I love coming to row house and have been coming for over a year. They sure kick you butt with an awesome workout! Matt, the owner, is so friendly and is just a great guy and he has an adorable frenchie named Betty that comes with him and hangs in the lobby. She always makes me smile. Iโve enjoyed all the class formats and instructors! Peyton, Connor, Matt and Louis all give great cues to ensure you have proper form and are super encouraging to make you work harder. I love that, with the exception of the full row, you get some weight training and stretching. Itโs a great community and the members are all very nice! Couldnโt recommend a better studio!

Highly recommend! The coaches and fellow rowers are all so welcoming and encouraging right from the start, which is a big relief as someone totally new to rowing. Despite past injuries, I've had no pain since starting rowing here. My endurance and my posture have drastically improved in just 2 weeks of classes. I love that they incorporate functional strength-building movements, and their class schedule times are so convenient.

I started to come to this location because the location I was going to closed and one of the coaches from the old location now coaches here. The classes are the same across all locations so you know exactly what workout to expect.

I took the Signature class with Bryce and am OBSESSED!!! Bryce did a great job walking me and the other newbies through the basics of rowing before the rest of the class arrived. He was so encouraging and supportive - I felt so safe and welcomed. The workout was incredible! A low-impact full-body workout in 45 minutes!! Not to mention the playlist was a smash. I really enjoy Row House workouts - I like the instruction, pace, and the lighting and music. I especially enjoy the strength class - it was a perfect mix of increasing the heart rate and building some strength and at whatever fitness level or challenge you want for yourself. It's always wonderful to be in classes that are designed for all fitness levels. The Row House has become a wonderful supplement to my other workouts and the class schedules have plenty of times and variations.

It was my first time taking a rowing class. Iโve done it at the gym, but this was different. It was a bit intimidating at first, but it ended up being a lot of fun. Nicole was a great instructor, I appreciated her enthusiasm and encouragement along the way. It was definitely an all-around great workout.

This is a great row gym! They're so friendly, customer service is outstanding, the place is spotless and the teachers are amazing. If you're looking for an overall low-impact workout this is the place for you! If you're looking for a high impact workout, this is also the place for you!
Rowing is easy on the body and works almost everything from head to toe. I've been rowing for about 9 weeks, and have already lost enough weight that people are commenting on it. I love this workout. With the music and encouragement, the 45 minutes flies by before you realize class is over.
If you have any concerns or a pain, tell the teacher and they will work with you to answer your questions and or correct your form so this is a pain free workout. Highly recommend this location!

Went to my first class this week, and from the moment I walked in the door the staff was welcoming, inclusive and accomodating! Before class started, they gave me a run-through of the machine and a preview of some callouts which made the class easier to follow! Joining a workout class that coordinates everyone (yes! All rowing in sync) was a different experience from my usual, but made me feel more connected to everyone else, even if we didnโt speak to each other!

Not knowing truly what Row House was at first, I was extremely intimidated by rowing for 45 minutes straight and was terrified for my first class. I tried out a signature row and became an unlimited member within a week.Turns out the workout was fun and the format was well crafted allowing for short breaks in between the challenging bits. I've already noticed that I've gotten stronger and my endurance has improved. I will be a member as long as I'm in the Denver area. I checked out Row House because I was feeling super burnt out and just needed a way to blow off steam. Rowing is the perfect activity for this! The instructors are so kind and welcoming. Your first day they take time to educate you on the equipment and proper form. The classes also have a lot of variety in style, time of day, length of class, etc. I also like that even though youre in a room full of people, its very much an independent experience. You row at your own pace, compare your own stats. Also the people who come to class are so nice too. Every time ive gone someone has chatted with me. If you've been thinking of checking it out- you should!

I did my first row here through YogaSix. They were offering a half rowing half restorative class. So much fun! I love the energy of the class and how at some points it was almost pitch black in the room. Great for newbie towers that may be a little anxious. Lots of fun!

I absolutely love rowing at Row House Edgewater! Rowing is a fantastic way to gain or maintain fitness. It is a low impact total body workout good for any fitness level because the machine allows you to exercise to your own physical capabilities. It builds both aerobic endurance and strength, and gives you a nice post-workout mood boost. If you don't believe me, ask Hugh Jackman.
In particular, Row House Edgewater is a great club! Ingrid manages it impeccably, giving patrons a wide variety of options for scheduling and types of classes. She goes out of her way to provide members with an ideal experience, and she's extremely welcoming and helpful. The staff is very friendly, too! Enthusiastic members also create an atmosphere of teamwork and camaraderie, where it's a pleasure to be part of the boat.
The coaching staff at Row House Edgewater is excellent. I row most frequently with Connor, who is an incredible coach. His classes are well-designed and thoughtfully executed. I started rowing 20 years ago, and I have still learned a lot and significantly improved my performance and technique by taking his classes. If you want to improve your stroke and your splits, pay close attention to his cues and how they coordinate to the song he chose. You'll improve your form and become a much more efficient rower!

