So I have been going to this location for quite some time and up until tonight I would have given them five stars. The normal staff that I know there are wonderful people I talk with them I know many of them by name they say hello to me they're polite kind and social. The gym itself is well taken care of and I am very much appreciate it. But tonight a few minutes before closing one of the staff members sounded a massive alarm. There are people who go to your gym who have hearing damage, PTSD, and other conditions that make that type of horrific loud alarm very disturbing and painful. When I went up to the counter to tell them that it was very uncomfortable Darian the man who set the alarm off was very rude and unapologetic. I explain to him that I have never heard this alarm before in all of the months that I've been going there and I consistently work out until closing every time I go. I explained to him that the alarm was very painful for someone like myself who has hearing damage. He basically said too bad I'm doing whatever I was told. He was rude and dismissive of my comments. The other staff member who was working with him on this evening was very polite. He is someone that I speak to on a regular basis. If this is how management teaches employees to treat the people that pay their salaries by memberships then I think your management needs to reconsider their policies and definitely reconsider who is managing and training people.

Planet fitness is a good place, non judgmental and a safe space but at this location they need to monitor people on their phones, sitting on the machine, not utilizing them. Biggest pet peeve is the staff not walking around, hanging out only up front. Please help and ask people to talk on their phones elsewhere, not just sitting on a machine when others want to use them. It's just good gym etiquette.

Truck driver here so parking is first concern and this place worked well, parking in the back without signs and didn’t see signs out front but we should park in back. I called in to this store last Saturday because I need to join a gym to continue cardiac rehab post surgery, and this one is close to my house. I was inquiring about a free day pass (the PF app says you can get a one-time day pass at certain locations, which I thought was a great idea - but this location was not showing up on the app, which is why I called). A fellow answered the phone and I asked about the option of a day pass to check it out, and he was wildly rude to me and basically brushed me off (I suspect only the corporately owned locations offer the free day pass (one in all of Colorado from what I can see!)). He was very rude and not at all helpful or welcoming. I work up in Loveland and I am going to go and visit that location and see if they are more friendly....

Worst customer service, they also make you give your account number and routing number for payments in addition to the debit card on file. Very sketchy, do not recommend. The short haired female working at the counter was particularly rude when I asked for an explanation about payments methods.

Update: As requested by the reply, I called the management team asking for an explanation on their reasoning for accounting/ routing numbers; she said that it makes it easier for everybody. I have never heard how giving extremely personal banking information would make it easier on anyone. I callled Lifetime Fitness down the street and asked if they had the same or similar policy, they too have never heard of a payment policy that demands debit card and accounting/ routing numbers.

At 8:30 am on Wednesday September the 15th 2024.
I had the worst experience trying to checkvin to the gym and even worse trying to tan for 6 min.
I tried to check in when I walked in the door. The blond mexican girl workung here snached the scanner away from me , mumbled something and then turned her back to me and began to play with some other woman's phone. The elderly mexican woman working here had her back to me also playing with the woman's phone. I stood there waiting to check in. I waited a while. Then I said I wanted to tan. The elderly woman was clueless about what to do to get me set up for the tanning session.
I asked to tan for 6 minutes. The bed ran for 1 minute and shut off. I got dressed again to go to the front desk and the same clueless elderly mexican woman was still clueless. That was a completely wasted trip for me.
This planet fitness really needs to hire new people.
Also, the tanning bed in room 1 seriously needs to be cleaned. It's disgusting all the time.

As a fairly new member I look forward to doing the 30 minute circuit, but there are always people in there doing 3-4 sets on each machine, and sitting there on their phone between sets! If they want to do this they should use the other equipment. A sign says this area is monitored but I’ve never seen anyone checking that people are following the rules. It’s very frustrating that people can’t follow the rules, and no staff enforces it. Maybe put up a big sign about how this area works if you can’t monitor it.

This PF is huge, and at least in the morning, is wide-open, with few clients. I suppose this is due to its location, and as the community grows, business will as well. Right now, it's a nice change of pace in a wildly overcrowded state. That said, the staff there (I've been in about a half-dozen times) are really much friendlier in the PF that I regularly attend.

I’m giving a one star because of their complicated cancellation policy. Im trying to cancel the membership on the app but no where to be found, tried calling to cancel and they can’t because they need a signature sign. My processing date is today and they said there’s nothing they can do about it and I’ll have to wait for the next billing date to cancel. Been at this particular club over a year. Great staff. I had an issue with my account that resulted in me not able to transfer clubs(I moved south), I worked with the manager Jordan, she was so understanding and helpful and took care of my issue with ease. We have been going to this location for the last nine months, the early morning staff have always been friendly each time I go in and honestly I wouldn’t have anything to complain about until today. My wife is my designated guest given that she can only go every now and then. We weren’t aware that the member always had to be with the guest when checking in and had never been told that until today after a year of being a member.
The manager, Jordan yelled at my wife in front of several stating that she couldn’t come in without me. My wife not being a confrontational person was confused given she’s come in without me and said she was never told that.

