I attended a Zumba class and it was fantastic! The energy was contagious, the instructor was super engaging, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. The facility was clean, well-organized, and had plenty of space to move around. It was a great workout and so much fun at the same time! I canβt wait to come back for another class. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay active and have a great time!

Nina (and Tim) run a wonderful and personal gym. My daughter and I signed up for the self-defense classes. We really loved Nina's approach to our learning, and we came away with not just the skills we hope never to need but also the knowledge of how to be more aware of our surroundings. It was more than just self-defense, but a truly empowering experience.

Oh my goodness Nina is absolutely amazing! I took a self defense class with her tonight and it was incredible. I knew I would walk away with some knowledge but I had no idea just how much I would learn. Nina is also one of the most fantastic instructors Iβve ever had the pleasure of learning from. The soo bak do family offerings are very good for my boys. We have been really happy at this sports club. Sometimes I come for yoga on my lunch break and its a good and healthy break to add in my day.

Absolutely lovely experience this evening! I have been wanting to try yoga for years but never had the courage to go to a class by myself. I did their beginner class and it was the perfect environment. Friendly and relaxed, no pressure, completely open to newbies. I will definitely be back for more! Just what I needed π

This is a wonderful place to go learn Zumba and get a great workout with nice people. Great class, with an awesome instructor named Sandra. She is the BEST!! Great positive energy :) It has everything you need to have a great experience from the minute you walk in until you leave.

Our group had the absolute best time taking a self defense course! The instructor was phenomenal and truly empowered each and every one of us through her teaching and training!
Highly recommend taking a self defense course with a group of friends as it never hurts anyone to help be aware but also, having tools in your box to utilize in a situation.
10/10!

I take my son to RMSP's Soo Bahk Do martial arts for kids and am so grateful for the lessons he's learning--mind body coordination, how to focus, following instruction and more. Moreover, the owners do a wonderful job of creating community for the students both in class and opportunities outside of class. Highly recommend!

These are the best yoga classes in Broomfield!! Staff is as sweet as can be, personable, and the price of membership is WAY reasonable. All the instructors were gentle, attentive and very descriptive of staying in alignment with each pose. My only criticism is why donβt more people in Broomfield know about RMSC!!!

We love Nina and the team at Rocky Mountian Sports Center! We met her when she offered to do Self Defense classes for our participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They loved it and came away feeling strong and empowered! This has now evolved to incorporating their yoga and Zumba classes into our weekly routine for FRIENDS day Program! I can't say enough about how amazing they are and we are so appreciative for their caring compassion for us and the community! I can't wait to start Zumba on Sundays!!

I love the space. I felt very welcomed there and I left the building with the feeling that I can truly connect with other people and also that I can be part of a community. I had the best experience with the Zumba teacher, Sandra. She is so good and charismatic. And the class is exactly what I was looking for. It's fun, very well structured and it brings a lot of joy and excitement to our bodies and minds. The experience with Nina Sloan was also wonderful. My son loved her class! He came back home asking me when his next martial art class is. Nina knows how to keep the class fun, interesting and with high quality. Now my daughter wants to try her class. So do I!

I love the personable instructors and the yoga classes at RMSC! I leave every session feeling wonderful. I appreciate how the classes can be tailored for different experience levels and personal goals. Clean and cozy studio, too! Such a warm and welcoming group, especially to beginners.. I'm a yoga newbie but already can't imagine going a week without stopping in for a class. Regular attendance has upped my mental health game and 100% cured my hip discomfort from running. Excellent studio!

I am so excited to see a yoga studio such as this open in Broomfield! Iβve attended multiple classes with multiple teachers and have found all of them to be wonderful, well trained instructors. They have adjusted classes and moves to meet the needs of the students in the class. They have a wide variety of classes and a variety times offered. I personally love the early am classes as a great way to start my day. The evening yin classes are a wonderful way to wind down. This facility adjusts to all level of yogi, new practitioners to long time yogis.

Tried yoga for the first time ever with Heather and her OmMG yoga class. I was a little worried because of the name of the class, but I picked it because it sounded a little edgier. I am a pretty active person and my perception of yoga was that it might be too calm for my personality so edgy would be a good thing for me. Well, this was definitely not a calm class and some of the words I uttered during the class were WAY less calm than OMG.
But, OMG... it was AMAZING! I had so much fun. Even though I was the baby Yogi in the class (I just learned that term...I always thought he was just a bear) amongst veteran Yogis, Heather guided me through the correct positions while still paying full attention to the others. Nina, the owner, cheered me on the whole time. It was an incredible experience, even though muscles I didn't even know I had started burning... in a good way.
After the class ended, I was already feeling a bit exhausted in these newly-found muscles, but the rest of me felt energized. I was then worried how I was going to feel in the morning since I have chronic nerve/muscle issues with my back and hip issues from long-ago car accidents. But, I was currently feeling good (also learned this is called a yoga high) so I figured I'd grumble about the pain when I woke up tomorrow.
Well, I woke up the next morning and I was shocked! My hips and bum were a little sore but, I couldn't believe my back and hip where I always have pain. There was no pain. Not just no soreness from the class, but no regular, everyday, normal-for-me pain. I think all the movement and heat stretched my little muscles that static stretching can't reach, and I didn't feel stiff as a board and nerve-tingly like how I usually feel!
I'm so impressed and excited. I might be hooked because I can't wait to do it again! If I feel this good after one class, I can't even imagine how I'm going to feel if I do this on a regular basis! Thanks for making this a fun and challenging first experience. I can't wait to become a seasoned Yogi and try some new moves!!!

We feel like family here, so when we found out they were adding yoga to their new studio, I couldnβt wait to try it out. My first class was incredible. I LOVE these yoga classes! If you are a newbie to yoga, you have to try any of the restorative yoga classes. Slow Flow and Reset & Recharge are two I have tried and am in love with. Relaxing, restoring, and recharging...who doesn't need this?! My heart is smiling at the end of class, and I am ready to tackle anything the day brings.