So very thankful to have been greeted at my first class by Ashley. She has been so supportive and motivating on my journey to find movement that feels good. She recently recommended taking a restore class at Yoga6 and to my surprise, I liked it. It has been great to find activities that help me calm my mind and make me feel physically stronger.
What has been best about Rowhouse Edgewater is the relationships that are built and the community that is here. I am very disappointed to hear Hannah is no longer a coach. Her classes were innovated, felt trauma-informed, and were filled with the perfect mix of pushing yourself and modifications if necessary. I will be missing my weekend classes with her.

Best workout Iโve had in weeks. The coaches, Connor and Ellie, gave me a one on one lesson on how to properly row, the class is structured so that you can go at your own pace or push yourself. It was low impact and gave me so much energy the rest of the day. What sold me is that the class is attended by so many different ages and body types, unlike other fitness classes Iโve been to. I was very comfortable and not nervous for my first time. Rowing is addicting! Definitely going back.

Iโve only been to two classes and both of the instructors were full of energy, and very encouraging, and being an older person I find that very inspirational. The first time was with a tall lady who was very informative, and last time I took a class with a man instructor, who had tons of energy and inspired everybody to you to do the best, itโs definitely part of my weekly regiment now I also do Pilates and hot yoga. Ready to immerse yourself in a dark room, rowing for your team in a boat. I love the classes, and the team effort of the class. I started the row house as a way to get low impact cardio and to learn how to properly row on a rower. Hannah(instructor) is a jem. Patient and encouraging while slowly murdering your legs on the rowing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Truly a wonderful environment to sweat ~

The staff at this Row House were awesome. I showed up for my first class, and they walked me through the whole process, including the proper form for rowing, so I could best enjoy the class. It was definitely a workout (my abs are a little sore today), but I wasn't wrecked after either. I was a little nervous about my ankle, which I had fractured early last year, and it was totally fine during this workout. The only issue is that Row House is far from where I live, so I hope one comes closer to Speer!

I've really enjoyed the coaches (Hannah and Khansong) at Edgewater Rowhouse. I've been going to the Restore classes for about a year and a half. Everyone is positive and the Restore sessions encourage everyone to go at their own ability for the floor stretches. In the class there are a wide range of abilities and it's no big deal. The equipment is clean and well maintained. For people I've talked to from other studios, Edgewater has a larger space between machines to stretch.

Visiting Denver Area and had a semi-private session with Ingrid in Edgewater. She was an amazing instructor. Equipment is in immaculate condition and the facilities are top notch. I'm not used to the types of workouts they offer, as I train specific zones each day, but it was a great session and I would highly recommend The Row House to anyone who wants to improve their rowing.

They make it inclusive, fun, fast, and the Coaches make special effort to check in each class. The Row House has and will continue to change my โfitness lifeโ. As someone who is nervous to try new things (i.e look out of place in a new workout class), Row House was the opposite! The team truly cares that youโre there, you showed up, and champion you throughout the whole class (and afterwards)! They will show you where you sit in class, any additional workout tools, and the basics of the class. The WORKOUT is a team effort - you warm up together, keep rhythm together and sweat as one. Thereโs a monitor in the front of class showing class averages (and not calling individuals out like Orange Theory) to help everyone keep as one movement. When the workout gets intense the lights are turned down, you canโt see or hear the neighbor next to you so youโre able to grunt out some hard work and do what YOU need to reach your fitness goals and not feel odd or out of place as some places can. The lights, music, and constant instructor-led motivation and encouragement (and technique checks) keep you more than motivated and safe. For all ages, body types- you just have to have an attitude that your workout is on you and you have everything and everyone to keep you pushing boundaries you may not have thought possible - this class puts your mentality on the side burner so you can show yourself what you can do! You leave more than sweaty, adrenaline running, and ready to show yourself what other barriers you can crush after this workout. In all sincerity, Row House has helped my mental health and physical is just a REALLY NICE benefit!

I've been rowing here for about 18 months and I've had nothing but positive experiences with it. The instructors are all excellent, the workouts are challenging as hell, and the people I've met in class are all super fun without that toxicity you get at so many other gyms. I'd recommend Row House Edgewater to anyone, regardless of fitness level. You'll be in good hands.

My brother baited me into a 45min Full Row class on a Monday night. It was a great introduction to rowing and I had an awesome time! Kaleigh led our small but fierce class and had me putting in work. I'm not a runner or much of a cardio person to be honest, but this class felt more like a full body low weight circuit than 45min on the treadmill. There's something addictive about it and rowing is my new warmup/cool down routine at the gym. Would definitely go again!
