First of all thank you to the franchise owner for all the new equipment. It sets you apart from majority of other locations. I am constantly at diff Pfs because of my schedules from denver, brighton, westminster, thorton, lakewood, longmont and more. I was so happy to see a actual free weight rack in a PF. Also all the other numerous new machines everywhere, man I was like a kid in the candy store! I hope all other locations follow suit, thanku! I only wish hours were extended on weekends like weekdays :)

I haven't been coming to this gym the last few months but I just saw something on the news that made me cry. I just heard about Paul. I remember him from the days at 24 hour fitness he's been a fixture at the gym as long as I can remember. Paul has been a regular at this location for the longest time. I'm sorry this happened. I've met many people in the gym over the years who look great on the outside but are fighting their demons. I hope you have peace now Sir.😢
You could not miss his presence at the gym those long lanky strong arms, always in a black wife beater he would do his work out and go back to work. Man this makes me sad. 😢😢😢

The staff are great as usual the gym and locker are always clean and machines very easy to understand and use it does lose a star for the people add in an extra 15 minutes to your routine to wait for people on machines glued to the phone often taking a piece of equipment for up to 20 mins seriously I'm not kidding

I’m at the one in Thornton, Co. this is not a 24 hr one. Closes at 8pm. I really needed a massage. It’s 10 min but the girl said no because they close in 5 mins. It’s 7:45. She turned me away. I have over 20 pinched nerves in my back, Sciatica on my right side and a herniated disk and ruptured dics in my lower back. Because there is no bench for the handicap to sit n get dressed it took me longer. My muscles were tightening up on me in my feet n hands from straining to stand and put on lotion, clothes and socks n shoes. I really needed that massage. My insurance covers my membership but I pay extra for the black just to use the massage chair. In Texas I’ve jumped out of bed with cramps at all hrs of the night just to go use the chair. I’m sad so I’m posting.oh and the showers were gross. I went to 3 b4 I found one ok. But it had soap buildup in the corners that went on my feet. I had to be careful not to fall. The handicap one didn’t drain n was gross and the other 2 had a clump of hair in the drain. They cut the shower curtains to barely fit so I fought with them throughout my shower keeping the gaps on the ends closed. They curl up from the heat. I will not be back to this one.

Moved from the Lakeside planet fitness to Thornton a couple months ago. Though I like that lakeside is 24hr and they have self lock lockers I do like the staff at the Thornton Location. Isaiah and Dave, are great they are very welcoming, friendly and helping! They always say hello, good bye and ask about my workout.

I really love working out here. I am inquiring why it's taking so long to fix the AB machine. It's been inoperable for a month now. I asked the front desk and all they could say is they have someone that will be looking at it. Any idea when it might be fixed?

I liked this gym. But that went downhill rather quickly. I’m giving it one star because it’s another gym with cowardly employees. I use the fitness circuit and, once again, people were camping out on the machines so I cut my workout short. The signs say the area is regularly monitored by staff. Lie. So, I went and complained to a staff member - long haired guy with big gauges in his ears - and he said he was sorry I had a bad experience and he’d go talk to them. What he didn’t know is that I watched from the outside as he went and stood behind the front desk and did NOTHING!! Sure makes me feel valued as a planet fitness member. NOT!

Went back an hour later and cancelled my membership. Different guy behind the counter this time. No empathy at all. Didn’t even ask if I’d reconsider canceling 🤣. I probably would have but it’s very clear they don’t value individual members. They will get along quite nicely without my $24.99/mo. And I will go back to using the free gym in my complex. Win/win.

I've been a loyal customer for 2 years and they wouldn't work with me over putting my 600 dollar scooter by the waiting area. They were rude and said it was their policy and when i asked to see that policy they couldn't find anything stating I couldn't bring my scooter in. They have no bike rack and they only place to lock anything is like 3 businesses down. I've had scooters stolen before when left out while I work out so I don't feel comfortable doing that. Where I had it wasn't in the way of any foot traffic and not hurting anyone. I rode 3 miles to come to the gym to be told I can't park it inside while I work out for an hour. I loved planet fitness and i hate that I have to find a new gym because they were unwilling to work with me. I've been to most planet fitnesses around here and no one has ever had a problem with me putting my scooter inside out of the way.

I’m a truck driver so parking is always my #1 concern, this place has signs for no overnight parking in the front but that’s why I feel we should always park in the back loading dock area where trucks go, I didn’t have any issue back there. Everything else was as usual compared to other locations, the only critique I could have is that the water fountain wasn’t cold. Thanks for the workout and the shower, see you next time

The staff here are really nice but the last few times I went in it was really dirty both in the tanning room and the locker room. My shower was backed up and i ended up standing in 2 inches of backed up water. Also the showers are moldy and look like they don't get deep cleaned often. But there was hot water so that's always a bonus.

This location is good-sized and the price is, of course, excellent value. The only issue is the young, inexperienced staff, but they try.

They got new equipment, but again, young inexperienced staff means nobody enforces the rules which means dirty machines, people working out without shoes, and areas being used improperly.

The gym and amenities are ok - a bit worn, but they are expecting new equipment. The concern that I have is that we have been told different things about memberships by different staff at this Planet Fitness. When discussing memberships with the manager: it was implied that we were not truthful; and also that as a separate franchise, they don't have to recognize or honor other Planet Fitness' levels of memberships.

this is the most disgusting gym i have ever visited, i am a regular visitor to this chain all over america, but this is the worst case that i could not even imagine. in all the gyms the staff is very tactful and courteous, but in this gym the gym worker does his job so terribly that i can not even describe this feeling. after the workout i was ready to take a shower, as this worker forbade me to do it, referring to the fact that the gym was closing and time was up. i asked for only 2 minutes. and he refused me. although all i could do was turn on the water, so i had to stay dirty and i am very angry, because i do not live in this city and i am passing through. this worker introduced himself as jacob, but i do not believe his words. i will attach his photo…

I just moved to the area and started going to the planet fitness here on 104th and Washington. This planet fitness is clean and well ran. the equipment is in great shape. The equipment is clean and I mean deep cleaning clean. This morning I had to use a different Planet Fitness, I went to the one on 168 and I 25. The location on 168th is not nearly as clean I mean deep clean as the Planet Fitness on 104th.

