Coach McChesney is a player's coach. I'm an old Big-8 football fan, who loves trench warfare along with the finer points of the game. McChesney is unapologetic in his knowledge, compassion and love for football. His stable of young men get in Him what seek, success. Had I a youngster in football especially as a lineman, this is who I'd charge to coach him. Tough, no nonsense and strategic to the craft. He should be on every high-school and collegiate coaches rolodex. Oh snap!, wait they don't use that anymore huh? If you love football, and want it given straight up go visit his website/YouTube, if not?, don't waste your time. He's old school, like me.

I had high hopes and believed in what we were sold. You have a certain expectation based on what you see Six Zero post publicly. When you pay for a service, you’re not only paying for the service but also expect a level of professionalism. Sad to say, that was lacking here, and is something you are not aware of until after you’ve joined. When you try to address your concerns with the trainer, he just takes it personally and will block you from all social media outlets and flip the narrative. Do your research before investing here and read the other reviews / experiences of others. I would have rather been giving a 5 star review instead of this one. To parents out there wanting to help their athletes excel, hard work and dedication pay off; your child’s talent will shine if they stay dedicated to the sport they love. Even though things did not work out, I’m not here to slander Matt. I sincerely wish Six Zero the best.

I am a HS defenive line coach. He took one of the players I coach and transformed him from a second string defensive lineman on oiur team to first team all conference within a year. Increased his strength and agility. Well done.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Matt was quick to say he could take our kid far. We drove an hour and a few times noone was there. We had to text Matt and once he sent a teenager over...couple times we went home. Super aggravating. 3 or 4 times the hour session was 15 minutes. So inconsistent. We should have taken the reviews seriously. The owner just gave up and said no classes. We paid $3500 up front and only got a couple hundred dollars worth...if that. Biggest waste of money. Beware! Over promised and under delivered BIG TIME!!

Love this place! Matt has a great, no nonsense approach to work outs. He has not only helped my son physically control his size, coordination, attitude, and anger, but his entire mindset. Him and his entire staff has a no excuse approach and provides physical, mental, nutritional, and emotional control! He is my idol. This program is not for the soft hearted, lol. I was ready to fight him at first, but 40lbs, improvement of his mindset, physical endurance, and now rehab for his physical injury, they are my idols!!!!!

Terrible experience.. Matt never quit when it came to charging my credit card. He was good at that but nothing else .He quit on my son. He also did not quit getting his money from the credit card dispute- that he is very proficient. I should have known when he wanted his money up front (with a very slimy contract) that this org was not on the up and up. We were told that his Twitter rants were even more priceless. I didn't waste my time reading them but apparently he likes to call high school athletes quitters. In the end nothing came out good from it but a headache and I lost over $5,000 in 5 months.
