the locker room and showers). If you are looking for the negatives about this gym, you won't find any of major consequence. The two things I wish were different is 1.That they opened a bit earlier on the weekends, and 2. That all the shower heads had the same pressure as the one good one in the men's locker room. I cannot recommend this one high enough.

This Planet Fitnes location is excellent in ever area! Cleanliness 10! Equipment 10! Staff 10 +!!! Chris, the manager works tirelessly maintaining sanitation and the highest standard of equipment readiness. He can always be seen cleaning, polishing, scrubbing, working tirelessly for the bennifit of everyone else. That he is a Manager and works in all phases of maintenance rather than simpmt delagating is impressive!

She’s always friendly, professional, and brings such a positive energy to the space. This location is moderately large with just about every machine you could imagine planet fitness having. They've got about 8 flat benches and 8 Smith machines and plenty of room for stretching. Seemed like it was going to be busy pulling into the parking lot but it wasn't.

Loving this new location and the amazing staff!

Recently I relocated with my kids from Breckenridge were we use to live for more than 17 years. As a family of athletes new to the Ken Caryl area we were looking for a Gym near by that offered most of the benefits we wanted like location, safety, equipment, community feeling , price , etc…we tried VASA, CHUZE , 24 Fitness & other ones, finally found Planet Fitness /LITTLETON (JEFFERSON MARKETPLACE), CO

From the moment we got the first tour until today we being really happy with this specific location.

-Chris the Club Manager is always sure that we receive the best costumer service , willing to help and assist us when need it, he does an excellent job guiding the rest of his team: Olivia,
Joel, Culver, Maury, Marcia & Joey , keeping the gym SUPER clean, always on top of things so we the members get the best service possible.

-Huge parking area, safe area, easy access from 470, 285 and other main roads
-The building is nice too (love the white ceiling)/ other buildings is black

Overall we are very happy with this gym, the staff, the equipment, the location and the price.

It's a basic gym, but it's got everything I need and it is always clean. I love the hydro massage chairs. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I went in today and noticed that a car in the parking lot had a window open (it was snowing pretty hard). I mentioned it to the two guys at the front desk and they took the time to go around to every person in the gym to see if it was their car. It really showed how much they care about their members.

I have been working out here every day for months and a member of PF for a while. Most of the staff is awesome. Except for Jake. I brought an infant in to workout not knowing they didn’t allow this and he was extremely rude. Said it was the rules which is ok but the rest of the staff had been letting me come in for weeks. Doesn’t make it right, I get that. My issue was with how he handled it. I was like well crap, so do I find a gym that will allow it and his response was “yeah that’s a great idea.” So he’d rather me not come to the gym then just discuss that it isn’t a rule they can bend on, which I am ok with. I get it. Zero issues with that. But with their whole we are gonna treat everyone fair attitude, telling me to find another gym in a very rude manner wasn’t the way to handle it. Watch out for Jake, the rest of the staff is nice. I own two businesses and I would fire this joker on the spot. Since I left I have called 4 gyms. Remember, good experiences get shared to maybe 3 people. Bad experiences get shared to absolutely everyone. I will absolutely share this experience with everyone I speak with. I am a very reasonable person and if you talk to me you will see that. I hope the GM or Owner cares enough to do something.

My wife and I recently became members will October of this year. I just want to highlight that the Kipling location has been great for us. We tend to come in really late so the fact that ur open 24 hours is perfect. There is an over night named Josh not sure if he is a manager or not but he is the only one usually there. He has been one of the most welcoming and truly non judgemental people we have encountered since moving back to Colorado in August after leaving to stay with family in an attempt to heal. I'll explain. My wife went through cancer surgery in 2022. At which point they removed a tumor from the upper side of her neck and lower jaw line. Unfortunately it had wrapped around a nerve that had to be cut. This has left the right side of her face completely paralyzed along with a very noticeable scar that continues swelling as it heals. Something like this would be devastating for anyone at any age really but I'm all to sure that this would have to impact a woman more than a man. As a first hand witness of my 42 year old wife. After 8 years together I will never not see as beautiful. Except in her eyes she could never be beautiful again. The looks from others only reaffirms this. She turns heads for a reason that is 100% opposite of the way people looked at her for 40 years of her life. I don't tell her enough how I see her. That I know what a BA she is that I know everything she does and everywhere she goes takes more courage than I could build. Where I'm going with this is JOSH NEVER ONCE MADE HER FEEL THIS WAY! He is really judgement free. You made a solid choice bringing him on your staff. We have felt really welcomed at kipling and has been almost all because of him. As for PF itself I am grateful beyond words. You have provided a foot in the door for us to reintegrate into the community. Thank you

