I’ve been going to planet fitness for about two years now, and it’s one of the best gyms I’ve been too. I don’t like how busy the commercial gyms are but I need heavy weights, so planet fitness was the way to go. They have some of the friendliest staff that I’ve met going to the gym, and they should honestly be more popular than they are now. This is a great gym.The staff is friendly. I've never had any issues getting to use all the machines I need for a work out. The only problem is the men. They do not wipe anything down. I would HIGHLY suggest wiping things down BEFORE you use anything here.

Worst place ever, the GM Neil refused to cancel my account. I'd spoken to several locations and me being out of state, finally found my "home store" I'm not able to do in person and write a letter its 2025 yall. He decided to hang up, mid conversation as I was confused. I asked him to explain the policy and basically got whatever he decides, is policy at that location. He said, this is how the owners run It and is appropriate for him to make these decisions. Clearly they allow him to treat guests as you read in the Reviews below. The 5 stars reviews must be staff. Not all too impressed. Mostly with the gym manager Neil. He just doesn’t really seem to care for the gym or its occupants. I remember when going to planet fitness was rad. Maybe even most excellent. I honestly think you’d get a better workout a few lots over at the bowling alley. Certainly have better AC and atmosphere over there too. Wow, The GM Neal was a great guy and his staff is even better. they do follow his lead. During our conversation he decided to hang up on me While I was trying to understand, why David the GM at the other location, said to me being out of county. I could cancel my membership over the phone. well, after basically calling David a Liar and he not knowing the policy, said that the company policy is what he decides. I’ve been coming to this PF for 2-3 years and it’s consistently clean with well-maintained equipment.

The rush hours are really busy, but it’s generally quieter on off hours than most gyms I’ve been to.

The staff is phenomenal and always friendly and there hasn’t been much turnaround here.

It’s a bigger PF with a lot of machines and space.

Right behind a King Soopers, so we grab ingredients for meal prepping or dinners all the time after working out.

Definitely prefer this gym to many others in the area.

While this location is pretty nice, unfortunately when it came to discussing a billing issue, management was borderline rude and completely unhelpful. For some reason (and though I didn’t request to freeze) management repeatedly told me to freeze my membership because I was “throwing my money away” by paying planet fitness though I hadn’t been into the club for months (because I had moved out of the area). I repeatedly tried to tell management I wasn’t requesting to freeze, and instead wanted to handle the billing issue and transfer my membership to a closer location, but was told the “mathematics” of addressing the billing issue didn’t make sense, which personally, made no sense to me. It couldn’t have been more clear that management was uninterested in addressing my concerns and was instead more interested in the frequency with which I had visited the gym and getting me off the call. Glad to be transferring to a new location.

I had been trying to cancel my membership for over a year after moving to Denver and not being able to cancel my membership at my home club in another city across the country, over the phone, or online. When I transferred my membership to Denver, the club I joined was not linked to my account so I had to call multiple locations in Denver to eventually find it. To my retroactive dismay, it was this one. Unfortunately, since I’m in school and work full time, I could not devote every free waking minute to making the hour long trip down from the mountains where I live to cancel my membership. I explained my situation to manager of this location, Chris, who took my refund request as a personal attack to his ego, telling me I wasn’t “entitled” to a refund for the club fee they had just charged me a few days prior. Chris made sure to cancel my membership first before honoring a refund so he could not complete the transaction. He graciously gave me an 800 number to call the financial department where I could wait on hold until the second coming of Christ. This is a horrendous company but importantly, if you do decide to join, I would stay far, far away from this particular location. The BBB has been contacted.

I love my local club, great vibes from the staff and fellow members equipment is tip top and well maintained. The daily experience there is so positive. In this day and age feeling comfortable while getting a workout is so important. The selfie sticks and all that noise does not happen at my club, and i love that. Guests smile at each other and say good morning etc. It's beautiful has a real local neighborhood vibe. The price is awesome sauce, what a value, could not be happier.

