I have been going to Pure Barre Central Park for several years and love it! Even though you get better at the technique the classes continue to be more and more challenging, which I appreciate. I have never felt so strong as when I am consistent with my PB workouts. I do other forms of high-impact cardio and love how PB complements through intense strength training in multiple parts of the body - thighs, glutes, arm/shoulders, and lots of core - and forces me to stretch. While I do mostly Classic, the newer Define format is such a great addition for heavier weight training. And, the studio is welcoming with instructors that are great teachers and even better humans.

Great teachers, challenging workouts. The team at pure barre Stapleton create a great community environment that it warm, fun and welcoming. It's not a "stuffy workout place"...they didn't even say anything when I had my leggings on backwards @5:30A! How's that for casual and comfortable?

I am so glad to be back to barre! I was a founding member but never came back after covid. I joined again in April 2025. I am older (67) and have had balance issues, barre has helped tremendously! I am so much stronger and feel much healthier. ALL the instructors are super helpful- Shout out to Monica, Marit, Isabelle, Kira, Dani, Ben, Jenna, and Emily! Best decision ever!

Coming from a newbie who had no idea what pilates was like, I can confidently say that I am SO glad I decided to start my journey with Pure Barre! All of the instructors here are so helpful, supportive, and truly love what they do. The community that they have created at this location is something special. Pure Barre has helped me regain my confidence and realize how strong I truly am, both body and mind.

There’s lots of different class types to choose from to keep things interesting or challenge yourself! Whether you prefer cardio-based, interval training, weight training, or the foolproof classic class, Pure Barre has it all. Since I joined a couple months ago, I have noticed a significant increase in my core strength, balance, flexibility, and overall tone.

The studio itself is immaculate, has the cutest apparel for sale, and is in a great location! I’ve never had trouble with parking. A quick shoutout to Monica, the owner of the studio, who genuinely cares for every individual and instructor who takes/teaches classes here. She invests so much of her time to make everyone’s experience positive and she inspires me with her dedication to this studio. 10/10 overall experience at Pure Barre Central Park!

Really great environment with wonderful staff! The instructors are super helpful and break down each move, and each class is just a little bit unique to keep it interesting. Highly recommend anyone intrigued about barre to give it a shot and see if it's for you.

Friendly, community atmosphere uplifting everyone of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. Such a positive and challenging environment. I 💜 it. And if you're new, stick with it. And, the classes may not get easier, but you WILL get stronger 😁😁😁 I am over 40, and the classes are the perfect way to combat the aging process, and I so amazed at how strong I have become. Despite so many injuries from years' past, Pure Barre GV goes above and beyond to ensure safety and joint protection, as well as providing accommodations. I've had knee surgery, elbow surgery, severe back issues from a bad car accident, and PB GV has helped me build back strength the right way. Highly recommend.

The instructors here don't really teach, they just walk around with a microphone. If you are new, you have to watch others in the class to try to figure out what you should be doing. The workout is the same every time and quite boring. One instructor, Sarah, has a particularly negative vibe, and her classes are very poorly attended. The other staff/instructors are friendly, but if you want to try different studios, I would skip this one. There are many much better places to work out in the Central Park area than this studio.

ADDENDUM IN RESPONSE TO OWNER'S REPLY: Dear Gail, I initially chose not to detail my specific experience, but since you bring it up, I will.

You were not present, so I will provide my experience which may differ from that you were told by your instructor. I arrived a few minutes early for the pre-booked 5:30 class. Like many people, I have a very busy schedule as a mom who works full time. When I arrived I was told by Sarah that I was the only one booked for the class and could I just come to the 6:30 PM class instead as she was pregnant and would need to modify the moves and it would be very difficult for me to follow her modified moves??!! I told her, No I could not come back in an hour and I wanted to do the class I signed up for. She was clearly angry and when she started the class, she did not demonstrate any moves and rather provided drawn out verbal script which I could not follow at all and the class was immediately aborted by her.

In business, attitude trickles down from the top and her attitude was remarkably similar to that you demonstrated in your curt reply. A genuine apology by you would have been appropriate. I don't think I am at all unique in having the expectation that if I sign up for a class the instructor will: 1. be fully capable of teaching the class whether there is one person new to the studio or many old timers and 2. will teach the class even if only one person signs up for the class. Your clients are charged for a class if they don't show or show up even one minute late ("no late entry allowed"). But for your studio, the reverse does not hold true!

Hands down the best workout I have ever done. And I have tried them all! I’ve been doing Pure Barre since 2012 and the Central Park location is my favorite. The studio is clean and beautiful, the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, and the classes are challenging but so fun. It’s the only workout I have always loved doing. Good for all fitness levels!

