Emmi and Daniel are so amazing. We love you guys so much. Best holding pose story time, best customer service and community building… and such a big beautiful heart we feel every time we are there and working with all of you. It's a very traditional and respectful studio. I love that the music it’s calming and not loud. I also love that there are classes completely without music. I’ve been to many studios that take the traditional style out and make things mainstream, it’s not how yoga should be. I have been to
Many studios that blast the music and make it difficult to focus on the practice. This studio is the opposite and it’s soooo amazing to finally have that!!!The instructors are very skilled and professional. This is the most incredible studio I’ve ever been apart of!!!

I'm doing a 5 star review for Rebecca Niziol after attending a different class with another instructor that sadly fell short of expectations. It was a powerful reminder of how great I think Rebecca is! She carefully and thoughtfully plans each session she teaches to encompass a theme, then she seamlessly weaves that theme throughout each pose. I don't particularly care for flows where you're doing the same thing 10x, and I've never felt that way in her class. She is one of the best instructors I've ever had in terms of cuing poses and breaths. Her cues are perfect, and I have greatly benefited in mind and body every hour I've spent with her. I love the way she helps us connect mind, body, and spirit. It is a soulful rejuvenation I look forward to every week.

What an amazing studio and community!
I was traveling in Denver and decided to check out this space. As soon as you enter, you are greeted warmly by reception (love you Shea!) and immediately notice the peaceful ambiance. The classes are varied - everything from power to something more restorative / gentle. The teachers are caring, knowledgeable, and experienced.
The idea of Sangha (a community of like minded people working together and supporting one another) is very strong in their space, I found. However, it is not exclusive, and everyone is made to feel included and authentically welcomed as they are.
This space reminds me of my own back at home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again!

I've been going to Samadhi for years, the new ownership has decided to implement a discriminatory Covid policy for all of their classes. We have a word for this, it's called segregation. I'm fully vaxxed, but I will not support a business that requires proof of my medical history. Policies like this are the literal "Othering" of people, (That's the opposite of what Yoga represents) and I will not help create a "show your papers" society. I frequently interact with my unvaccinated friends because I know my vaccine works. Policies like this pander to hypochondriacs, and erode the public trust of the vaccines themselves. You cannot create "germ-free" spaces. It's absurd, and those implementing and supporting it seem to be part of this new cult of "Safetyism".
Last time I checked there was a huge racial disparity in Colorado among those who have received the jab. So this policy actively harms the efforts of create diverse and inclusive spaces. The new owner is well within their rights to have a vaccine requirement. But I'll be supporting a studio that truly embodies what Yoga is, a supportive space that doesn't discriminate based on medical history. They also took our money two years ago for their yoga training, closed the training due to covid and never returned our deposits.

After moving to Denver during the spring, I spent months looking for a place like Samadhi - wholistic yoga focused on not just the physical, but mental and spiritual benefits - and was thrilled when they reopened in October. I've been practicing for 20 years and the space/aesthetic is as warm and welcoming as anywhere I've been and the teachers know their stuff. If you're a true blue yogi and want to really develop your practice, this is the place for you.
**Note: the low reviews are from anti-vaxxers who feel they should be privileged enough to endanger the health of others. Samadhi ownership is doing what they can to protect the health of teachers and members, and it is just another reason to celebrate this establishment.**

Samadhi’s reopening has been so special to so many people. Amazing how quickly the community came back together to make it feel like hOMe. I personally appreciate the policy requiring proof of vaccination - and I hear the same thing in class and around the studio. Samadhi aspires to be a safe place in more ways than one, and it shows.

I am appalled at the segregation happening here....the complete opposite of yoga. You are not better, healthier, nor safer than anyone else, and you are homogenizing your community. It is inhumane. Requiring compliance with a medical *experiment* and parroting the big-pharma-funded mainstream narrative could be considered rather dangerous. Each person should be able to make their own decision based on their internal guidance, and with their own doctor, but I will no longer support what used to be my favorite yoga studio. History has never shined brightly on those who discriminate.

I'm SO glad Samadhi is back! They are under new management but the classes I've been to so far are the same level of fabulous instruction and glorious yoga as before.
I love the wide variety of times and class selections to choose from. I attended a Hatha class this morning and an All Levels Vinyasa last week. They also have Nidra classes, which are delightful if you've never tried it but totally unlike any yoga you've probably tried before.
The studio space is full of light and is warmly decorated. It is also consistently very clean and they have lots of props available to borrow.

I was in a 500 hour training when covid hit. It was bad enough the owner bailed on the business very early on and did not even address our $500 deposits. Reopened with new ownership and now vaccine mandates. Yoga is not aerobics. Yoga is a way of being, a heart centered practice that unites people and heals minds and bodies. The word means to yolk, to bring together. This isn’t yoga. Go somewhere where yoga principles vs a fear based popularity contest are being practiced. This is a tragedy.

