The studio doesn’t acknowledge natural immunity to covid and still (Sept 2022) requires the risky Jabs. This discriminates against people that have natural immunity.
I had lab testing showing my immunity to share, and was completely blown off.
This to me shows a lack of health knowledge and inclusion.
10/2025: Then why was it required to have a shot to attend Jump?
Covid was an emotional time for everyone, and we’ve all evolved. I’ll come in again and try another class, let bygones be bygones.

I am 66 years old and I have been attending only the OOV and ARC classes for my spine and pelvic floor strength. In only 5 months my balance and spine have improved. Sarka is a skilled and knowledgeable Pilates instructor! She is extremely attentive to the individual needs of every student! I HIGHLY recommend this studio and Sarka!

Polestar Winter Park Pilates is the BEST! I was referred to Sarka by a friend who was in a car accident and needed to regain strength. I have been thru chiro, massage, PT all of it--Sarka and her expertise in Pilates instruction was the exercise that got me healthy. Private coaching was totally worth it. I have not felt this strong and flexible in years! I will continue with Sarka online when I move to Arizona for the winter!!!! See you in May '25

Polestar Pilates has helped me and my husband become so much stronger. Sarka is truly amazing with each of her clients. She is aware of what is going on with your body and if you have a weakness she will change the way it is done so it is better for you. This studio is head and shoulders above other studios I've tried. If you are looking for precise, exacting and super-professional instruction with a big dose of dedication, you'll find a perfect fit in Sarka. She's a lifelong athlete who understands fitness from so many angles, and her passion for the techniques and philosophy of Pilates and how they create functional fitness or support other sports is phenomenal. I have been working through an injury and she is relentlessly cautious and attentive, but is able to consistently challenge me. No class is the same, no one slacks off here—and the environment and culture is warm, sparkling and delightful.

Polestar is our star! My husband and I spent the summer taking private lessons with Sarka who is hands down the most INCREDIBLE Pilates instructor we have ever had. From teaching us the basics to pushing us further she brings her mastery of the discipline to you through a delightful teaching style. The studio is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN with the most modern, fun to use equipment we have encountered in ANY studio. I also had the pleasure of attending small group classes led by other members of the Polestar staff which were equally wonderful. If you find yourself in WP do not hesitate to visit this GEM!

Going to Sarka's POLESTAR PILATES X 2 yrs. I am after hip replacement x 5 yrs and I have to say that her classes made me way stronger and able to go back to skiing and hiking.
She offers lots of variety and
Different levels of classes. She is flexible to shedule private lessons.
I am glad we have her studio in Fraser.

I love Polestar studio in Winter Park and the new yoga classes has been such a great addition! Mackenzie does an amazing job of challenging me mentally, spiritually and physically. I have been attending classes at Polestar Studio in Winter Park at least twice a week for a year. My legs, arms, and core are stronger, my posture is much better, and my energy levels have improved. Sarka is just amazing! I didn't realize that my posture was so bad: tied shoulders , ribs out, curving my lower back way to much.
She is a perfectionist, so she constanly is correcting my posture. I definetly feel the difference, no more shoulders and lower back pain. Focusing on breathing has lower my stress levels and I feel so much stronger!

Sarka is awesome and the studio is wonderful. Take a private lesson and find all those tiny muscles that are not firing. Just breathing differently will change the shape of your body. How many times a day do we breathe? If done correctly it can reduce waist and belly size! Go now and find all the muscles that create a flat belly and tiny waist!

I am learning to rib breathe- see the tiny new muscles I am high on the left side. Flat belly land here I come. Thanks Sarka! See you Monday!

After years of not doing Pilates, I did an intro to Pilates session with Sarka. She was beyond helpful, tentative, and knowledgeable. She knew exactly the right level to push me without me having to say a thing. She was very tentative to my weaknesses and through her coaching, I was able to feel a difference in my posture before the session was over. I can't wait to go back for another session.