Went in two months ago to cancel my membership since you have to go to your home location. I have since moved over an hour and a half away and after telling the guy at the front that I had driven over an hour to cancel my membership he insured me it was canceled and I wouldn’t be charged again. The place is extremely filthy... Theft occurring inside the locker room out in the parking lot..... Has been going on since the place opened staff will never tell you..... Here are a few pictures from one of the shower stalls.... What you see in the picture didn't build-up over a couple of days.... If you use it bring plenty of disinfectant to clean whatever you touch.....

The Littleton location has a wide variety of machines and incredibly friendly staff! I am also impressed by the functionality of the machines. The last gym I used had a large number of broken machines that were not fixed quickly. This is not the case at the Littleton location, all machines are always functional when I visit. I also love the express workout section, is is an excellent option for me when I am in a hurry. I am very impressed by this gym!

I have not used a gym in over 30 years. But my years of experience and years of experiencing customer service allows for me to comment on Planet Fitness, Littleton, CO. After a few visits, I was immediately given a workout plan from Michelle the sites personal trainer. Michelle listened to my goals and concerns and I have been completely satisfied with the entire team. Workout plan is Free and no charge...no tips taken. The staff are friendly and you see them hard at work, dusting, wiping, sweeping, cleaning. Planet Fitness has it all worked out. Michelle also coached me.to do the tanning / red-light therapy before starting my workout, which has helped loosen and warm my body before working out. My face is much clearer! All the equipment you could ever need is there and when you are done, how about a nice massage in one of many rooms. From start to finish, everything has been worked out!

Overall excellent experience here. Crowded around 5 pm on weekdays but makes sense because that's when people get off work. Billy was very accommodating and respectful when me and my friend came to train here even though this isn't my home gym. The fact they are open 24 hours on weekdays is awesome in case I need to get a late night training session in. Plenty of lockers and equipment. Showers have rooms where you can put your clothes which is convenient. My home gym only has the hooks outside the showers. Ideally located next to a gas station and king soopers.

I've had a great experience working out at Planet Fitness! The facility is consistently clean, with well-maintained machines that make my workouts efficient. I like free weight but I've been able to stay in pretty good shape with dumbbells and the machines that Planet fitness has on the floor. I'm getting old, and I definitely cannot lift like I used to. Previous: Changing my review from a five star to a one. I'll admit a good portion of this to be my fault. I signed my elderly mother up on a membership and paid the fees. Loved it because there wasn't really a contract, as generally advertised.

Well, I had a stroke in November and lost quite a bit of my memory. I get a bill for $170.81. Naturally, I'm confused, only to find out that they had been texting my mom's old number that the charges hadn't gone through. For 6 months.

I have been a patron of multiple PF locations since 2019. It is sad that my customer relationship with this location is going to end for myself and the rest of my family.

I will never go back. My policy is that I don't return to places that aren't patently clear or do not make greater attempts to keep me from collections.

Edit: After waiting three weeks, I got told to kick rocks. Suddenly, it makes sense why someone makes youtube videos ripping on PF.

On Sunday the Oct 10th evening,after my workout I experienced chest pain,dizzy,and wanted to pass out. I bought a Gatorade to calm myself down but that didnot help. They had a couch in the lounge, I used it to laid down for 5 minutes. The guy came in, I thought he was checking on me, I told him I was ok. Instead he told me to stand up, the couch is not the bed. I sat up to regain my consciousness for another couple minutes, I walked out and told the guy, I had a medical problem and used the couch to ease my condition for a little bit. What was wrong with that?. He said I had an attitude problem with him, he gave me a warning. What a place. They don't watch out for people who had a medical condition. People with medical condition are using plannet fitness if something goes wrong is there any help?. Now I would reconsider to Renew my 25 dollars a month membership.

Between the Constitution location and Airport in Colorado Springs, it was mostly a decent experience. I do think there should be more room for free weights, the showers were not comfortable (needed cleaning, better curtains, and water pressure), the airport location specifically, the room temperature was awful. It was kept at around 70 degrees during winter months, which was too high to workout in and half the building it was hotter, while the other half was noticeably cooler.
I was also very disappointed when moving and needing to cancel my membership, I was told I had to pay for the last month, but was only able to use the facilities for a couple of days. Again, we were moving, so those couple of days wouldn’t have mattered anyway. I think it’s a poor way to make an extra penny.
