I have had good luck with their products to this point, but unfortunately have now had to deal with their customer service. They ship you the wrong product, make zero effort to ship you the correct product until you have returned their incorrectly shipped product, and they have deemed it worthy of their acceptance(which could take 30 days). All while holding your $300 and you getting nothing out of it. And only if you prompt them with repeat emails can you get response. Buyer beware here. Hopefully you never have to deal with their customer "service"

I have had a few different experiences with this company, all good. I bought a pull-up bar this past summer and it worked great in my garage. When we finished our basement I decided to add one down there and bought another. I am lucky to live near the warehouse in Denver and picked my order up. I was disappointed to see some hardware missing from my second order and sent an email to the sales manager Matt and he was nice enough to send me the missing set via mail. Since then I have bought a set of slam balls, which were on sale at a great price. This is a good company to do business with.

I’ve had Rage kettle bells and other equipment for years which has held up great. I’ve always been very impressed. I recently began acquiring equipment for my company’s gym and came across some used Rage equipment. One of the items was missing parts so I visited Rage for a replacement. Matt and Tom were great and had great costumer service not only did they help me with the missing item issue but they went above and beyond in getting my company set up with better equipment. In the end I’m just as impressed with Rage’s customer service as I am with there products. We’ll continue to shop there. Thanks!

I own a personal training Studio and have ordered kettlebells and bumper plates from this company and they pack and ship super fast and the quality and price overall cannot be beat. Too many competitors offer free shipping and then the price of the kettlebell is 2 to 3 times the price. Ordered a second order of bells and plates and receive the plates in about 3 days. Customer service always answers within a couple of hours of emailing them and very helpful. You can't go wrong.

It was suggested to me by a co-worker to head over to Rage's warehouse here in Denver to get my new 16 KG kettlebell. Walked in today, only took about 5 minutes to set up the order. The gentlemen helping me was super nice. He walked in back into the warehouse, he came back with a nice,, already packaged 16 kg and I was in an out in under 10 minutes.
Great service, great kettlebell. I will definitely be back!

Rage Fitness had the equipment I needed in stock, which was a minor miracle, since pretty much no place else did. Pricing was great, shipping (out of state) was fast and the customer service at time of sale, and since, has been terrific! Highly recommend them! Would definitely buy from them again.

Misleading information about their products, terrible customer service, no communication, no emails back, and when it comes to get the money back, none what so ever. You may do OK locally, but online you have a long ways to go. Good luck!

I highly recommend Rage. They had bumpers in stock during the pandemic when no one else did. I had an issue with scheduling for pick (I’m local) but they totally made it right and fixed the issue. They are a smaller company and really care about their products and their customers. Will definitely use them again when I expand my home gym. Also Matt is awesome!

Horrible quality products. The slam balls will develop holes within a year.. when asking Matt R how we can fix this they refused to replace the damaged products. He did offer me an account credit though! When I inquired about said credit he said he was waiting to hear from accounting. Sadly, that was over 30 days ago and mr Rutledge has gone radio silent. Spend your money elsewhere!

Decent products but terrible communication to their main competitor in Denver metro even in the midst of unusually high volume. Evident price hikes versus their Amazon storefront.

Ordered 6 bumper plates that were indicated as in stock. No word on shipping or status 10 days later. Sent multiple emails as their automated response system indicates to no avail. Called and finally spoke to a nice guy in shipping who said all looked like was available for shipping based only on my order date. Two days later? Half the order arrived with no update on the rest. Emailed again with no response. Three days later received an auto invoice Indicating items were sold out without any estimations for delivery or backorder date, in stark contrast to the aforementioned competitor who is very transparent.

Decent product from a different manufacturer but AWFUL customer service.

Stay away.

I have mad three purchases from Rage. First a trial. Then some gear to build out my garage gym in the wake of the social distancing, and the third purchases just due to being so pleased with their products, prices and customer service. Being local, I love picking up the product and interacting with the team (from a safe distance and by email). Their stuff is as good as any I have ever seen. I have worked out at the YMCA, Anytime Fitness and have ordered product from Rogue in the past as well. Rage Fitness as affordable prices and top notch products with premier customer service.

They care about taking care of the customer. Always responsive, considerate and always make you feel appreciated. They work their tails off to make sure you get what you need when you need it.

Have I talked about the quality of their products? I love Rage and the people that work their. They even help convince my wife that I need more gear!

I can’t recommend Rage highly enough. Their products and their employees are both the highest quality. I placed an order for pickup mid-quarantine and they were able to fill it in a timely manner despite the chaos. They even threw in a couple of extras to make quarantining a little easier. Short version:

These guys are fantastic!

Longer version:

Let's start with the first people that you are going to talk to when you call; Kami and Lakyn (sp?) are excellent! They know what they are talking about and are happy to help. It's nice to get people who don't sound like they hate their job and think that you are a terrible person for calling. There is also a guy in customer service that's good too, but I haven't worked a lot with him.

Picking up products at will-call is a smooth process too. The guys in the back are very helpful...and even stayed late to help load my car with a bunch of flooring that required them to roll and tape each mat to get everything to fit.

Exchanges are also simple. I had to take back a few things today to exchange them and they were very easy to work with. I even brought in my little boy and he had a blast playing with them while I was able to load my car and sign paperwork.

Definitely will buy all of my equipment from Rage Fitness Supply!
