The place is very friendly, and keeps it simple and real. I honestly wish that I could have taken more training but I can't afford it. If you can afford a few training lessons, it can definitely help improve your form, give you guidance, and a confident boost. I was pretty shy and nervous but the guy there was nice. I hope to someday find a job that allows me to afford the place again.

tim was super helpful super knowledgeable about my personal fitness goals and what i want to achieve the gym was super clean and personable not crowded not over bearing just right for someone going to the gym with a purpose not just to hangout, he has 24 hr member access with sensors for lights and cameras as well as a security observation with el paso county out of all the gyms around the area i chose this one the proce point matches the experience and time spent as well as the facility

I started with a 77 year old body that felt like an 85 year old body. After all the sessions I felt like a new person. As a car builder it had become very difficult for me to climb under the car even bending over to pick up tools was difficult. The reality is I still have that 77 year old body but can now work on my cars and still function the next day!

Working with Tim has been a great experience so far! He has helped me with all of my injuries and provides a workout that is intense but doesn’t hurt. He is very knowledgeable and able to explain reasons behind exercises as well as why we are doing specific exercises.

I love everything about his gym including the ability to train via Zoom. The owner is determined and motivated which is exactly what I need, someone to hold me accountable and push me. I love the fact the gym is 24 hours small and not on a busy strip. Timothy Hilley is one of the trainers and owner. I’m currently working with him as my personal trainer and what I thought I knew went out the window I’ve had trainers before but never got anywhere with them the tools/ app he has created has helped SO much. Usually when I leave the gym I’m tired and I don’t want to do anything else for the rest of the day that has changed the way Tim has you do things I have energy like I haven’t in a very LONG time 100% truth HIGHLY RECOMMEND

That negative stigma behind "personal trainers" & "gym rats" flew right out the window after my first consultation with Tim.

I was THAT kid in school, the one who refused to dress out just to get out of running the mile... i HATED physical activity & I couldn't get on the band wagon to "workout for fun"

When I began my lifestyle change, Tim took his time, explained everything, answered every "dumb" question I had. He made it feel WAY less intimidating.

I began this new journey weighing in at 190lbs, today I am 165lbs and I've dropped FIVE WAIST SIZES! I started in jeans that were a size 18/16 (depending on the brand), today I am wearing size 8/9. As a beginner i used home equipment for the first few months, while I searched for a gym in my local community they I felt comfortable in. I found one, signed up and then I took the tools Tim gave me & paired it his PT&C app!

The app is easy-to-use, informative, detailed and catered to you and your budget!

The nutritional information is TOP-KNOTCH & easily updated for new recipes!

The tutorial videos help ensure you are positioning correctly. Tim and the PT&C app did a GREAT job explaining why it was so important for me to work on my posture and re-training my muscles to reduce the pain I was experiencing in my knees, feet, back and ankles. 1 yr ago I was in constant pain, today I only experience pain occasionally!

I could go on FOR DAYS about why I LOVE PT&C SO MUCH, but I'll let their dedication, work-ethic & passion for HELPING others achieve healthier lives speak for themselves. I'm a walking billboard for what you can achieve with PT&C in your back pocket!!!

These guys helped me figure out some functional issues i had with my feet that lead to other issues and told me how to fix it. The exercises they gave me were very straightforward and has lead to good results. I would recommend this organization to any of my friends and family!

Before meeting Tim, I had resigned to the fact that I would always be chubby--maybe slightly bigger or smaller, depending on the season, but never fit.
That has all changed now after working with Tim for 3 months. Clothes that haven't fit since 2019 are fitting, and I am already stronger and lifting more than I have been in my entire life. I used to have chronic aches and pains, and I attributed it to "bad genetics"--bad knees, bad ankles, bad joints in general, bad back, etc. I know the human body is complex and genetics play a factor, BUT I haven't experienced any of those things consistently for about 1 month.
This is all due to Tim's training--he is profoundly knowledgable about the human body, the proper/perfect form for exercises, and nutrition.
Overall, he carries the highest recommendation from me.
