Our daughter J, started at precision fitness at 13 years old; she has regularly attended training with Regina & Ed, including the summer session. We can’t say enough on the amazing transformation of J. She has learned the correct form in strength training & increased her power in sports. Js training focused towards volleyball movement. This has helped her immensely on the court. Her coaches even pointed out J is quicker & moves more “explosively during practices & games. J has also learned the benefit of teamwork by encouraging each other during their training time. Thank you for all that you do! The skills she is learning will carry her through high school & beyond.

I have been working out with Ed for a few months, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the way that I am feeling. In this short amount of time, my flexibility and strength has significantly increased. One of the things that I like most about training with Ed, is that he always has a positive and encouraging attitude that keeps me motivated during workouts. I have been with Ed for years and always enjoy the sessions. I find Ed extremely knowledgeable and flexible. When I have issues, Ed is quick to recognize them and find alternative exercises. He also listens and plans exercises so that I can be better at the activities that I want to do.

As a sixty-something female who hated exercise Ed was the perfect choice for me. His patience, knowledge and sense of humor have kept me coming back for 2 1/2 years. I actually look forward to my training sessions and have definitely improved my strength, flexibility and balance. I am counting on Ed to keep me going as I age. Personal training is a financial commitment but Ed is well worth it. You won't be disappointed.

As I get older, I have made it a point to stay healthy and move. I have worked with Ed for years and have never been stronger in my life.
