Inga is a first class pilates instructor. If you are serious about looking after your body and how it moves, then doing pilates with Inga will help you achieve that. You will see dramatic improvements in your range of movement and that is only a good thing whether you want to continue playing sports or just sit nicely when you have a coffee. Each class is different as she is thoughtful to making sure you progress and yes she is constantly paying attention to what you do as you will see from her slight adjustments to your body position. I could not rate my experience any higher.

Precision Pilates is exactly that - well-trained, very experienced, professional but caring and genuinely friendly owner and instructor. Their interest is in my improving my movement, my flexibility, my goals. The studio is beautiful, very clean, light and spacious. This is where you want to go for the best training for your body/mind connection. I always leave feeling better than when I came in and knowing I worked hard, but correctly.

Inga is one of the best people you will ever meet. She is so sweet and gives the best instructions. She really cares about making sure you don’t hurt yourself by doing a movement incorrectly and works to help you understand where and how that movement is supposed to happen. Inga also cares about having a clean workspace. Her studio is beautiful and is so clean! Pilates has changed my life in so many ways. I highly recommend Precision Pilates.

I highly recommend Precision Pilates! It is the best quality Pilates instruction in Northern Colorado. My family and I have been blessed by Inga’s knowledge and understanding of Pilates. My daughter had a slight curve in her back that affected her knees and legs. For years we have worked to minimize the effects and keep it from getting worse as she grew. When my daughter made a goal to get on pointe my husband and I knew we needed to find someone to help her reach her goal as well as continue to help her back. I have a background in fitness and I knew the benefits of Pilates. We found Inga two years ago and couldn’t be more grateful for her. Inga has a deep wealth of knowledge and a true talent for understanding the body. Her ability to see how someone is moving and to understand what muscles aren’t engaging and how to help strengthen them is a gift! Since we have worked with Inga, my daughter’s spine has straightened, her legs and knees have straightened and she has reached her goals of getting on pointe. I am so grateful for the love Inga shares with all her students and her ability to see what each student needs. Inga has a gift! After watching my daughter improve I started taking classes from Inga as well. I used to suffer from migraines and since I have worked with her my migraines have disappeared. My shoulders have relaxed and I can see huge differences in how I move. She is a wonderful person and fantastic Pilates instructor!

There is no better Pilates studio in northern Colorado. Inga is incredible gifted in what she does. Her ability to zone in on an individuals strengthening needs is uncanny. When I first started coming to Inga, I was experiencing chronic lower back pain and major pelvic floor dysfunction from having traumatic births followed by major orthopedic surgeries. Before coming to precision Pilates, I had seen multiple PT’s and pelvic floor specialist with no long lasting results. No matter what I did I was internally crooked and in chronic pain. After just 1 session with Inga, I noticed a major difference in my body. In fact, after the first week I was able to crack my back for the first time in 5 years and after a month I was straight in my body for the first time in 9 years. She has helped me strengthen my body in ways that I did not know was possible, which has allowed me to live a pain free life after almost a decade of chronic pain.

I have done Pilates for 1 1/2 years. Inga has been my instructor for 4 of those months. The name Precision Pilates describes Inga's teaching style to a tee! Inga is extremely focused on "precise" movements and form. Her attention to details are unparalleled. There is Pilates and then there is "Pilates with Inga!"

I met Inga just before she opened her beautiful new studio and then I went out of town for two weeks. When I returned, her studio was up and running on the west side of Windsor. Very easy to get to, and most importantly, for me, she had an organized and regular but flexible schedule, so I could begin twice a week consistent workouts with her.
Her knowledge base is exceptional, her experience is exceptional, and her attention to each one of us even in our small groups of four, has been so important.
She pays attention to each person’s strengths and tender spots, making sure every workout does good, not harm.
I encourage anyone looking for an excellent Pilates experience and instructor to check out Inga‘s studio. She is classically trained with years and years of experience. And just as importantly, she not only makes our workouts beneficial but fun.
Her studio offers excellent initial evaluations, individual, couples, and small group sessions throughout the week. Do yourself a favor. Stop in and meet her, and schedule a session to see what you think!

Inga is exceptional! She is friendly, positive, welcoming and fun to work with. Inga focuses on correct form and movement patterns, while constantly challenging me! I have been with Inga for 2 years and she has completely reshaped my body. I feel strong and flexible, allowing me to keep up with my 2 teenage daughters. Inga is also so respectful of my time, she makes sure I get a full workout even if I'm running a bit behind. Her classes work out all areas everytime and she mixes it up to keep it challenging and me excited about going. The most important detail is she is focused on the details! Go slower, don't rotate your hips, belly button to spine....just a few verbal instructions she emits to give me the ultimate workout everytime.
