Extremely disappointed. I have REPEATEDLY asked them to turn down the music because it BLARES a very loud and obnoxious beat CONSTANTLY. It is very stressful, and it completely overrides my own headphones, no matter how high I turn them up. And if I turn my own headphones up, it gives me a double headache, attempting to listen to my own music, in addition to their music STILL overriding mine! Manager said he would "try" but it STILL remains TOO LOUD and it feels downright abusive to be constantly subjected to their loud obnoxious music choices. It is the only gym I can afford on my senior budget, but their unwillingness to comply with my repeated request makes it almost impossible for me to enjoy a workout, (which is supposed to REDUCE stress, NOT exacerbate it with their LOUD, ANNOYING music.) On a positive note, all of the employees are friendly when you walk in and when you leave.

I like the staff but I wish they would monitor the machines better. Its frustrating because people sit on a machine and just play with their phone and sit there or they will gather around in groups and sit in a machine and speak as loud as possible and hang and sit on a machine but never actually use it. A gym filled with people who look like they never worked out in their life. Because they dont. So you wait but they just sit there and hog all the equipment and they dont do a thing except talk and play with their phone. So please, put some signs in the lobby in and let people know that in America a gym is for working out, not talking and sitting and playing with a phone and give them directions to Starbucks so that people who actually want to work out can do it.

I was strongly considering switching from my current gym to this one, however the way I was greeted when I walked in by a man named Jorge just rubbed me the wrong way. What’s happened to gym culture? I see this everywhere anymore and it’s really sad. Be kind to people greet your guests with a smile and a positive attitude… definitely won’t be taking my business there.

This is a really great location. I’ve only been here during the later hours but the girl that usually works overnight is really fantastic. The facility itself is sparkling clean and it’s obvious why it’s like that because you usually see an employee walking around dusting. I’m only rating 4 stars because they play Fox News on the TVs. It’s kind of ridiculous to call yourself an accepting, positivity-forward company and then make people stare at headlines while they workout that might be calling them subhuman garbage or actively calling for discriminatory policies. I’m not even someone affected by that- I just think it’s BS to act like this is a normal news channel that’s acceptable for force people to watch.

I’m a black card member currently on a road trip. Throughout our travels, every Planet Fitness location we’ve visited has welcomed us warmly, and the staff have all been incredibly friendly. However, on June 24th at around 10 PM, we arrived at this particular location and were unfortunately denied entry by a front desk associate, a blonde woman, because I did not have my driver’s license with me. While my ID was in the car, I just forgot it. Additionally, my 13 year-old child only wanted to use the restroom but was also denied entry. The associate cited various liability reasons, but her attitude came across as insincere and unwelcoming, which was quite disappointing—especially considering the consistently positive experiences we've had at other locations.

📌So I usually go to the one off of main st. and decided to give this location a try. Here's my opinion.
🏋️‍♀️Workout was intense. The gains were massive. The layout is very different but not too difficult to find my machines i normally use.
🛀 the locker room is smaller but the bathroom is bigger, same amount of showers. More toilets to choose from and all of them are in working order.
🧜‍♀️The employees were very helpful and informative. 10/10

Been going for over a year now and would still say the same.

Gym is rarely 24 hours( by me )which really defeats the purpose of having the membership. Price didn't change even with hours changing. They don't work with you well and once you go to black card super hard to go back. I like the judgement free zone they provide.

Update i have also now been overcharged and no resolution to correct it. They will send you in circles recommend the lower amount even though the charges shouldn't have happened. Every employee will give different answer. Customer service said they couldn't see any charge but the manager only sees the wrong charge and not the rest. I wouldn't bother with this gym and just go to a real one.

Honestly, the staff is wonderful, professional,and knowledgeable! They do their very best to go above and beyond’s customers needs.The gym equipments are nice, clean, and up to date.

Unfortunately, on Martin Luther king day I had an incident in the women’s locker room. My personal stuff gotten stolen, which were my family friend’s gray and black jacket that had a design in the back of a wolf and a moon. Also, my black boots and gym bag got stolen as well. It is my own fault and biggest mistake that I didn’t bring my lock with me that day.

For the past couple of years being a member to planet fitness. I’ve never had that situation happen to me before that there were some days that I didn’t bring my lock with me and left a locker unlock and have my stuff in it. I understand and know that Planet Fitness does not take responsibility for theft or loss of personal property. Members are responsible for checking their own insurance to see if it covers their belongings.

I really want to thank one of the employees for doing their best to help and try to find my stuff. Also, figure out who and which person took my personal belongings. I really appreciate your efforts and hard work😊

As for the person that took my belongings. Honestly.. deep down in my heart I hope and wish you nothing but the best in life and I forgive you 🙏

I absolutely adore the team here, really lovely folks and hard workers. I always look forward to the smiles and positivity I receive from the front desk when I come in. When I asked Mike about a change in policy, he investigated and responded professionally. The manager at pf down the road could take notes on how to run a gym.

Nice set up, the PF360 area is expansive, tons of cardio equipment. Most importantly, respectful patrons who don't sit on their electronics while people are waiting to use machines.

This Planet Fitness is a breath of fresh air compared to most gyms. I really enjoy the team that works at this particular Planet Fitness location. My wife and I had a membership for a year. We then cancelled because we had gym at our new apartment complex. That lasted about 2 weeks. We missed the PF gym and extra amenities. I've been attending this GYM for more than a year, and I am thrilled with the service of the employees. They are always very friendly, and I think it is a perfect detail that they have learned my name and always greet me by my name. Two months ago, I could compare the service vs. other Planet Fitness. I had the opportunity to workout in Planet Fitness Littleton. I was able to compare some points. While planet fitness was a great place to work out while I was living in longmont. It has been incredibly difficult dealing with their management in getting my membership canceled. When I went in to cancel my membership, they only canceled my home club affiliation. Making it impossible to cancel my membership online because I no longer have a bar code. Furthermore, I'm unable to do this in person as i have moved, and any attempt to contact the branch via phone has failed. Due to the option to talk to a team member being deemed as "an invalid selection".
I thought my membership was canceled for months just to realize I've been getting charged and am simply no longer affiliated with their home club. With no home club means no cancelation process's. Corporate is no help as every branch is owned individually and redirects me back to the branch phone number