Instead of her giving my wife, other options like buying her own membership or purchasing a day pass she continued to raise her voice, and told her that she couldn’t come in. I called the club and personally spoke to Jordan. She lied to me stating that my wife had her headphones in and that’s why she raised her voice, my wife said that she never had her headphones in at any point and I’m sure if management wants to they could check any video footage to see who is telling the truth.

When I spoke to Jordan I stated that she was extremely unprofessional and asked if she gave my wife other options to ensure she could work out that day and she said no because my wife was already leaving. Honestly, I would leave too if someone publicly humiliated me in front of a crowd of people and I was already intimidated to be in a gym in the first place. She never once offered to make it right by offering me and alternative to make up for what she did and instead kept making excuses that she was busy helping another member.

I’ve worked in customer service and managed at a gym before I understand that people get busy and you are upholding a policy. We respect the policy now that we know it and would have happily bought another membership if the situation was handled how it should have been. This is completely unacceptable behavior to be had by a MANAGER and for a gym that is supposed to be creating a safe space for people to not feel intimidated at their facility she did the exact opposite.

Honestly, I don’t know why this Gym is hated on so much; well atleast Planet Fitness the brand anyway. Yes we’ve all seen the pics, stories, vids online about the lunk alarm or people getting kicked out, but the other 80% of locations are actually really chill, just like this one. All the staff are friendly, I’ve seen people doing really heavy weights over 500 with no staff getting mad, it’s clean, really this is an excellent value for $10 a month. This is a good gym but there are a lot of negatives about it. In the beginning the employees did a great job organizing the weights and equipment in the stretching and warm-up area. For the last year it has been a disorganized mess with kettle weights and equipment in disarray and weight bars from the rack in the other room lying around. Recently the staff has been playing the music so loud that you can hear it past your personal ear buds which is an annoyance. I asked why and they said that corporate had dictated this change after a recent visit. Maybe corporate will pay for everyone's hearing loss or noise canceling headphones.

This is got to be one of the best planet fitness locations in the entire chain it's always clean and there is someone always wiping the machines down in fact I think I saw actually two people doing it that's a lot of man hours just wiping machine. They have this really cool room for a crunch 30 minute workout all the machines and all the equipment and knowledge and help is in that one little room so that you can get in and out in 30 minutes and still get a power workout. The Staff Here is wonderful, they are usually on top of cleaning and always seem organized. They got a couple of GREAT Managers in Jordan and Piper. Really alot of their staff standout as super helpful, friendly, and caring. Anthony, Savannah & Brooklyn are Top-Tier! Mason, Raegan & Kevyn are also up there. I am frustrated with this location. They can not seem to get their showers consistently hot. They are often times cold. I make a comment and they are fixed only to go cold the next week. Additionally, they have a problem with cleaning the locker rooms. They same mess in the showers can be found day after day.

The equipment is in good condition and the employees are very pleasant. If you are not going to use the locker room your experience will be just fine.

Place just opened and is starting to get busier with the after work crowd but not packed. The staff are always cool and helpful, smiling and happy and keep the cleaning stuff filled. The only problem like most gyms are some of the patrons. They have a circuit room, with lights to keep time, signs that say keep moving. It's an amazing room and great for a fast 30 minute workout. Yet they still have those that want to sit on a machine forever do 3 or 4 sets and take selfies of their workouts The worst part is they have these machines in the regular gym area. So it just screws up the whole point of the room. All in all though it's a great place.

Out of any planet fitness I have been to this one is the cleanest, the friendliest and most professional club. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile (even if it's under a mask) The club is constantly clean. Joey and Ashley are absolutely amazing. Somebody is always there to answer the phone. Though I love how slow the club is, if you are looking for an amazing gym to workout at I definitely suggest this one.Thank you for your service Joey!

I was in Chicago with PF and when moved to CO I decided to keep the membership because its just awesome the Black membership allows you to use any PF, the tan beds and other cool perks, but for $10 a month for only using the equipment it's great! I really like it and it's always so clean, there are spaces between equipment for social distance!

They are NOT open now. Corporate posted that they are but they will not be open till next Friday (1/9/21)
Bummer to take preworkout and get all the way over there only to have the doors locked :(
