I love the vibe of this place, pun intended 😜 instructors know you by name and really care that you both enjoy and get something out of the workout - I am so lucky they are on the way home from work for me!! I love that I get to stop by decompress for 30 minutes while getting an amazing workout - i feel energized and in a great mood when I get home!!

I absolutely love this studio. I had been wanting to try their classes for awhile, as it looked like such a unique and different workout. That turned out to be 100 percent true! The plate took a few minutes to get used to but now I'm obsessed. I've taken Barre and Fusion classes, and Maggie and Wesley are incredible instructors. If you're looking to change up your workouts and get a ton of health benefits, definitely check it out! Plus, a shorter workout here equals a longer workout elsewhere so you're out in less time. Highly recommend.

I’m just getting back to working out after having a knee surgery earlier in the year and everyone on the staff here has made me feel so supported and good about doing what I need to do to heal my body and get back to exercising. This place is so fun and makes working out feel way more enjoyable. Good music, good variety, and I’m always sore the next day… its working. The vibrations and restore classes have been really helpful for my recovery as well. It’s only been a few weeks and I already feel welcomed into their community.

Plate Strength is the most incredible studio! Power Plate is the best workout I’ve found in my many years of being a dedicated fitness enthusiasts, and it happens to be the only studio in Denver where it’s offered. Power Plate sessions cover all the bases: increased anaerobic performance, mobility, serotonin production, lymphatic circulation, and it is always a fun time as well. 30 mins is equivalent to an hour of conventional training on the floor! All the teacher and the owner are super down to earth, and very skilled at what they do. I downgraded my gym membership because I only want to take classes at Plate Strength from now on! Definitely check it out!

Plate Strength is a MUST! The Power Plates are a brilliant invention for making the most out of a workout because you get your own machine that uses high-speed vibrations to stimulate your muscles to "contract and relax" at 35 times per second! I love that I get the equivalent of a 60-90 minute workout during a 30-minute class, plus there are so many class options to mix it up! (e.g., Barre, Weight Lifting, Cardio, Yoga, TRX, and more!) Recently started coming here and absolutely loving the classes and instructors! Definitely feel like I have more energy throughout the day after taking a morning class and my muscles recover a lot faster. Incredibly effective workouts that are fun with great instructors! I've loved incorporating plate strength into my weekly workout schedule, especially on days that my schedule is a bit tight. Even though the classes are 30 min, it is true that they are just as impactful (or more) than 60 min on the floor without the plate. So excited to continue taking classes here!

I absolutely love Plate Strength! I get a great workout in 30 minutes that is better than the workout I always did at my old gym that took over an hour. The plate machine is easy to get used to and the instructors are all very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There is a really energetic and friendly vibe to the studio that makes it a pleasure to go there. I especially like Linda Lou who teaches the Sunday morning stretching class. She is as good as an instructor gets. Plate Strength is a wonderful addition to the Denver scene.

Plate Strength is great! Though the classes are only 30 minutes, I always feel like I get a great workout. There's a variety of classes available. Their pricing is on their website, and I appreciate that transparency. Strength, Barre and Mobility and Restore are great for beginners. I'll be back, and I'd totally recommend!

Plate Strength is a great place to get an effective, low-impact workout in only 30 minutes. Their classes are as beneficial and challenging if not more so than any other exercise studio I’ve been to (ones where a 60-minute workout is the norm). It's taken me a while to find a class that I'm excited about. I love that at Plate Strength the classes are only 30 minutes! And what's more is that they are an intense and fun class! Everyone at the studio was very friendly and it was a good workout. However, I have been unable to find solid evidence that the vibrations actually provide all the health benefits the studio says they do. For example, studies from Harvard and Michigan State have shown that the vibrations do not do anything to strengthen bones.

I highly recommend Plate Strength! A few of my friends had been going, and they had recommended it to me. I finally jumped on board, and after the first class I was hooked! I recently moved to Denver and found Plate Strength while searching for gyms to re-start my fitness routine. It's a local, woman-owned business, so I felt extra good about supporting a small business. And I felt GREAT after my first class!! So much so, I immediately called a friend and invited her to try it with me. It's a bit of a strange sensation at first, but you really do get used to the vibration and barely notice it, because the classes go by so quickly. After 30 minutes, you feel invigorated, accomplished and are in a great mood! Plus all of the instructors are super friendly and supportive- so it's a comfortable space to try something new. I'm hooked, my friend is hooked, and I bet anyone who tries it will be, too!

I absolutely love this studio! I promise the power plate is not a gimmick - I am currently going through spinal rehab for my scoliosis and use the power plate almost daily for my back exercises so I love that there is a studio I can go to as well! I can’t pick a favorite class format. I’ve truly enjoyed every class I’ve done and love that the classes are 30 minutes. The vibrations take a class or two to get used to. The instructors are incredibly sweet, welcoming, and so knowledgeable. They’re always playing great playlists and music! You’re in great hands! It’s CLEAN too!!! :)

I am OBSESSED with Plate Strength. There is no post work out feeling like the one in your body after working out on a vibration plate. I feel increased circulation and flexibility, and so much energy. I seriously call my sister after every class and say “Wow!”.
30 minute classes may seem short, but you will get worked! TRX and Mobility are my favorite classes, but every class and teacher are incredible!
The vibration plate has even helped to heal a hip flexor injury.
I can’t say enough good things about this method of exercise or this studio. Go try it out!!!!

So glad I tried this place! I didn’t know what to expect but every instructor has been incredibly welcoming and friendly and I love the variety of workouts! The vibrating plates take a little getting used to but now I love it and BIG plus - this is the only class style where I can do jumping exercises with no knee pain! The vibration absorbs the impact. It’s amazing! Definitely try it.

I started going to Plate Strength almost 2 weeks ago and I am loving it!!! I have never been able to jump (bad knees) and here I can...jumping jacks are actually fun here and almost all the impact is absorbed. The workouts are hard and the recovery is short. I feel the benefit without being super sore. 30 minute workouts fit great in my busy schedule and everyone I have met is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Check it out when you get a chance

I love plate strength because I can squeeze it in between meetings as it is only half hour! Stretching feels so good with the vibration, but I always feel my abs the next day in the best way. This is such a unique studio! Energy is high, instructors are friendly and experienced, and you leave the class drenched in sweat - all within 30 minutes of work! I took my first plate strength class on Monday. It was such an amazing workout! I'm definitely coming to another class. The circuit on the plates my instructor Molly put us through was challenging yet not too advanced for a beginner like me! The science behind the vibrating plates is fascinating -NASA astronauts have even used plate workouts.
