I don't normally go to the Central Park studio because the Cherry Creek studio is walking distance for me. I went this morning to Mixed Equipment with Abbey because the CC studio is and liked her class much better than other Pilates classes I have attended. I generally find exercise classes boring, but I attend because I need to strengthen my core. For once, I wasn't clock-watching.

So happy to have found a beginners Pilates class where I can go slow and learn the basics. Rhonda was amazing and so tuned into everybody, excited to stay consistent

Posture Power Wellness is newly located in Central Park, Colorado. I wasn't sure of what to expect when I first walked in with a friend( she was an already existing client), but I didn't need to worry. The studio is open, with lots of light! You've got to love that Colorado sunshine! Anyway, the feel, the warmth, the welcoming spirit there is, well, perfect! There is plenty of room when you work on the reformers, or use the other equipment. The instructors are great, very welcoming, knowledgeable, understanding, and most of all, they care. The classes are all good, a variety to fit your needs. Don't worry, the instructors help you if you don't quite have a movement quite right. Did I mention the private sessions too? They have it all. I'm an existing client now, with no looking back. Thank you, Posture Power Wellness, for helping me become stronger, more fit, and just loving and believing in myself again. See you there!

I came in for my first class ever at Posture Power Wellness and had signed up for the CoreRehab class. Rhonda greeted me so warmly and informed me that I was the only one in the class. How did I get so lucky to get a VIP private session??

Anything that has to deal with a pilates carriage is always so difficult for me, which is why I hardly attend workouts like this, but Rhonda made it so "easy." Not easy in the way that the workout was super difficult, but easy in the way that she broke down each step while giving cues about neutral pelvis position and ribs position. It is a lot to take in at once, but does get easier as you continue.

I absolutely loved this class and Rhonda was such an amazing teacher. I also know that I lucked out and got a one-on-one session and that it won't always be like this l, but a full class of 6 will also allow for the teacher to give individual cues.

I have been going to Posture Power Wellness for Pilates for over a year and have found their classes to be incredibly informative and detailed for proper form and alignment so that I don’t strain my lower back. I have gained strength and stability thanks to the consistent classes and private sessions.

Posture Power Wellness is the place to go if you’re looking to improve your pelvic stability. The instructors and therapists with this studio are experts who have helped me get my life back after years of pelvic pain. The private sessions have helped me with muscle and soft tissue pain through myofacial release and classes have shown me how I can strengthen my core for better balance and daily activities.

I’ve been really enjoying classes at Posture Power since this new location opened! I had never done reformer Pilates before but the instructors were helpful and made it very approachable. I’ve been going weekly and am feeling stronger already.

I've been here three times with two different instructors and every class has been fantastic. This spot is helping me recover and build strength after two kids, and I love that they take ClassPass.

Such a great studio. I was taking clases at their Cherry Creek location, but was excited to see another location open up and closer to home. Shari and her team provide solid instruction and have helped me strengthen my core in record time. Highly recommend.
