Wow! I haven't been to this location for a while and I will say it has gotten way better. Workout gym rats like me know that PF doesn't have real gym equipment, just dumbells, Smith machines, and other machines that are good enough to keep you on track. Well I was wrong. At least this location has some really cool stuff to include multi use squat racks. Nice! Good job to this location!!

I've been coming here for about 2 years now, just to do an hour on the treadmill. The staff is always lovely, and the place is clean.

With that being said, the new treadmills are not great. My first issue, is mostly a me issue, and its that the new machines aren't intuitive from a user interface perspective. The main physical issue is that the emergency stop lever is oversized and poorly designed, I accidentally triggered mine a couple of times in my hour long session. Finally, and inexplicably, so, there are no comfortable places to put your hands. The side rails come to a point, and the extra controls on the middle bar just get in the way, adding to the frustration of the oversized emergency stop.

My final issue is more of a personal atmosphere thing. There is political news on at least a dozen of the tvs, to the point where you really can't expect a view of anything but the news networks no matter where you are. It would be nice to come in and be able to escape reality for a bit.

Absolutely the worst gym with the worst staff I've EVER seen. I have an issue with my billing, and somehow, the managers agreed that my wife was to blame?????? LOL My wife DOES NOT have a gym membership! Apparently, my story sounded similar to another customer that they have. So, instead of asking me about the issue, the manager said I need to go talk to my wife about the billing issue! After explaining my wife does not have a gym membership, she then acted confused and denied that's what she meant! LOL, you mean you were blaming me for someone elses issue and got caught?! LOL. Then another employee saw the conversation was getting heated, so she decided to jump in and put her hand in my face ONLY to say she had NO IDEA where the billing issue was. LOL. Why did she even put her hand in my face in the first place and then offer ZERO insight? Let her know I said thanks for that!

Why? Because the culture at this gym is to"kick a customer while their down cause We already got their money"

This store has overcharged me $65 since Nov and is refusing to even look into the matter! I'm going to cancel my membership, loose $65 and I hope that none of you EVER have to work with any of these pathetic associates! Also, just to let you guys know how pathetic this gym is, their TELEPHONE HASN'T WORKED for the last month and a half!!!! Hahahaha! Maybe if they overcharge a couple more people, they could afford to pay their phone bill! Ha! I mean, what company can't afford to get a working phone? Pathetically laughable! Nobody is ever at the counter and sometimes I come just to tan and I can’t unfortunately setup myself for a tanning booth so it’s quite inconvenient. This is my favorite location to workout at though…just don’t expect fast service.

Surprised this location wasn't open 24 hours, especially in a large city. Clean and spacious PF compared to others I have been to. Was able to get my workout in pretty quickly. I’ve been going here for nearly 3 months now. The staff are friendly. The location is convenient. No problems with anyone. Most of the equipment is basic. I wish they had platforms with barbells instead of a bunch of smith machines, but that’s typical for a Planet Fitness.

The same stair master machine has been unusable for at least the entire time I’ve been going here. This is aggravating in the afternoons when all the machines fill up and the only one open is the broken one.

The glute machine is unbalanced. You’re just asking for someone to trip and/or fall.

One of the stalls in the men’s bathroom doesn’t lock. It’s been this way for a while too.

Everyone pays a monthly and yearly fee. Where does the money go? I feel like this is the bare minimum…. Maintaining the gym’s equipment and facilities with regular inspections. As a customer/member, I shouldn’t have to be the one to point these things out. If they’re in the process of being fixed, then post a sign or something.

Please fix your stuff. I’m probably just going to swap to Vasa down the road. I can pay less for more over there.

This planet fitness is probably what all of the other planet fitnesses (and most gyms) need to model themselves after. Nothing is broken, everything is clean, and the staff is kind. I normally wouldn’t consider planet fitness as it doesn’t have all the equipment one could need for a super optimal workout; but what it lacks in options, it makes up for in availability. The massage chair/hydro chair is also a nice perk. All that and at such a low cost, A+ option.

