Out of town visitor: I booked a day pass through their website but I was never sent the access code. I drove all the way to the gym hoping somebody would be there since I told them the exact time I was planning to workout but nobody was there. I was unable to get in, and it was difficult to get a hold of the owner (phone not answered, email took couple days to reply even though initial contact was fast). I asked for a refund since I was unable to enter the gym, and I got an email reply a couple days later saying I would get refund that week. I never got the refund and went through PayPal to get my money back.

This is the place to be for powerlifting! This gym has many sets of calibrated kilo plates (not bumpers), Eleiko combo racks, Ohio power bars, at least one eleiko bar. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. If you’re a serious powerlifter in the area, I highly recommend this gym. This is where I will be training any time I’m in the Denver area.

My husband and I needed a place to drop in for a few weightlifting sessions while we were in Colorado visiting family. Dan was kind and helpful, and I loved the facility. Can’t wait to see the new location when we’re in town next time!

Traveling for work and this place is a godsend. If you’re looking for a meat and potatoes lifting gym that has everything you could ever want, look no further. Would not hesitate to grab a membership if I lived in the area

The racks and benches were average quality. The barbells seems cheap and the plates were mostly mismatched sets of iron plates. I also had a very hard time getting a day pass when the owners were not present as they were not answerring the phone number posted on the door and they were referring me to different phone numbers once contacted. The website also didn't work when linking PayPal to pay for the day pass via mobile.

Great gym for powerlifting. Plenty more of racks, deadlift platforms and jacks. There are plenty of machines and strongman equipment if you know how to use them right to make some serious gainZ! Everything you expect out of a warehouse gym none of the nonsense associated with commercial gyms.

I sought out this gym for help reaching strength goals. In just one coaching session, Dan, the owner, gave me tips which immediately improved my technique. Rocky Mountain Lifting Club has the perfect atmosphere for the serious lifter.
I have no doubt I will reach my maximum potential here.

Very small and cramped relative to the amount of equipment. Maybe 2 inches between the machines. The floors were filthy. I'm not saying I need to be able to eat off the floor, but for $50/mo I'd expect at least the dust bunnies to be cleared.

I live and generally work out in Loveland. It's difficult to find a trainer that actually knows anything about Powerlifting. Periodically I make the trip down to Aurora for training from Dan. He REALLY KNOWS POWERLIFTING! His fine tuning my form issues has produced results: 2 World Records (Bench & Deadlift), 3 National (same + Total) & 5 State (same + Squat ) - need I say more! RMLC is a serious gym that delivers results.

It's a bit far but they have all kinds of equipment and not a lot of stringent rules. Been going there for a while and I like it.

I was visiting family in Denver, and needed a place to work out while there. I'm glad I found Rocky Mountain Lifting Club! I was able to get a day pass and get a good workout in. They have all the equipment you need for powerlifting or weightlifting, including plenty of power racks, benches and deadlift platforms. This is a really nice gym!

This place was terrible, I tried to contact the owner for months. I finally just went over, and a member let me in. It was small, and extremely cramped.