Used to go here a few years back. Just moved back to Denver and was looking for a yoga studio and saw they only allow vaccinated people to come. Way to lose a lot of business!

I had no experience. I paid, got a utube link. On utube, I got the beginning of Sami’s class. After about 5 minutes, the audio cut out. I tried several ways to unmute. It said the audio was disabled for this video. The livestream would then go to the end. When I tried to start it over, it always cut out at the same place. Finally went back to the link which said the livestream was no longer available. I’ve never had this problem with other sites. Susan B

If you want to start going to a yoga studio with many choices for every level, and amazing, kind, and educated instructors Samadhi is the clear choice in Denver. In addition to having a kind and welcoming staff, the facilities are roomy and well designed for classes (and the bathrooms are always spotless)! This is by far my favorite studio, period. It's a real zen gem!

I practiced yoga and meditation in denver for 8 years until my husband found samadhi. After two years now of practicing and teaching here, I feel blessed to be a part of this community. The diverse style of the teachers has deep roots from many years and decades of study and practice, it leaves me feeling fulfilled whenever I practice here (whether it’s more to chew on after a class/workshop, engaging / uplifting conversation or familiar friendly faces- it’s sanctuary for me). A few of my favorite teachers (there are many), Santosh, Matthew, Cheryl, Soozie, Brittany.

This has been the place that has helped guide me home to myself. Whether you are new to yoga or consider yourself to be a pro - do yourself a favor and come to one of the classes - I can say from experience that Heather Mitchell provides the most healing space during her Candlelight Vinyasa class on Saturday nights at the Englewood location and truly hope to see you there! It is pure magic.

Samadhi is a very welcoming place. It's beautiful, smells good and the staff there are very sweet and encouraging. I signed up for the unlimited 30 days for $30 for newcomers and it's an incredible deal for such an amazing place. The variety of classes offered is what sparked my attention but I really love the wide range of times available. It's a very accessible yoga practice for people with any schedule.

Samadhi is a beautiful space with very knowledgeable and passionate teachers. It is a studio that doesn't subscribe to one yogic path, but allows students to discover their own way. Whether that path is a strong physical practice or seated meditation, there is a home here for every yogi.

It would be nearly impossible to quantify my love, affection and appreciation for Samadhi and the community of people who make Samadhi what it is. I first started attending Samadhi because I found a phenomenal Groupon deal for them. I have since begun to pay for unlimited classes per month, with zero regrets. Samadhi is so much more than a "yoga studio," it's a sacred space, fostering love, balance, self love and enlightenment. The instructors are by far the best in Denver, and likely the best within the Yoga/ Metaphysical community. Each class brings not only physical healing and health, but emotional balance and self understanding. I love you Samadhi!

Samadhi feels like home. Upon first impression I noticed the studio is beautiful, clean, welcoming and inviting, and then I got to meet some of the teachers. Every teacher I have had the privilege of meeting or taken a class with has been knowledgeable, caring and authentic. My favorite teacher, Janel is a ray of sunshine in this world and I love her reminders to be playful and to flirt with an edge. I have never felt pressured to look a certain way, or push myself to master a pose, but instead to meet myself where I am at. I love the Mindful Vinyasa classes because I notice I bring the lessons I learn there with me off my mat. I highly recommend this studio to anyone and everyone I can, and I know I have found my yoga home.

Lovely Yoga studio that gives you that spiritual and physical connection so few studios do nowadays. It's not only about fitness yoga, but the ancient deeper yoga understanding. Miss this place when I'm not here. Takes your practice to another level. Beautiful ambiance and amazing teachers.

This is by far the best yoga studio I've been to. It truly feels like a home to me. I love the teachers, versatility in the classes and the over all vibe of the studio. I come to class about 6 times a week and always find myself leaving in a better state than when arriving.

Flexibility in times that fit my schedule- I particularly like Daniel Blakeman's sunrise yoga classes. Daniel has genuine consideration for the class as a whole and is great with offering a variety of practice options and playlists based on how we feel. Sunrise yoga is a wonderful way to start the day!

The studio is beautiful. It has a really great ambiance. Parking is on the street but I've never had a problem finding a spot. The instructor was very good with words (which I have been looking for since I moved here from LA last year). Very good tonality in her voice. The only thing for me, was during class, the instructor kept urging all the students to do bend backwards. In standing poses, seated poses, all the poses. I think of myself as fairly knowledgable about yoga, I have been through a teacher training and I am certified. I know that it is important to open up the chest and that is one way to do it, but repetitively, I would say that puts way too much strain on the lower back. New students to yoga do not know this. We had a pretty vigorous and fast paced class, by the end of the practice your body starts to compromise. Sending all that weight into a very vulnerable part of your lower back is what causes injury. The instructor put way to much emphasis on this, to where I felt pressured to do it. My lower back was sore for the next 2 days. Just another reminder that you are your own guide, listen to your own body FIRST before listening to the instructor. Other then that, best studio I have found in Denver.