I just joined Planet Fitness in Atlanta, GA. I had heard good things about the Black Card so I got that with plans to travel cross country. I have used several PFs for exercise after a long 5-6 hour drive, showers, massages and red light. THIS facility was the best! Aiden was SO friendly and accommodating! He offered to charge my phone while I worked out and showered. I finished up about 20mins before closing. He then suggested a massage! That put him at door locking time. What a great employee! (Shout out to Johnny, who was friendly, too) I was car camping and noted a semi parked in the lot, so stayed for the night. I am a member of another gym, too, but Planet fitness has become my number 1!

The gym is excellent, it is in very good condition, very clean, the staff is very friendly and very respectful, the only thing I do not agree with is the billing system that they were using lately there were three consecutive months that they were charging me extra, I came to the location, spoke to the manager and he fixed it, two months were fine there was no problem but this June the same thing started, double charging, so what did I do? I canceled my membership, they tried to fix the problem but they said they did not know what it was, that maybe I had entered some information wrong in the payment system, which was not the case because if that were the case they would never have had to charge my bank account, there was always money available but I do not know what is happening, I really had to cancel it today and not only that they charged me a cancellation fee but it's okay.

Joseph I’m sure his name is has to be the best PF employee I have seen in their work force. I’m not sure if he is a manager or not but he needs to be in corporate asap. Not only does his tattoos set him apart from the other uptight workers I’ve felt with he makes sure everyone has what they need and welcomes everyone with charisma. YI'm only giving this place a 1, because I have to give it something. I just wanted to let people know that I am the proud owner of several types of bugs in my hair that I contracted 3 months ago from this location, including pubic lice/crabs. I've tried several times to make contact with the owner and corporate over the last few months and I've never had a return phone call. I have also mentioned the problem of bugs in my hair to the employees, but to no avail. In case anyone is wondering about the proof that I received these bugs at this location, over the last 6 months I have not gone anywhere besides Sprouts and King Soopers. The bugs in my hair have to have been contracted by touching to another person's hair or where maybe one will fall and scramble to the next head. Like everyone else, I also use the mats on the floor and my best guess is that the floors are not cleaned properly and possibly the locker rooms. I see several women use the showers and I'm warning that it is possible the showers may also not be getting cleaned well enough and you can get foot fungus. I have also owned my own cleaning business and I know how to clean properly. I would have liked to continue my workout program at this location, but this whole thing has put me off for good. They have continued to take my money every month, even though I have called to complain about the service and I have been told that if I cancel my membership that if I sign up again I will accrue the 30 dollar yearly fee, even though I have paid it for the year. Another complaint I would like to make known is that a couple years ago, I had gone to Planet Fitness and they have had pizzas lined up at the door for people to take on their way out. This is the most egregious and careless thing I have ever seen any gym partake. There are very sick people going to the gym, where we are supposed to be supported on our weight loss journey and all the while the agenda is to sabotage us. After saying all this, this is why I am canceling my membership and never returning. I would rather pay at a gym that does not treat their customers like walking banks. I urge other people to do the same. Like, you're gonna have to be really carely not to have these bugs. Let me tell you, it's been a nightmare so enter at your own peril. It's a matter of time.

Member for like 3 years- employees made cruel comments about my weight and appearance when they thought I couldn't hear. Literally drove me to almost unalive myself. Today I walked in to do my usual morning workout at the Broomfield location, after my workout, I went up to the counter to see if I could do a tanning session. For 2 days now their "system has had issues" and I haven't been able to utilize my benefits with tanning. Not only that, but I was ignored by the staff at my PF location. I left that facility, and called the Westminster location and explained to Brandon the situation, and I asked if I could come to that location for a wuick tan session with my membership. He welcomed me into the gym, and helped me get set up in an unfamiliar setting, as I am not used to this location. Thank you Brandon for your great customer service, and welcoming me in today. I may be visiting this location more. Customer service that is great makes all the difference! Thank you!

Very clean but they have an automatic sign in schedule for the hydro and even though you are on the schedule since no one is at the counter they turn it into first come first served. Forget about the computer sign why even have that.

This is a very clean gym with a large variety of equipment. There is always someone at the reception area that has a friendly greeting. Lots of space and doesn't seem too crowded whenever I am there.
