Paige is a wonderful coach and friend. She’s very attentive to my specific needs. I am a challenge since I live out of hotels weekly and am always on the go but Paige has been very patient and helping me stick to small goals. She takes initiative to create workouts tailored to what we know I want to do within my time limits. Her food guide has been a big help for me when I look for food or think about how much protein to get. I am very thankful for Progress with Paige. Together we keep making progress and working with someone who’s so genuine makes the challenge worth it!

Where to even begin?? Paige is the best. Her approach to training is a breath of fresh air. She focuses on sustainable habits with proper form to grow strength and prevent injuries. I’ve been training with Paige for a few years now and enjoying it a lot. She caters workouts to my needs and goals, helps work around limitations or old injuries and provides a support system for nutrition that supports my goals! My cholesterol has dropped significantly in the last 18 months with the consistency of strength training 2-3 times a week so the results are there (inside and out) strength training is the absolute best thing you can do as a woman in her 30-40’s and I’m so glad I got started when I did. I struggled with accountability doing workouts on my own and enjoy having a place to go meet up and workout in-person with other women who have similar goals and mindset.

Paige is an incredible personal trainer and nutrition coach! She meets you where you're at, and helps you set achievable goals. Her knowledge when it comes to training and anatomy/kinesiology is extensive. She doesn't just throw you into difficult workouts right away, and really knows how to get results without pushing you too hard. Paige is an amazing trainer!! Over the time that she has been my personal trainer, she has modified workouts based on any injuries or illnesses, and listens to my needs. In a time where a lot of people don’t listen to your needs anymore, she not only listens but takes it up another step to meet you with any support that can get you back on track. Whether it’s dealing with nutrition or modifying the workouts to avoid injuries or focus on certain areas to strengthen them to prevent further injury, she’s always very caring and responsive. Even if I do an “easy” workout with her, I’m still left sore the next day! I’m always blown away how she can target the muscles still but make it easy on a day that you need it to be! I cannot recommend her enough! I recommend her to all my friends and family! She is a wonderful person and trainer!
