Welcome to Row House Smoky Hill in Centennial! Newly owned by husband and wife that are both Military Veterans. Rowing is a full body workout that engages your upper and lower body. You'll get great cardio that helps with your endurance. Come join the crew and our coaches as we row to the beat of the music. Classes also include low-impact workout that will leave you feeling accomplished and giving you the energy to start or finish off your day. All workout is all effort base, and the good part is your 1st class is free!

This place makes me obsessed! Rowing is an excellent fill body workout. I've lost 10 pounds in a month going five times a week, plus I feel better physically and mentally. The front desk ladies are always super helpful. The coaches are AMAZING! Lauren and Sheri seem to have a never ending energy supply and are excellent hype women! I cannot recommend Row House Smokey Hill enough!

I am a yearly member and have rowed 3 + year at Row House. I love rowing! Row House Smoky Hill is an awesome workout environment for all levels.
The coaches are very friendly, I have rowed most of my meters with Coach Nikki, she is now teaching again at Row House Smoky Hill, her classes are fun, she will get your heart rate up on and off the erg. She will motivate you, support you. Love her high energy playlist too. Go try!!!

I started coming to Smoky Hill because my normal location closed. Smoky Hill welcomed me with open arms and have been so amazing. A couple of the coaches (Nikki and Lev) from the other location now teach at Smoky Hill so the transition has been seamless. I would follow Nikki and Lev to the end of the earth for their classes!
There is plenty of parking and it's easy to get to this location even in evening rush hour.

Ive been coming to this rowhouse for about 2.5 years and i still love it! Rowing is so addicting! Everyday is something new and never gets old!! One of the best decisions I ever made was to join Row House. I am a Teacher and a "Weekend Warrior", so I can only afford the four classes for $79.00. But it has become a staple of my weekends. Coaches Sheri, Lauren, and Kiara will bring out the best in you. Try to take morning classes when the Smallcakes next door is closed!

The following review is NO longer valid. There is NEW ownership and a NEW General Manager (Jen). The atmosphere and training has greatly improved. I was welcomed back by the new management and now take 2 to 3 classes a week from this location.
If you want to learn how to row and/or improve your rowing skills. THIS IS NOT THE GYM FOR YOU!!!
When this gym reopened in September, I was excited to join as I LOVE to row and have for the past 10 years. Everything was good until the Head Trainer left for medical reasons and a new manager Bret was hired.
Currently, all but one coach is new to Rowhouse after the reopening in September and they all appear to have little to no prior experience in rowing. Furthermore, there is no Experienced Head Trainer to improve the skills and coaching styles of the new coaches.
The coach is normally on the rower for most of the class, but when off the rower, they are not providing coaching to those who may not be rowing properly. These members may not even be aware they are not rowing properly. Why is this an issue? Just like any athletic sport, you can easily injure yourself if you donβt row correctly. From knees issues to shoulder and back injuries β all could happen without the proper technique. Also, just like most sports, a person would hope to improve your stamina, health and rowing skills. None of these benefits will occur without proper coaching. Instead, a member increases the possibility of injury and is a waste of money.
After attending a class and seeing a couple of the members who definitely needed help with their rowing skills, I suggested to the manager perhaps some cues or a bit of help could be offered. I expected this information would be welcomed and analyzed to determine if it makes sense. Instead, the manager indicated this feedback was hurtful and negative and; following, cancelled my membership. This is NOT the type of person who can successfully run this gym or create a quality atmosphere for members

I really donβt understand how this place has such a high rating. They spam you on email and text and then when you ask to remove yourself from their contact list they laugh in your face and are sarcastic and wonβt remove you. Unprofessional treatment that is very offputting and concerning. They want you to join so bad but wonβt show you one ounce of respect. I would rather go somewhere else after this treatment of being laughed at and hung up on after asking to be removed from their contact list. Donβt give them your phone number or email, trust me they will abuse it.
