I’d been living in the Vail Valley for two years and was doing an at home yoga practice when my boss encouraged me to go practice at Revolution. As cheesy as it sounds walking through the doors of this studio has completely shifted my life. I was so sure that I was going to move out of the valley by now and I swear what keeps here is the amount of community that surrounds me, many who I’ve met at this studio. Every time I show up to practice I leave with an immense amount of gratitude for Revolution. I don’t think I could thank the owners, yoga teachers, or community members enough for what they all have created and continue to create.

I’m new to Glenwood Springs. I found RPY by a Google search. The studio is clean, the classes are hot (that’s a good thing!), the instructors I’ve had (Brittany, Pammy & Holly) are super knowledgeable and have a cool vibe, very friendly, positive and encouraging. Great experience!

Amazing instructors who make everyone feel welcome into their community. Somehow 60 minute classes go by fast! Plus they do an amazing job combining power yoga with spouts of fast vinyasa and heated to 95. Great in the summer, even better in the winter.

I have been to this studio several times over the past few years while passing through. Their values are placed as big as you can make them on the wall right as soon as you walk in. They breathe kindness, community, and delivery a powerful yoga class every time. I love Julie's class! Can't wait to be back soon.

I stayed in Avon for one week and purchased a one month intro offer from Revolution (which is a great deal if you plan on attending a few times during your stay).

The classes are challenging, especially if you’re from sea level elevation like me. The instructors encourage you to push yourself out of *your* comfort zone, which looks different from your neighbors’. I never felt too intimidated to try or not try something new in class.

The community at this studio is phenomenal. I was a visitor, but every instructor made me feel like I had been there for years. The members I spoke to were all kind and very real people.

I wish there was a studio with this positive energy near me. I recommend trying out Revolution and will definitely come back if I’m ever in Avon again.

The studio practices inside with heat & humidity and asks its members to keep their masks on for the entire class, so pack extra masks with you if you’re traveling because they will get nice and sweaty!