At the Littleton, CO location - the front desk attendant named Olivia is so wonderful and welcoming! Every day when my boyfriend and I enter the gym, we are instantly greeted with her big smile and warm demeanor. She makes our time at the gym so much better! Thank you, Olivia for constantly coming to work with a positive attitude, it really shines through when the guests interact with you! Additionally, the gym is nice, clean, quiet! I rarely ever have to wait on a machine and the guests are also kind and respectful towards one another. Highly recommend this gym!

TLDR: Do not go here if you're a woman. Unless you want to be harassed by a man and FOLLOWED TO YOUR CAR.

I've visited countless Planet Fitness locations, and without a doubt, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. when I walked in, the guy on shift demanded to take my photo immediately. I’d just finished a grueling 15 hour shift doing electrical work and politely asked if I could shower first. Instead of accommodating this simple request, he stood up and aggressively lectured me on “company policy” as if I were a child, speaking down to me and raising his voice in a completely inappropriate and intimidating manner.

After my shower, I found out through text that he had told my boyfriend that I didn’t actually need to take the photo right then, so it seemed resolved. But no—when I went to leave, he started badgering me again for the photo, despite my previous discomfort and clear refusal. When I told him I was uncomfortable and said no, his behavior turned downright creepy. He then FOLLOWED ME OUT TO MY VHICLE (mind you, it's 1am! There is no need to follow a woman out to her vehicle at that time of night) . I can not stress enough how threatening this felt. Thankfully, my boyfriend was there, waiting in the car, because I had to practically run for safety to escape this man’s aggressive behavior. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I wouldn’t feel safe recommending this location to anyone.

I’ve had such an amazing experience at this gym specifically. The manager Trevor is extremely kind and welcoming which I haven’t seen at other gyms (and I’ve been to a lot of other gyms). He is honestly the reason I got a membership here because he was so helpful and attentive. This gym is always super clean and well taken care of (even the locker rooms). The equipment still looks brand new and works perfectly. This is definitely the best gym in the area.

An absolutely amazing gym. They keep it very clean. I always see someone out cleaning and wiping down the equipment. There is a large variety of machines and free weights. I really love the functional fitness section, foam rollers, stair climb machines, and the areas dedicated to stretching. They have really good lighting too. It’s definitely different finding a Planet Fitness that is nice like this one.

All membership costs and fees were transparent when I signed up. There is a yearly fee alongside your membership cost.

This is the BIGGEST, CLEANEST, NEWEST Planet Fitness I have ever been a member of. I love the huge spa and all the options it has. Marshall is also the most HARD WORKING and OUTSTANDING employee I have ever encountered. That man never stops working! He is always so helpful and kind and when he isn't helping customers he is keeping the club in immaculate shape! The only frusting thing I have come across is that there aren't enough employees working at one time. When an employee is off cleaning there is no one at the front desk to help the customers with questions or to be able to assist them getting services in the spa. I would suggest if the budget won't allow more than one person, maybe the person working could have a beeper or a way of some type of notification that would let them know someone at the first desk needed assistance.

I have been coming here since they opened. I have never had an issue. I do the same workouts almost every week. Today, ‘Michelle’ (she has pinkish hair) went out of her way to tell me that I have to wear shoes while working out. I only take my shoes off to do RDLs in the corner, then I put them back on. It’s actually really bad for your feet to do them in shoes because most shoes are narrow and you need to push through your heels. She is a trainer, but I doubt she even knows that. Or maybe she just doesn’t care. On top of that, it is snowing and wet outside so my shoes are just getting everything extremely wet and dirty. The managers here extremely nice. But Michelle needs to find a new career. she is not great with people and she’s not even a good trainer. She also makes the gym look bad. I will just go back to vasa, where they don’t micromanage you.
