I have been in attendance for about two years now. I’ve contacted the owner, spoke with staff, and sent emails whenever the steam room is out of line, which is often. From being full of muck, hair, hard water buildups, to the boards in the sauna being black from people’s foot grease, I’ve seen it all.
Update (10/19/25)
Sauna smells very bad of body odor and is extremely dirty. No noticeable improvements have been made to the gym in the past few years. Steam room light is inoperable like usual, and now the interface to even turn it on is not working. I have mentioned multiple times to the employees over the past couple years the problems with the saunas and they said they don’t think the owner has any interest in fixing it.
I would be very happy to change my review to a positive one if things changed and were consistent.

Great place to workout. 3 levels of equipment. One room dedicated for crossfit. I get a full workout under 2 hours. Staff very helpful and friendly.

It’s a nice facility, great location in the heart of downtown. Sauna and steam rooms seem seems to be out more than the average gym. Equipment it’s kind limited and it gets crowded with just 10-15 people. upstairs functional room is mediocre at best and the whole back side by the medicine balls smells like terrible BO. Cleanliness isnt the best. I’ve noticed a lot of the same dirty things in the same places over the course of months. Overall thought I’m pretty satisfied since it’s a quick walk from my place.

I like the gym it's pretty expensive at 40$ and the way to use kettle bells is to sign up for their 100$+ month cross fit class, they won't let you take them out of the cross fit room. Some silly rules and a little expensive

I'm dissatisfied with the way this gym treats they're people. I've been coming here for almost a year and now the owner wants to tell us we're bad for the company our body oder isn't up to standards with everyone else because we're sweating more!? Make that make sense plz.

I would give zero stars if I could. Yesterday I arrived at REPS for my usual Sunday Pickleball game when there was a sign stating that REPs will no longer be honoring Silver Sneakers and other Fitness programs for seniors paid for by insurance companies. Their reason is that the Insurance Companies have not been paying but that is not the whole story. REPs expects the programs to have a long term contract for the seniors as well as pay the going rate even though they offer very limited programs for seniors. The insurance companies only pay monthly and only if the participant actually uses the facility. This is so that seniors may go to numerous gyms to get the programs that work for them. Such as weekend Pickleball at REPS, water aerobics at the YMCA, Senior fitness class at PAC, etc. Giving seniors opportunities to find various programs each month that fill their fitness needs. REPS wants all or none, putting the financial responsibility on seniors. They have openly targeted this vulnerable group of Pueblo’s citizens. And to add salt to the wound, today when the seniors showed up for their scheduled Pickleball play, the owner was playing basketball and refused to yield the gym. Just another example of the disrespect and disregard shown to the elderly members of REPS. My warning to you is beware. This affects your family and friends and is an example of what you can expect from REPS. Keep in mind that your protected group may be the next group targeted by REPS, the next group dismissed by REPS.

Signed up about 3 months ago, so I can give a recent review. They have all the equipment you would need for most workouts, there's only some specific machines that are missing but not necessary (like a T-Bar row machine). Most of everything is in good condition. The current regulars are all pretty respectful, they don't camp the machines and aren't obnoxious. They're friendly and everyone seems to know each other. Somebody new to working out will feel comfortable here. Just wish people would wipe the machines more and there was more signage reminding people of such. Other than that, no complaints.

This gym is absolutely stellar. They have everything you’d ever need and they’re never busy. I was in town for a couple months and now that I’m back home across the country I really miss reps lol. Have to basically fight people for a bench here in DC.

This must be the best gym in Pueblo. I was training here from October-COVID and really enjoyed this being my local gym. Has everything you need but not much more, so the experience was less intimidating as a most big box gyms can be with an overload of equipment. Try and avoid peak hours because it can get busy. Overall though it was an awesome place with great employees.

Great gym to just stop by and get in a workout, day pass is average for a gym at $10, it's much bigger then you might think, 10 out of 10 for me.

As an out-of-town visitor to Pueblo, this was the only gym I could find open to non-members on a Friday night. This is a very attractive and clean gym. The equipment is good, although the layout is pretty strange — they’re not really using the space they have to its fullest potential.