This studio has really positive, enthusiastic teachers, great variety in class content, and it’s an excellent strength and toning workout. The instructors will always make sure they know the name of everyone in the class. I’ve been going here over a month and continue to feel very challenged with the class content. The class instructors are very attentive to each individual and very knowledgeable for modifications (e.g., for pregnancy, injuries). They do an excellent job of working with all students of all skill levels. The studio is very clean and has a lot of customer friendly features, such as usb outlets in the lockers, toiletries, etc. Classes are all women, with a wide range in age, which is great.

The only disappointment is that they are expensive in comparison to other barre studios — It would be nice if this location had student rates or better rotating specials. The additional fees could be more customer friendly— for example, the studio will cancel classes on short notice due to bad weather without reimbursement, but will charge for a class if you are unable to make it due to weather. The fees are not on the registration website unless you look up your bank statement or the user agreement. There isn’t a real need to sign up for classes online (classes are always a good size and never full, which is great), it seems that the best approach to avoid unwanted additional charges on your bank statements is to drop in and sign up in person before the class.

Pretty upset at the experience I had tonight. I had booked the Pure Empower class on classpass for the 5:30p class. I get out of work at 5pm and thought I would probably get there about 5:20. Unfortunately I hit traffic, not surprising at that time of day and didnt park until 5:27p. Walked in at 5:28p. All I needed to do was sign a waiver, put my things down, and get my weights.

Simple right? No. As soon as I walked in I was verbally attacked by an older lady with white/pale yellow shoulder length hair. No hello, no thank you for coming, just an immediate launch into how late I was. I told her that I had signed up for a 5:30p class and that it wasnt 5:30p yet? She said that she had sent me a text that I needed to be there at 5:15 so that she could give me a tour. I told her I got there as soon as I possible could, and was about to explain that it had taken me longer than I expected,
but instead she cut me off and continued to berate me. Now I started to get upset and told her I didnt appreciate the way she was talking to me. My voice was shaking and it was just so awful. She just kept going and asked me to fill out a paper waiver. All of the information she wanted me to write down (Before class??) she already had from classpass, but I obliged just to try and make things easy. I had to ask her twice where I could put my purse because she was so busy berating me. It was unbelieveable. I was so shook up and it honestly just ruined the class for me. I got out of class and she said that I could either finish filling out my address on the paper, or that I could just sign the electronic waiver. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? There is an electronic waiver I could have just signed? Why on earth did she just not have me sign that in the first place.

Upon entering class I was so shook up and then didnt have my weights, ugh, just awful customer service. I dont know if she thought that it was acceptable to treat me like that because she didnt get to do the sales pitch to me? I would have happily taken the tour with her for 15 minutes after class. Im sorry that Denver has terrible traffic, I truly did get there as soon as I possibly could.

I was so looking forward to the class, I had done pure barre for years back when I lived in AZ and she just ruined the experience for me. What was normally a fun, challenging, even relaxing at times activity for me turned into me just wanting to leave the studio as soon as possible. She had the nerve to ask me how class was afterwards and I just wanted to ask her- how do you think? I'll be back at Pure Barre but not at this location :(

This is a great efficient workout in a nice new studio. They have kind and enthusiastic teachers. I am in my mid 50's and I feel welcome in this setting as a newbie. I have been doing this for 2 months and I have a much stronger core, upper arm strength etc. As a busy working single mom this is a great way to get 50min that I can give to myself. Definitely should try it out.

I'm hooked! I haven't regularly worked out in years and ended up getting an intro package deal, thinking I'd try it 1x or 2x a week. Well, that first week I went 3x,. It's been at least seven weeks of classes now, and I consistently go 4-5x a week. The app makes it really easy to sign up for classes. The class times are very convenient, and it's a great location. Plus, it's such a tangible feeling of getting stronger and more fit. The teachers and staff are super friendly, and it feels like a supportive community. Thank you, Pure Barre Stapleton!

I’ve been coming to Pure Barre Stapleton consistently for about 5 months. I absolutey love the work out, and I adore the community that this studio has built. Since coming to Pure Barre, I have noticed a significant difference in my core. My abs are stronger than they have ever been. I broke my rib 2 months ago and the teachers were so helpful and accommodating during that time. They knew what movements to modify and what movements I shouldn’t be doing. Even through my injury I was able to maintain a normal workout routine and a strong core. No matter your age, injury, or fitness level, I recommend giving Pure Barre Stapleton a try!

I am obsessed with Pure Barre Stapleton! I danced growing up, and then had a few knee surgeries during college. I've tried other workouts that are okay, but I have so many limitations that I can't always get the most out of them. Pure Barre is low impact, and after a month I can already see results and know I am stronger. The instructors, staff and community they have built in such a short amount of time is amazing. Everyone is so supportive of one another, and I get stronger everyday. They're in a great location in the heart of Stapleton, and I recommend checking the studio out!