The planet fitness on 104th has machines that none of the other planet fitness that I’ve been to have.

I just want to say that the planet fitness 104th is awesome. I love you guys!

Should have the live feed so you know when it's super busy. When I came there almost every machine is being used and people waiting. I mostly did waiting than lifting weights. Was there for about 1 hour and half and only used like 2 machines total.

I have been a member of many big brand gyms that were so busy that half the time at the gym was spent waiting. Planet Fitness eliminates this issue. I don’t understand how I can go to every single other location and never have been even remotely talked to about my attire. But this location I will never come back to for judging my appearance. Before I started going to this location I read the reviews and was not sure if this place as going to be great. After going for two years I loved this location from the start. The times I went it was not busy and that made moving around easy. Even when it was busy it was not bad. They keep the place very clean and the equipment maintained, so I'm not sure what the deal is with people saying things about the how clean it is. They are probably the ones that aren't wiping down their equipment when they are done and then complaining that the staff didn't come in behind them and wipe it down. Grow up and wipe down when you are done. Or they are haters from the two near by competitor gyms. The staff is nice and have had no issues there. The location has all the things needed for a great workout. I have moved and now go to a different PF location and my new PF location is busy most of the time and the staff not as welcoming. I miss this location.

I’ve been at this planet fitness for 2 years now, when I first started here I had lots of anxiety about joining a gym, but in no time most of the staff at this location made me feel so welcomed! Always greeting me with a smile and “Welcome in!” Kaitlyn, Danita, Isaiah (my son) Kellan, Brendan, Cody & Alexis (Sam even though he moved locations 😩) have always been great! Everyone of them is constantly making rounds, cleaning and smiling while they do so! This location is always slow in the early mornings and I’ve never had to wait for a machine. I appreciate you all so much, I hope y’all know how your positive energy and attitude helps people with social anxiety when it comes to the gym! ❤️

If it could be a ZERO, then it certainly would. Where to start off? For a gym that massively coincides around the term “judgement free zone & you belong” to then banning its member for violating a “policy” which has yet to be named to me and even acknowledged to me by the very unprofessional management. Not only is this gym not ever cleaned properly having paper towels and any minuscule piece of trash lying around that entire crew could care less to even do a simple walk around, check, and clean up, i don’t think i’ve ever seen the worker isaiah actually even do a walk around or really leave the counter besides when he’s relieved by the night crew gentlemen. Homeless people are constantly being let it during the night hours and even before then and are trashing and ruining the place and you guys are worried about people like me who actually have used this gym properly the last 9-10 months & help bring in business over social media outlets? Not a good look at all planet fitness, do better.

I absolutely love this PF location. The entire team here is incredible (Brendan, Kaitlyn, Denita, and Alexis). Every single time I walk in they are so friendly and personable, it really makes a difference. I have been to plenty of other gyms and I hated walking in and feeling judged by the team members and other gymgoers but at PF I actually enjoy going to the gym now. Every time I am there the place is so clean and stocked that I am highly surprised because I have never seen a space so put together. They also just got brand new light bulbs just in time for tanning season! I can't say enough wonderful things about this location, would highly recommend it!!

Same equipment has been down over a year. Jan or so of 23 I reported the stair climber was clunking and causing a step to skip. May of 24. The sign is still on there.

I travel all over for work and keep a PF membership because they're EVERYWHERE. Kinda bummed my home gym is in markedly worse disrepair than every other one I've been too except Stockton, CA.

Sam one of the morning workers is amazing. He is always busy dusting cleaning or just checking things around the gym. He is always kind and helpful. Hello, Iam a former member at the planet fitness on a 104th in Thornton. Iam showing my support to the two young ladies on the morning shift as well as my disappointments in others. First off, allow me to express the joy in entering the bathroom and locker room and having a fresh clean smell. Very well kept as well as the main floor. Paper towel dispensers are always kept full as well as the disinfectant bottles. I used to attend the fitness center in the late afternoon and night times. Let me tell you, bathrooms are not kept up dispensers are empty most of the time and the greeting at the front desk is very disappointing. The young guy and girl (girl with burgundy hair) are not talkative, very antisocial and seem to only communicate with each other. Very poor communication and people skills. I will never appear at this location in the late afternoon or evening again. Very very much thanks to the morning crew however. Denita and Katlyn thank you very much you both rock

I’ve come to this gym a few times in the mornings and evenings, it's definitely busier later at night and the staff just aren't as aware or lively. Early mornings are the best time to come. Personally I have had a bad experience with the night staff, they aren't helpful half the time and rude, especially the girl with all the peircings..Because of this I have started going to the Broomfield location after work.

I've been coming here pretty regularly now for about a month.
The equipment is clean, I've only ever seen one machine out of service, and it's usually not too busy (I go Weekday mornings).

The place is clean and has plenty of machines. They had several classes listed on the website and in the app. But none were available because they didn't currently have a trainer on staff. None of the PF facilities in the area had one and from talking with staff on the phone, it seems to be a regular thing.
If you're ok starting out and working out on your own, it's a great place at a great value. But because it has been a while for me, and because I injured (slightly) my last shoulder there (that I was trying to help in the first place), I felt I really needed some additional instruction that was simply not available in any of the northern suburbs of Denver.
